I give these guys an 11/10. Cheaper than all online retailers, very good after service. They delivered and fitted my new washing machine upstairs the next day! No complaints / no forced tactics to sell / I will always go here for any of my personal & tenant needs! 5*'s just isn't enough! Keep it up guys!

Really impressed by the service at On Appliances. Needed a new Fridge Freezer as the old one packed up and after having delivery issues at one of the big chains, On Appliances was able to provide a much better model at an even cheaper price and installation was quick and efficient with the guys even tidying up after themselves.

Ordered a Bosch WAS32461GB washing machine from on Appliances - requested same day delivery, the machine arrived on time same day I requested. Great price, and the delivery team took away my old piece of junk washing machine and all the packaging as well, after they'd set the new one up. They were so nice I made them a cup of tea. Could not ask for more! Brilliant team.

Had to buy a washing machine as my old one died on us. After a google search I come across "ON APPLIANCES". read reviews and went over to the shop and explained what I'm looking for. The staff knowledge was great and with a friendly honest service. All my questions were answered and although I had to go slightly over my budget I HAVE NO REGRETS because I know the advice I was given was sound and up to date so what I've bought should last years. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Wow just wow, my fridge freezer broke down and its was late in the afternoon, I thought right going to have to chuck everything out but no I found appliances in Higham Hill just outside Chingford on Google. When I called a Lovley guy called Zaid answered the phone, I explained what's just happened and wow this guy went right out his way to deliver me a new one. Obviously we talked about about prices first as I'm Scottish 😉, he offered me so much choice and explained the good and the bad so to speak. Then said after us agreeing do you need me to deliver it now!!! I said mate that would be superb, he turned up 35 mins later, brought it in, was super polite and professional, Zaid can't thank you enough superb service infact best I've had buying and appliance. My Fridge Freezer broke down yesterday (it was its time to go!), contacted them on the day and they had someone on site by the evening to supply and fit a brand new fridge freezer and they took my old one away! I could not recommend this company highly enough. I rang them yesterday as my mum had a problem on her Bosch washing machine. The guy on the phone could not be any more helpful. He clearly explained all his very competitive prices and then asked me to try spinning the drum and if there was a noise the bearings had gone so to save a call out charge. When I rang them to cancel the call they were very courteous. Honest, helpful advise. I have saved their number and will certainly be using them again. Thank you 👍
