It wasn’t the first time that we have been to this Muji store. The store is compact, but it has amazing gems! Very clean, smells really good especially on first floor because of all the diffusers. Staff are super helpful and friendly, they have started customers self check out. A staff member handed us a 10% off discount card if we do self checkout via our phone, she helped us throughout the whole shopping journey, what a great help she was! Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name to give her good feedback, but it was lovely that we bought a teapot, tea cup and a mat to enjoy our tea with.

Beautifu, very clean and well organized shop, this Muji looks small but is deceiving, they have a very good selection, spite of the space and well organized. They have small offers very often, not that big, but every little helps. I'm obsessed with their humidifiers, stationary and organising boxes. Super clean and following the nowadays cleanliness regulations, nice staff, It's always a pleasure pop in the shop.

The Japanese excel in simplicity. Just like Uniqlo this Japanese store knows how to make the basics in good quality at decent prices. Although they sell a variety of things for the home and travel. For me I love their stationery, storage and travel stuff. It's worth checking them out for Xmas stocking fillers too.

Flagship muji store and first one in UK. The style ethos here is anonymous design so everything is muted and simple. It's a bit expensive compared to the original prices in Japan, when sales start then items become more reasonable. Smaller items like stationery and office stuff are more reasonably priced. Everything is well made and there's no denying the consistent design, worth a visit. Plus this store stocks more home furnishings and large items than other branches.

The no-brand brand. I love most things Muji, as quality is always top notch. A little pricey sometimes but there are sales every now and then. Even the food section is very good.

Service is friendly can usually get a few bargains but the asking price of some items is just ridiculous. Stationery, clothing and a few homeware items are my usual purchases. The clothing is rather exceptional for the price, the cotton and linen items are wonderful to wear, so soft and comfortable.

A good range of products with a simplistic design of good quality. So far I have not had any problems with any of the items I have bought from Muji. The range of products they offer is quite big, from furniture to kitchen stuff and some clothes (mostly accessories). Every staff member I have been served by has been friendly and helpful.

They sell good quality stationary at an affordable price unlike many other shops in Westminster. EDIT: In the last 2 years there's been a consistent price rise of their stuff, making it less of a great deal as it once was. Their standard muji pens have almost doubled in price and student discounts are no longer accepted.

If you are looking for something a little different then do visit this store. They sell T-shirts that are sold shrink wrapped into cubes. The stationary is unusual yet still practical. I love the little notebooks and they are not ridiculously expensive either.

This is one of the bigger Muji's I have come across and the whole place smells lovely because they burn some kind of incense near the front doors. Downstairs, they have a very good selection of simple stationary and filing solutions etc, whilst upstairs they have larger items of furniture and some clothing. The staff are generally a bit reticent to help you out but it's the kind of place that is just nice for browsing anyway.

The beauty of going to Muji is that I can buy lots of little boxes to file away every item which I own. I just love Japanelse things, and this commercial shop displays a good resemblance of what I like about Japanese everything': design, style, colour, quality. One could say it's a bit stark and 'samey'..but it's not all grey-white-black as one often tends to think Japanese things..there's colour here, variety of materials, and a range of home and clothing products. Up-market Uniklo!

Great place for stationary and organiser but more on the pricey side. Be sure to check out the Tottenham Muji as there is a larger selection. All stationary especially pens are of high quality.

Muji is a very cool brand, so cool that it is almost completely unbranded. I have a muji travel holdall that despite being lightweight has happily survived the easyjet check-in experience several times with no obvious distress. The stationery and gadget stuff is practical and well designed and the homeware is all durable and aesthetically pleasing - overall, everything is great value for money.

The Tottenham court road store is the biggest in London and the 'flagship' branch. They have a section displaying the furniture in situ so useful to see how it would look in your house/flat. The staff are always incredibly polite and the design of the store is immaculate.

Now that it's had a makeover the store is really plush and spacious. I like muji stuff, although it can be expensive. Staff here are helpful, as far as muji goes - this is quite a big one and much larger than Covent Garden. Checkout the vaporizers upstairs, and the bedding. It's the best things from muji I think.
