Very impressed with Morteza - really went that extra mile for us! Another repair outfit said they couldn't repair my oven because the oven was over 10 years old and there was no part available. Morteza found the closest part available in style and adapted it (drilling 2 extra holes) to make it fit! Now I have an oven door that stays shut and I don't have to go to the eye watering expense of a new oven. If the oven goes wrong again, I know where to go! Do keep at him if he doesn't immediately come back to you!
