Reviews of Peter Jones & Partners
A. S.
Top class shopping highest standard upper level quality experience. Well trained staff for customer service and after care. Could not be any better
H. E.
I visited this store with my Mum last weekend who was looking for a Mother of the Bride outfit. Lucy in the Personal Shopper section went over above our expectations and helped my Mum pick out the perfect outfit. She was so patient, kind and helpful and gave us a better shopping experience than we could ever have wished for. She is a credit to the store and to herself. Thank you Lucy!

Make no mistake! This is a great destination. Allow yourself time to explore. My experience was fantastic I am sure yours will be too! Staff were great. Come for Kings road but start at Peter Jones. Is my advice. Enjoy!
S. N.
It’s so pretty in the Christmas season and I love the plant sweet and present section. Big selection.

Visited after over 5 years and was one of my best experiences shopping. Had a lovely time browsing and customer support by a lady called Karen was five stars, she was friendly, informative and patient. Will visit again and highly recommend 👌

Peter Jones is a good department store to have near your home, must admit.
Sells just about everything..from all the top brands, spread over 6 floors.
Indeed their own make of stuff is actually very good quality too and definately worth looking at.
The restaurant on the top floor has great views over Sloane Square to go along with the good selection of food, very reasonably priced.
Their Xmas decorations, within the store, and the actual Xmas department always have great stuff...from traditional favourites to their modern counterparts.
There are also quite a lot of toilets on various floors.
A great store all in all.
F. R.
A lovely destination and really friendly staff, especially in the top floor cafe.
L. R.
Best place to buy a mattress, we had a great experience here with Lydia who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We visited a few times to try the mattresses and every time she went above and beyond to help us, we were very happy with our vispring we ended up buying.
N. U.
Very Friendly and Attentive Staff. Sadly, every item i wanted was sold out. Otherwise this would have been a 5star rating.
A.
I absolutely LOVE John Lewis / Peter Johns stores.
Professional service and quality selection of goods.
Love the fact that they let dogs in - at least they do in the Sloane Square branch - which is really wonderful and an unusual sight in a Department store.
Britain is a nation of dog lovers after all.
Wishing them success to infinity and beyond !
n.
What an excellent department store with friendly staff and modest range of products. Sometimes you just need to see what you are buying and see the entire collection from different brands. We are giving 5 stars because it is an enjoyable experience to look around!
L. G.
Great service from a lady in the perfume department last Saturday (2 October) who helped me choose a new perfume. She had an amazing knowledge of the scents and introduced me to a fabulous perfume. It was a wonderful shopping experience, really made my day. Thank you.
L. B.
I prefer to visit Peter Jones rather than head up to Oxford Street for John Lewis. It is easier to get to, less people in the surrounding area and it is always pleasant to walk round the store to find what I am looking for.
The staff are helpful and the queues are manageable in store

Always a pleasure to shop in Peter Jones. I have to ask where are those Christmas crackers they've been promising since mid October, the only ones currently available are for people with a conscience and are dowdy, and I would not have on my Christmas table. Everything else is first class!
J. H.
This was my very 1st time at this Store.
I was very pleased that despite the outside of the premises, the scaffolding etc, it was very pleasant on all the floors. I asked for assistance, and the member of staff assisted me, very pleasant and polite.
I will definitely be coming again.

I used to study in London, at that time this nice top floor cafe was pricey for me.
But now I'm traveling as a tourist, so it's ok.
As my hotel was near Victoria station, it's not far and visited several times.
It's a self service restaurant/cafe. So the atomoshere is casual and nice. Then compare with formal restaurants around the area, not expensive.
It's located on the on the top floor of the department store, you can enjoy the central London view. Very busy on weekends.
S. G.
Had lunch in top floor self-service restaurant - good selection and very reasonably priced. All tables cleared and clean when we arrived.

Visited for the Open House London 2019 tour. Great tour guide who normally works there. Highlight was the view from the roof! A great view of the Mary Poppins style chimney pots! Interesting information about the history. Also a great place to enjoy a cup of tea and scone!
J. B.
Really good department store, you will never leave empty handed. And dog friendly, love it!
A. G.
Peter Johns is a great example of an Art Deco architecture of 1930s.
Great variety of good and products available.
The staff were not 100% friendly but not exactly rude either.
The cafe on the top floor is a must see when in Chelsea!
P. J.
Damian in your collections department did a wonderful job improving on the original bulky packaging that I would have had great difficulty carrying this along the street.
Kudos!
T. V.
From our gorgeous looking dining room chairs to top quality bath sheets and bedroom linen, John Lewis Peter Jones is the place for our eminent distinctive home needs! Well worth a visit when in Sales! ^^
A. L.
They may not be the coolest kid on the block, and there is a hint of Grace Brothers about them, but old- fashioned gold-plated customer service is still their USP. They comped a camera repair they didn’t have to as it was a year past the already generous 2- year guarantee date included with most of their electrical products without me even having to put on a sad face. They are planning a multi-million pound renovation for this John Lewis flagship despite enormous losses as a result of the pandemic. I wish them luck, they deserve a break.
F. R.
A lovely destination and really friendly staff, especially in the top floor cafe.
M. P.
We stopped by to look for a new TV. They have a huge selection of the latest models on display with specialists present from each brand to give personal advice. Competitive prices, friendly staff and an excellent warranty. Perfect.
I. I. U.
Nice place in town centre. Handsome staff was so professional and friendly, single vodka coke 5.99£ not bad.
G. D.
Great store, great selection of items, spread over five floors. Staff are very helpful.
A. B.
Big shout out to Cayley Goodwin on the Clarins counter for her amazing knowledge, support and recommendations. It was fabulous to have such helpful 1:1 service in a store I adore. Such a Win:Win
K. C.
I had excellent service by the staff in the make up department. It's a beautiful shopping experience staff are always there to help you.
M. P.
Nick, one of the Christmas temp staff in the bedding section, was incredibly helpful and very personable. Thank you for really brightening up our Christmas shopping!
J. L.
One of Boris Johnson's mistresses has described the home & decoration products as a 'nightmare', but they're perfectly acceptable for the hoi polloi. Wetnursed bloviators and their lovers excepted, most people will find there's some nice stuff here.
A. W.
Wonderful shop. Lovely staff. Feels homely. Good restaurant with a wonderful view.

We recently booked an 'out and about' nursery appointment at Peter Jones in Sloane Square to go through pushchairs / travel systems and car seats. As first time parents we went in completely blind and could not have had a better experience - would highly recommend this to anyone! Beata (our incredible sales assistant) went above and beyond to give us all of the information we needed - she was incredibly knowledgeable, informative and made a very overwhelming experience so much easier! Being 7 months pregnant at the time, she also made the whole shopping experience so much more comfortable - not rushing us, offering to store my bag and coat in a private room and giving me an area to sit and rest if I needed it. We ended up purchasing not just our travel system and car seat but also our cot and could not be happier with it. Thank you Beata!

Peter Jones (John Lewis), Place to Eat Restaurant. The food is the usual reliable John Lewis fare: traditionally British based with good vegetarian options. The food is my opinion is of better quality than the hot beverages. The highlight of the restaurant is the spectacular view of London's skyline. Relaxed atmosphere set around an atrium.
The alternative eatery can be found on the second floor. The Cafe Bar by Benugo has a little more flair and has a more contemporary, trendy feel than the Place to Eat Restaurant upstairs. The food is of a more Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavour. It also offers Happy Hour deals from 3 pm daily consisting of an alcoholic beverage such as a cocktail plus a snack. A great view of Sloane Square can also be found from sitting in this cafe/bar. A fabulous place to people watch!
A. P.
Like this shop, but what a pity there aren't enough sales assistants on the floor. Searched for assistance for a good 5 mins, then gave up. Please do not let your standards drop.
l. B.
I was so excited to be entering Peter Jones, the lay out, the staff was so professional. It's by far the most beautiful shop I have been in. Me and my mum visited the cafe and the views were awesome. Great idea too having the history.of the store on show for people to view. Thankyou PJ for a memorable and lovely day🤗❤️
T. D.
Once again John Lewis did it! The best decorated Christmas trees 🎄 in London
P. S.
There's helpful staff at the entrance and on the floor, a great place for finding things and it's very close to Slone Square tube station.
D. P.
Great selection of merchandise at very competitive prices. The Partners are knowledgeable and helpful.
M. A.
You can find everything here. Our unique shopping centre on King's Road. We love it 😀
E.
Very busy. Just when I’m shopping I’d rather be not asked if “im ok” I usually reply no because you’ve made me loose my thought process
A. M.
For all your needs it’s all under one roof. Very good team aware of all products and very friendly.
Prices average but you could get a lot of bargains here.
S. D.
Excellent store in a good location opposite Sloane Square underground station. This is a high quality department store with a wide variety of goods for sale at decent prices. The staff are very helpful and provide excellent customer service.
j. b.
Grade II Listed, pre WWII department store in an enviable locale now regrettably showing its age.
The chic and innovative “International Style” exterior; ocean-liner sleek with tubular railings, canopy and the glass curtain wall now all so passé and in need of repair and maintenance.
Similarly, inside despite the reasonable diversity across a selection of departments, quality, complacent service and the rest... it’s by now all pretty much old hat. Needs reinventing.
N. C.
Very helpful staff and knowledgeable about the products in the store.
E.
Very nice department store, where you can find all you need in one place. Clothes, home decor, technology.. ets
m. b.
Good shopping, and the restaurant on the 6th floor has a good selection of food, and some great views of that area of London
A. A.
The place where you can buy a wonderful goods.
B.
To be honest it looked dated. The layout of the ladies dept. looked like something out of the 1980s, very dull. The clothes were mediocre, not at all what I expected. I couldn't find an evening wear section. The ground floor had some nice glassware though.
s. s.
Peter jones always rates 5* plus great simple lunch sitting overlooking the chelsea skyline
Z. R.
Had a lovely meal. Gets a bit confusing as to where one needs to pay for food especially if getting food from more than one counter/section. There should be one central pay point because even the staff seem confused when you go to pay or ask about the payment system and that's not a good thing... :(
S. F.
Customer service here is unbeatable. Small problem with a baby car seat, no questions asked, immediate swap for a new one out of the box. Amazing service
w. P.
A Great experience! I will be shopping again in future with Peter Jones.
M.
Absolutely love this store. It has a real sense of pride that you see through the staff who are very helpful and knowledgeable!
10/10.
C. C.
Peter Jones is a lovely store but I've lost track of the times I've gone to make a purchase - normally a gadget - only to be told it's not actually in stock.
A. O.
A great shop with everything you would want from John Lewis. The price is as expected, but the quality usually comes with. The staff is also very helpful in every way possible.
I. L.
I came in the other day to get my eyebrows done, I was seen by a lovely lady called kola, she made my experience so much more enjoyable as I was a little afraid from a previous experience, she was so partir y and talked me through some products I wanted to get. this will be my go to store from now on, thanks so much kola! See you next month if you’re seeing this
M. M.
Not too busy, and you get a lovely cup coffee
d.
Absolutely stunning, the Christmas displays are amazing on the ground floor.
M. A.
Excellent customer service and very pleasant atmosphere.
C. C.
Great store in Art deco building, John Lewis range and a lovely restaurant with stunning views
P. P.
Brilliant shop to browse through, not crowded.
S. F.
Very relaxing shopping experience, the member of the staff who served me was so helpful, polite and friendly !
d. p.
Part of the John Lewis partnership. A fabulous department store in the heart of Chelsea. Everything from fashion, electrical goods, glassware to homeware. Staff are friendly and helpful. Keep a watchful eye out for some great discounted bargains.
L. A.
Nice atmosphere esp weekend, loads to shop for christmas.
C. B.
Good mooch and great lunch with fantastic views.
A. K.
Service was great from start to finish, I made a product enquiry online for a fan due to the excessive heat. Within half an hour I received a phone call, whilst I couldn’t take it - a voicemail was left with all the details required, the product reserved for me, details about the reservation number, where to pick it up from and how long I had to collect it. An absolute pleasure to shop in here. Great initiative and common sense used by the staff!

Peter Jones- Sloane Square
Had a lovely experience trading in our broken coffee machine for a new one. William (in the electrical returns department) was wonderfully friendly and efficient! We would like to thank him for his excellent customer service and excellent manner. Kind regards Louisa and Jamie
B. T.
It is always a pleasure to shop in Peter Jones with the way the store is laid out and the Partners who demonstrate excellent Customer Service. I bought my son a pair of grey trousers in the sale which I believe that he will like.
I would recommend Peter Jones to anyone looking for good quality items.
k.
Great café on top floor. Love this shop.
H. S.
Great store, staff and selection plus prices.
Bought a thermos and it was already price matched to amazon! Grab a bargain!
Cutlery sets we bought were fantastic too.
J. H.
Restricted items. Poorly displayed items. And lots of things with no prices. Not really the usual JL standard.
A.
Went in to get a price quote for some blinds and received amazing service from a sales assistant, Neil.
A. S. D.
I love Peter Jones...Reliable goods and Excellent staff.
R. F.
Outstanding customer service when a product needed fixing. Small delay due to the recent pandemic as to be expected but assistant was apologetic and dealt with the issue straight away backed up by an email of confirmation.Thank you for being polite, professional and competent. Highly recommended!
P. O.
Nice restaurant at the top floor and skylight..
Great location..
J. B.
I work there, of course I love it!!
A. S.
One of my favorite department stores in London. Have purchased many items from them. And I always enjoy the rooftop cafe for tea and scones with views over the chimneys of London. Baby friendly as well, we go there many times with our babies. The store is very polular and crowded though on Christmas period.
M. M.
Great selection and spacious store. Good level of customer service, not too in your face but at the same time it’s easy to find someone when you need them. Store takes a while to pick up the phone sometimes.
There is a good range of all the brands you’d expect from Peter Jones and John Lewis. Lifts to each floor as well as escalators and stairs. Well maintained toilets are on (almost) every floor. There are several entrances and exits too all around the store. They have a cafe and you can enjoy good food and drink there, including a decent range of teas and coffees (last I checked they have flat whites too).
All in all a great shopping experience. Even better with their Christmas event!
S. M.
Staff were very pleasant ,helpful and kind .Shop clean ,tidy and organised.
A pleasant shopping experience .
F.
Went to the nursery department for prams and after some good yet hazardous explanation we spoke to Marouan who guided us accurately and efficiently. He was nice, clear and couldn’t be more helpful. So this is a review about him more than anything really
P. D.
Quality department store, absolutely great. Floor on floor of everything you could want. Great television and computer department. However it's a shame that it appears acceptable now for John Lewis Partners (staff) to work in black jeans and t shirts?
S. S.
We, really love this store. Popped in for some pants with the guy for a black tie event and spoke to a chap called Junior. Thanks so much for such great service. We got the pants elsewhere (a size thing) but came back for the shoes, which looked great. Thanks again Junior, ( menswear department)
J. W.
... my favourite store in London and did not disappoint. Got the special present I wanted plus a light lunch. Highly recommended 😊. Best, John Williams
V. I.
It's always a good choice around the area for high quality shopping.
There is a great selection of clothes and accessories.
Top floor is the paradise of the high tech fans.
Massive tv screens and audio visual equipment for any budget are waiting to fill up your living room with all kind of entertainment.
Service is good and prices are logical.
L. L.
I bought a Cross cut shredder in July 2019 with a 2 year guarantee from John Lewis. I phoned JL yesterday to say it wasn't working. One phone call and the next day a replacement was waiting for me at a local Waitrose, and a bonus of £10 because it is now £10 cheaper than when I bought it!
What brilliant service!
S. P. L.
Was my first time experience shopping Peter Jones when I bought a breastfeeding pump which cease to function properly. Upon bringing back the item, my complaint was heard by the staff with efficiency and I was treated great. I felt the warmth and care reminded me of a different shopping experience. Wonderful! Keep it up Mr. Jones.
G.
Came in just for mirror, but service was superb and the lady at the 4th floor was so human(not a robot),that I ended up buying much more.No regrets.Thank you PJ.
M. N. K.

The best department store in London, where the sales assistants actually have knowledge of the products they sell, (a rarity in retail now a days)
10 out of 10
G. L.
My experience shopping at Peter Jones has been pretty mixed. Service standard really depends on who is working that day. Sometimes has been good and I've found helpful friendly staff. Sometimes it's been the opposite and I hardly get a response. I'd say on average it's a 3. It's definitely not top of my list.
B. P.
Top top historical departmental store in Peter Jones and Partners. It is massive with several floors. First floor's stand out for me are the kitchen stuff and their quality. And the top floor for the electronics. The staff are amazing and will always try to make sure you are okay at all times. Its proximity to Slone square underground station makes it easy for me to and anyone to access it through say District line very easily no matter how far away your home is
M. O.
Best place to do your Christmas shopping.
A. A.
Great store as ever. Customer service pleasant and efficient. Great selection of swimwear. I'd been searching everywhere for new swimwear and found the perfect thing that I ended up buying two! Expensive yes, but you get what you pay for.
I. &. G.
Maria in the cushion section was fantastic! We asked her about a cushion we'd seen on Oxford St, unfortunately looked like they were out of stock so we decided to leave it. However she went the extra mile, went to the stock room of her own accord and then walked through the store to track us down 10 minutes later! Really kind of her, and very happy we got the item
F. A.
The staff is amazing great customer service a such professional
D. A.
There are a lot things for house and personal use, and the good cuality so I recomend to visit there i am sure that you will enjoying it.
M. S.
Department store, part of John Lewis & Partners, located on one side of Sloane Square and the beginning of King's Road in fashionable Chelsea. Sells pretty much anything with great warranties on Electrical (audio tech, white goods etc.) goods.
L. F.
Lovely store. Knowledgeable and helpful staff.
K. J.
Loved this place especially around Christmas!
M. “. F.
I just had to write and say what a absolutely positive shopping experience I had at your furniture department!!!
I was 1st help by a lovely young man who said he was still training but there was no evidence of this, as he was knowledgeable and beyond helpful and I ordered my sofa-bed from him..
I was so impressed with the service that I said about ordering a bed, and was taken over to the bed department, where Ben went above and beyond to not only help me find a bed..but also a table 4 chairs and a bench!!!!
I came away with such a great feeling having been so well looked after by these two gentlemen..
So fast forward 2wks all my furniture was delivered and assembled earlier than expected!!
So from store to my home in Richmond the service was outstanding!!!
Many thanks
Aurelia Isaac..
M. E.
I can only speak for the cafe, which has a glorious view in clear skies London. However, it would be helpful for both the patrons and the staff if there was a means of putting back our own used trays such as a carousel or a stand on wheels with tray levels. This would have avoided a dropped and broken glass bottle which provided a trip and slip hazard.
A.
This is my go-to-shop in the Chelsea area, located opposite Sloane square. Christmas gifts and collection is of high quality standards, so is there brands as they have a lot of ‘exclusive only’ products being sold on display. Staff are really friendly!!
J. L.
Love this shop. Great selection of everything you could want. Great clothes, shoes, handbags, mens clothes etc. Love the jewellery, esp 2nd hand. Fabrics, furnishings. The staff are wonderful, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They're paid well and partners so receive bonuses. Not so much of the 'them' and 'us'. Every shop should be like this.
S. B.
I would like to thank GINA in the restaurant for helping to make my 2020 birthday celebrations so lovely. GINA you are a star! Also the lady in the bra department and Kevin on the till. Te Tutankhamen was fantastic you must go. 👍👍💕
N. P.
It is always nice to visit Peter Jones and also John Lewis for that matter. However because we are running up to Christmas the store was a bit crowded, which is normal for this time of the year. It is a pleasure to encounter staff who are genuinely interested in helping you with your enquiries, you don't see that happening in shops very often anymore. I liked the Christmas lights hanging from the ceiling at the atrium. Happy shopping.😄
V. B.
Good shop with almost everything you need
Y. F.
Historic department store located just opposite Sloane Square Station. It provides a wide range of merchandises to choose from and the staffs here are polite and helpful. You may spend a whole day here and don't forget to spend some time having a drink and snack on the top floor at the same time enjoying a panoramic view of the West End.
R. D.
Decent selection of stock and staff very welcoming. David at the Curtains and blinds dept exceeded by expectations. He actively ordered some spare parts for me, saving me money. Otherwise I would have had to buy a new blinds
M. S.
Daniel in the sports department on the 4th floor was ever so helpful. As a matter of fact he was serving 2 customers at the same time because it was very busy.
His level of service was excellent to both of us ensuring no customer was left to stand and wait for a long period of time without being looked after.
I have been to other John Lewis stores, and have not received the same service during the most quiet of periods, so greatly appreciate Daniel's level of service.
A. J.
A fine shop full of lovely Partners ready to assist your every need. Everything you could possibly want is on offer with plenty more you never knew you needed! The quality of the products is second to none and the price is always competitive meaning you know you're getting the best price out there. The garuntees that come with John Lewis products is reassuring and a real selling point. As a destination or just passing, Peter Jones is a must visit, whatever you're after.
J. F.
Outstanding service in the bed linen department. Thank you for all your help Quinn. You are an absolute credit to Peter Jones.
And to still be helping past closing time makes for somebody who deserves to go far in your company. Brilliant!
S. G.
A beacon of hope in an otherwise dark world. London salutes you.
D. D.
Great store in the middle of Chelsea, has nearly everything you could need, plus you get a 2 year guarantee on most items, plus you can't but the same product cheaper, if you can, they promise to match it. If you like this review, can you please click the like symbol below. Thank you!
A. S. T.
It took me a lot of time to find the collection desk, which is actually located outside the main building. Had to ask 3 people, who didn't know, before finding a nice shop assistant who brought me there. In the email I got with collection details there wasn't any mention to the location of the collection desk, which would be appreciated, especially when the shop size is that big. A part for that john lewis products have always a great quality.
E. E.
Lovely to walk round. Tried on some clothes. Bought LEGO model present for grandson birthday plus half-price bag to give it to him in. Had cup of coffee on top floor looking out the window.
a. h.
Love this place. As my daughter walked in she said "ah the mother ship" says it all really. Reason for 4 not 5 stars is over the last few years the stock has decreased in variety. Visit Mr. Badman in IT help. He's fab!
A. G.
Big selection in store with helpful staff and a couple of cafes in store. If you have a John Lewis card and want to try and claim the free coffee and cake you need to go to the top floor cafe, the other one is run by Benugo so doesn’t honour that offer.
Y. M.
What to say? Peter Jones/ John Lewis they basically both are brands + symbols of trust, elegance and good taste. The range of products they offer is amazing, it looks fresh and bright, the staff are also friendly and helpful. After walking through its different sections/floors/departments and after seeing all they have to offer, you can also enjoy a lovely meal or a hot drink in a variety of options to choose at the Top floor cafeteria, All of this while enjoying gorgeous views of our Greater city of London... So, your shopping experience then ends being nothing but supreme! Thanks John Lewis
m.
Part of the John Lewis chain, located in the fashionable Chelsea. Nice vibe, and sells pretty much everything. Great warranties on Audio and Electricals items purchased. With all shops in the network, has a good 'click & collect' service manned by capable staff (also known as 'Partners').
J. W.
Christmas decorations are fantastic this year!
E. H.
Not great. It’s a large store and well laid out. I’ve shopped here a lot and never had good customer service. Many of the staff are quite rude and not especially helpful. The cafe is stunning so that’s worth visiting.
L. C.
I love this shop! You can pretty much buy anything from this place, the service, presentation, price is excellent everything you'd expect with it being part of the Waitrose partnership BUT this store puts itself slightly above all its other department stores its as if its a 'Harrods for all and everyone' kind of common poshness!
J. T.
I was served this morning by an extremely helpful and charming member of staff in Ralph Lauren mens department. An absolute breath of fresh air to be treated so well. I wish I had made a note of his name to put in this review.
J. G.
Excellent, friendly service and very helpful, smiley faces , easy to get around , very relaxing and I got what I needed 😉
J. B.
I visited the store just to go for a coffee and a slice of cake at their restaurant on the 6th floor. On arrival, through the main Sloane Square entrance, a smartly dressed member of staff came over to assist and to direct me in the direction of the escalators and lifts.
The restaurant is quite big and the views across the London roof tops are spectacular. The staff serving cake and hot drinks were exceptionally kind, courteous, friendly, professional and most importantly they were all smiling.
I would definitely recommend the 6th floor restaurant for the friendly service and spectacular views.
K. B. L.
Really it should be 10 stars for the Christmas dinner which I try to have when I can.
The turkey is nicely roasted but not dry;
potatoes, crisp but soft in the middle;
Brussels sprouts not too soft and the parsnips are on point.
The nicely blended cranberry dressing goes well with the delicately crafted sauce for the turkey and potatoes.
The whole meal is filling and has the Chef's own 'signature' recipe that is very festive, to make it the best Christmas dinner I have tasted.

It’s 1 week before Black Friday & I’ve come to the perfume section of this store. It’s a lot to take in, but I managed to spray paper samples of 43!.... that’s right you’ve heard it right 43 perfume samples just to narrow it down to my top 4
1. Bleu de channel - this is by far one of the best fragrances for men, depending of style. Prices range from £76 - £132
2. Bvlgari Wood Neoli / Wood Essence. initially I thought this was a woman’s perfume, but rest assured this is a men’s perfume & at the beginning when you smell a new perfume fragrance it takes around 24 hours before the smell from the perfume kicks in... and OMG! It’s absolutely worth every penny! Prices range from £81.50 - £86.50
3. Mont Blanc - Day to day fragrance good tip always get the perfume range ( eau de parfum ) & not eau de toilette ) eau de parfum has an oil based layer which last longer than the eau de toilette which is water based. We all been there to impress that special woman & what do we do....we spray head to toe with a cheap / bargain perfume.
Prices from £33 - £110
4. Spice Bomb - this one smell like Armani Code but it leaves a nice fragrance smell. 3 days and counting since I’ve last spray this fragrance.....& I can still smell this eau de parfum.
1 week & counting 43 samples tested only 4 on my list. Happy shopping on Black Friday

Wonderful store, I have known this store since before the Mayor worked here and its always been my favourite department store in London and the fact it remains so is a credit to the excellent members of staff who continue on, providing great service.
Maybe I am a little bias because its not far from my home but I prefer this store to Harrods by a long way.
L. R.
Thank you Luke, who was checking on everyone in the queue outside JL. You listened, went out of your way and helped. The staff at John Lewis are unfailingly helpful and its why I continue and look forward to shopping there
E. F.
Visited the Peter jones kings road branch on Sun 15th december with my granddaughter. The staff on the childrens floor where wonderful - particually one of the elves (Roxanne, I think), made her visit to father christmas all the more enjoyable. I was also assisted by a lovely young woman called Kaitlin who was incredibly helpful in helping me find a gift! Overall, great service and very nice staff!
L. A.
My favorite spot for shopping basic household needs. No nonsense, limited but need-driven collection on electronics, kitchen appliances, and utilities.
V. V.
Just plain fab. Been coming here since the 1970's. Totally wonderful.
K. G.
Despite it's impressive makeover a few years ago, Peter Jones retains the feel of an old fashioned department store - not that there is anything wrong with that. The most important historical features were retained in this refurbishment. The range of products is impressive and the staff friendly and helpful. The cafeteria on the top floor sells a range of good food and is reasonably priced.
M. G.
Part of the John Lewis group. I knew what I was going to purchase and the ground floor staff directed me to the 4th floor where I would find my item. Young lady on the 4th floor assisted me very aptly and I had my item in my hands within a few minutes. This is how customer service should be? Well done on today's visit.
A. C.
You havn't really experienced true shopping graciousness untill you find this treasure house.
Welcome to an Expertly and intelligently managed Sizeable store.
Staffed by Product Advisors whom I have to credit as being Superior in that they are individually conscientious of how to respect a customer and help us unselfishly to get exactly what we want .
That is simply
'The best price for Quality'
Forget Harrods.
Experience stressless worthwhile consuming without needing to pay for worthless Ostentation.
B. V.
Whatever you need you will find it at Peter Jones. The only department store left in London that gives you some reassuring, old fashioned personal customer service. The rare breed of shop assistants who actually knows their products! The selection is not always stylish or unique but for all basic stuff this is the best store.
M. M.
I certainly had five star service by the staff in the handbag dept in Peter Jones yesterday afternoon. Before lunch l bought a Radley handbag in two shades of blue. However, when l walked past the PJ Kings Rd window l saw the same design of my bag in the window but it was in two tone greens which l preferred. I went back to the handbag dept and a young lady served me. She was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. I explained l would have preferred the green shade of bag in the window. She researched my request and informed me the bag in the window was in shades of blue. Anyway, l was insistent it was green and beige. She very happily went with me to the window, where another member of staff accompanied her and the apparent handbag in the window was in two shades of blue. The reason that l saw two tones of green occurred due to window lighting! I cannot compliment your staff more. Each staff member was helpful, understanding, and very respectful to me. Thank you, thank you for making shopping in PJs such a pleasure.
J. G.
Love love love Peter Jones! Service is second to none, and nothing is ever too much trouble for the lovely staff/partners. Gorgeous place - I love it <3
a. a.
Thank you very much. I was in your shop tow days ago. Doing make up for a party.
Your worker paola from Dior did fantastic work. She was great.
a. p. A.
All government guide lines applied and at 13h00 it was pleasant to be around the shop. The service was great 👌
P. B.
An excellent range of goods at good prices
c. s.
I cannot think of a week when ther is not something I need from PJs small or large they have it all and if you can't find it the staff will always know. I have noticed that the displays are getting so much better and relevant for the time of year so sitting in the restaurant at the top of the escalator there is always something new to see whilst drinking good coffee and sharing great cakes
P. H.
We always enjoy a trip here. Fantastic selection of products, well set out. Helpful staff. As good as they get prices. A great cafe on the top floor
A. F.
Excellent Covid precautions in the coffee shop which they enforce - well done! A really pleasant shop and the coffee shop is relaxing and well spaced.
C. L.
The Christmas story telling by Sue was amazing. Santa was very very friendly as well. My son loved them. One star taken off because the place to eat on 6 floor is horrible. Takes forever to queue, staff extremely slow and rude, not very children friendly. But don't let this stop you going to Peter Jones it is a fabulous department store just don't eat at 6th floor.
L. B.
just forget how annoying can be the wait for the elevators and enjoy the offer on every store. A plus for parents: the best nursery rooms I have ever visited. It is a relief when you are out with your babies.
R.
I adore Peter Jones. Personally, I believe it provides the best shopping experience in Europe. The staff are always without exception first class. In addition to this I know I am paying a fair price for my purchases.
A. S.
Love this store. A must visit as it’s been there for many decades and is a feature of Sloane Square. The staff have been there for years which is reassuring when shopping. If only all shopping experiences could be this good.
G. S.
Went in with a product that had stopped working. Had been told on the phone that, as I had had it for eight months, they could only repair, not replace. When I got there the person I spoke to straight off offered me a store credit. I was very pleased!
D. C. C.
Jolly good !
M. B. I. a.
Love my trips to this lovely store. The store is very traditional British but modern at the same time. The goods sold here are more for people with plain tastes unlike the ostentatious, super rich bling of Harrods and Harvey Nichols. If you're talking about clothing this is certainly the case and I would recommend the said stores or Selfridges for something more creative, designer or fashionista. That said Peter Jones still has some cool things. Whether it be the clothing, furniture or almost any other product, there's a good chance you'll find something you like.
Some products are fairly rubbish and overpriced though and you're unlikely to get your money back. 😒
L. B.
Not very happy with the customer service,I would never thought that I am going to say that about the nation's beloved retailer. I tried to return a pair of canvas shoes that even worn at home for a trial managed to give me blisters, polite but firm lady in the shoe department decided that it can not be done! There were not buts or ifs, just straightforward NO and good bye.Customer NOT HAPPY...
K. C.
The Royal Crest of HM the Queen is well deserved. Superb service. Excellent variety of products. Go to the cafe on the top floor for an outstanding view of Chelsea & South Kensington.
T. J.
Still one of the best stores in London. Thanks to the lovely ladies in the haberdashery department (Sue Ellen) for their assistance.
N. S.
It's an institution. They have a vast range of items in a huge number of departments. They're especially strong on things that aren't easily found in other places, like quality furniture that isn't astronomical but a step up from IKEA and co. There's a larger cafe up at the top or you can pop in to the one on the first or second floor. The tech department is always fun, it's about the only place you can see a decent range like this in person (aside from going to multiple places in Westfield)
l. c.
Not as many great brands as before. Shame!
T. W.
Your average department store. Very clean and everything in place. Can't fault it in any way. Better signage around the store maybe so people can find what they want without trying to find a sign to find the departments.
Z. R.
Excellent department store
C. H.
One of the biggest shopping department stores in the area.
You will pretty much find everything you could possibly ever need here. And when it all gets a bit much, you can relax with a fresh cup of tea or coffee and a delicious slice of cake on the top floor!
R. B. -. E. k.
Peter Jones is a very good store and shop there when I am down by Sloane Square.
Service to be expected when shopping within the excellent John Lewis partnership chain of shops, everyone has such good training and knowledge.
Both my wife and I are great fans of this that is why I guess we are both such good John Lewis customers.
Okay did notice a comment from Joshua about static electricity.
This is most likely due to the Relative humidity of the shop and what you are wearing rubber shoes, woollen clothing etc. Try leather soled shoes and cotton socks as a starter as that might help.
This is a real problem and not Peter Jones' fault but quite a common problem. Do not let this put you off as Peter Jones is an excellent store giving a very good shopping experience.
Highly recommended.
P. G.
Iconic shop, part of the John Lewis partnership. A five storey shopping mall in its own right. Parked across from Sloane Sq. tube it is simple to get to. Once finished with you have the whole of Kings Rd to experience. Quite the day out.
R. S.
The stores, products and customer service are great however, every time I come to Peter Jones on Sloane Square, I always get electric shocks from the escalators, hand rails of stairs and doors. It's annoying enough that I go to Oxford Street John Lewis instead or move around this store being extra careful not to touch anything.
J. L.
I love shopping here but have 1 minor reservation - for some reason, I always frequently get statically charged in here!! Almost every time I touch something metallic instore (e.g. the bannister, hook of a clothes hanger etc.), I discharge static! I've asked staff about this and they have the same experience.
I'm not sure why this shop in particular has this problem but it makes me a little nervous every time I shop there!
H. P.
I hadn't been to Peter Jones for over 20 years (!), but over the last two weeks I've been there twice to do some Christmas shopping as I currently work in Battersea. I was so pleasantly surprised! I love John Lewis, but this store is a much more manageable size and the staff is really friendly. I'd like to mention the lovely tall, thin shop assistant in the Christmas department for her excellent service and also a lovely young girl very keen to help me in women's clothing (I think it was near John Lewis' own label).
However, during my first visit I had a coffee and a scone in the café and both were really disappointing. Since the introduction of 'My John Lewis' and free coffee/cake voucher, the quality (strength) of the coffee has been reduced. I used to go to John Lewis sometimes just for the coffee, but not anymore. Please bring the good coffee back!
D.
Only great experiences here. Staff have always been very friendly and seem to care for their customers. Their selection is very good and personally I prefer to come here than the other John Lewis stores in London
J. S.
Born in 1843 apprenticed to a draper in Carmarthen. He opened his 1st shop in Hackney in 1868, shortly after to another in Bloomsbury. In 1877 he bought 4 - 6 Kings Road and within 7yrs was the largest prosperous drapers and furnishings store. By the time of his death in 1905 he owned the majority of this block of buildings.
In 1906 John Lewis bought it for £20,000 in cash. His son Spedan 1914 put it into the partnership of profit-sharers.
The current 5 storey building was designed by Slater, Crabtree and Moberly built between 1932 - 36 was the 1st of it's kind in the UK ; built metal framed with glass curtain walling.
It's quality of stock is not what it used to be.
But it is still a delight to peruse it's window displays and the goods on offer within. Have bought some really individual items, usually as presents for a special occasion. A mahoosive variety of fabrics, baby equipment, bedding, hats, etc. Well worth a look even if you don't buy.
In close proximity to The King's Road, Saatchi Gallery, Duke of York Square, Victoria And Albert Museum, National Army Museum, Chelsea Physic Garden, Ranelagh Gardens (Chelsea Flower Show), Lister Hospital, Chelsea Bridge, Meadowbank Area, The River Thames, Victoria Coach Station, Belgravia, and Pimlico.
Nearest station is Sloane Square.
J. C.
Peter Jones is a John Lewis store, with their full range of products and a cafe on the top floor. The cafe is excellent and a great place to go with little ones. They have an option for kids allowing them to pick from assorted kids items (juice box, sarnies, crisps, kitkats, babybell cheese etc.) Overall this is one of my all time favorite department stores. They have a good variety of branded products, John Lewis items and extremely helpful staff. It's one of the only places around where there is also a craft and sewing department. My least favorite thing are the slow and crowded lifts - but there are plenty of stairs and escalators so you can avoid those as long as you don't have a stroller or wheelchair.
M. S.
Owned by John Lewis. Expect the same great service as John Lewis. Staff are really friendly. Products are great quality and prices are matched. Overall, great service. Peter Jones products can be returned and exchanged in John Lewis stores.
w. B.
Went to buy baby swing as I needed it quickly as I was taking it to someone as gift and had no time to order online. There process was sooo slow would try to avoid if in no hurry.
H. K.
Lovely department store in the heart of Sloane square
C. D.
Like other John Lewis shops the staff at Peter Jones are very helpful and there is a good selection of home lable and branded goods. The addition of free WiFi, free phone charging next to the Café on the top floor make shopping here a painless experience.
I. C.
John Lewis +. Amazing staff in every department (Maria from cushions tracked a pillow down (and then me down in the store) because I asked if they had one I saw months ago!) Extremely helpful with returns as well. Head here before another JL if you're caught between two.
J. F.
What went wrong today? Tables not cleared and wiped in top floor eatery. Cashier tried to overcharge us and not very happy about correcting her error. Afterwards in Electrical goods dept an assistant so busy on their iPad that they stepped backwards onto my heel and blamed me. Not usually like this in Peter Jones. Perhaps they were unhappy to be working on Easter Monday?
F. J.
Good store. Just way too far to walk too and confusing at times. need to stock more items in certain places. they should also have a threading bar...
D. W. (.
An excellent range of goods across the various departments, though some products seemed a little overpriced. I visited the cafeteria and found that it was quite chaotic. The food was fairly ordinary.
D. L.
Well worth visiting the cafe on the top floor just for the wonderful view. Used to come here for rum babas with whipped cream with my Aunt to buy school uniform. Sadly, no sight of a rum baba anymore... But the food is still good quality.
b.
Management have decided to replace their unique Brasserie with waitress service with a Benugo?
Why?
You can visit a Benugo anywhere, there is nothing uniquely Peter Jones or John Lewis about it.
I've noticed the replacement of John Lewis brand cafes and restaurants in the Oxford street store too...Lebanais and Benugo....you can walk 5 minutes from the store and visit these brand restaurants,so what's the point in renting out your floor space instead of having your own brand.
The Brasserie in Peter Jones was unique and I'm sure there have been loads of complaints....bring it back and keep the Peter Jones experience unique!
B. H.
Talking with a guy in the Samsung department. Absolutely knew what he was talking about and full of enthusiasm and energy. I don’t write reviews often but I know a good sales person when I see one. And these people you do not find very often. I can’t remember the name but thanks for your help.
E. C.
Kate and Wills shop here so come on! It has to be five stars.
Just a little worried by the obviously ex services veteran sat talking to himself with his backpack in the cafe when we were there.
PTSD in full effect.
S.
Emma -> Manager of Electrical Dept. is brilliant:
I have been given a b'day present of Virtual Reality and for some reason it didn't work on my laptop. I took it to the Electrical dept. in there and Emma dealt with the problem in no time. I really want to say 'Thanks' to her for my satisfactory visit to Peter Jones John Lewis.
A. C.
I bought the Isabella Oliver Ruched Midi Dress to wear at my best friend's wedding. It is perfect for dancing and I had fun all night. Everyone loved it and asked me where I got it from. Thank you, Peter Jones!
R. H.
Great service helping me find the Apple Watch I wanted. Nicely appointed store with lots of friendly staff. Better than oxford street John Lewis!
J. B.
Can get busy but is a much more pleasant experience than some more centrally located department stores. Upholds the levels of quality and service that you'd expect from John Lewis
A.
Top floor restaurant has a better view than perhaps the quality of the tea, which could have been hotter. Ok but not great. Surroundings nice though.
J. Y.
Well placed, easy to get to by public transport. Helpful staff. You can have a meal or tea and coffee, cake, sandwiches or snacks. Friendly, relaxing atmosphere
T. C.
Good old Peter Jones, still one of my favorite stores in London where you can but anything from cosmetics to kitchen were. One of the best haberdashery section in town with helpful and knowledgeable staff.
S. K.
Brilliant store, great services, excellent quality products, overall the customer experience every customer deserve! Happy to pay slightly extra (if at all) for all this.
S. H.
Brilliant! A very helpful man in the computer section sorted out my laptop. He took time and trouble and didn't just whizz over it so that I wasnt able to follow it.. Great help. Clean laptop. Happy cuatomer. Thanks Peter Jones for employing great, well trained people.
N. G.
I love this shop. Nice people and very good quality .
P. S.
A lovely shop, my wife and a I have been visiting for years. We felt that this years Christmas decorations were excellent. Peter and Jenny Snow from Eastbourne.
X. W.
A landmark department store, and pretty much the flagship of the popular John Lewis brand. The store is well laid out with a great range of products including fashion, technology, furniture and household items.
When the store is busy, skip the escalators and use the lifts or stairwell to the side, as the escalators are narrow and there can be a lot of bottlenecking.
It isn't the biggest John Lewis out there, but they manage to cram all of the best products into the space, making it better than many larger stores.
Visiting Peter Jones makes a great bookend to a shopping trip down Kings Road, especially when you stop off at the café upstairs.
C. R.
This is still my favourite department store. Staff knowlegeable and pleasant. Well laid-out shop. A pleasure to browse around in.
K. G.
Peter Jones is one of the Flag ship stores of The John Lewis partnership and as such has a huge array of everything from buttons to Bluetooth electronics.
With a restaurant on top if you fancy a pot of tea and something to eat.
At the Top of the Kings Road too (Sloane square end).
D. N.
Busy neighborhood. Not fancy from the outside but nice inside. You can order stuff online and get it delivered to your local Waitrose. Much faster than commuting in
T. T.
It worths a visit, nice view from top floor restaurant/bar
P. X.
Layout and signage very good, which means the customer is not wandering around looking for various departments, especially during this Covid situation.
K. H.
Friendly, clean, but they don't stick Paul smith products, nor many phone cases, unless you like apple! Gorgeous furnishings and fabric tho
N. R.
This is one of my favourite John Lewis stores. Unique building design very 1930 style Art Deco. Not as packed as Oxford Street store for example. More upscale.
P. B.
Wonderful, I have been shopping for 60 yrs since I was 7 in PJs, school uniform, dragged round by a shopaholic mother and I have ended up marrying another PJ addict. Tonight was a real bonus, thank you, the prosecco helps a lot to soften the bills! Happy Christmas to all the Partners, Peter
R. M.
I did feel save hand sanitizer at entrance everybody with mask very helpful
Easy to shop
A. G.
Excellent store. Fantastic service. Highly recommended
L. P.
It is an average department store with a great location. The staff are not as helpful as other department stores. The only positive is the lovely cafe they have.
A. O.
Christmas decorations always capture the festive mood so cleverly
B. D.
I was cross. Cross at having to return my mobile phone for a 3rd time in 22 months as it kept shutting down. The JL warranty was for 24 months. I resigned myself to using my unsmart back up for a few weeks. Well the 5 stars were earned when the assistant suggested a free replacement as "you shouldn't have to put up with that".
J. C.
Good for clothes bits and pieces. ..fabrics handbags kitchen ware and much much more. Pricey but very good value.....a nice experience. Not so good for lunch anymore.
n. l.
Peter Jones is great British institution, a department store the way they used to be! everything you can possibly want under one roof, lovely attentive staff, and one of the best things is the lovely cafe at the top floor, with a great view!
D. T.
Lovely staff very helpful,cracking store.
O. R.
Multi level shopping centre. High quality products for home, family. Friendly staff, will help if you struggle with the choice. Many thanks. Will recommend for friend
A. A.
My favourite shop good customer service ..quality produxts beautiful things for the house.. I have to admited must things can't afford it but I still love to go and have lunch in the cafeteria upstairs it's good quality food and affordable
B. G.
As department stores go, Peter Jones have the bar raised above all. High quality product compared with what I would expect to find in this kind of shop. Decent service and nicely presented.
O. S. (.
Peter Jones is part of John Lewis, so you should expect everything you could get from one of those.
There's a cafe on the top floor which is quite popular. Since there are floor to ceiling windows, it's a hotspot for Instagram pictures of the London skyline.
Be careful in store though, there's a lot of static electricity in the air and you can get quite a few shocks when on the escalator or the stairs. Sometimes you can be shocked just be touching a product.
R. B.
Unsure why six members of staff have to be at the square's main entrance administering handgel? Yes, 6!
S. C.
Very positive and pleasant as always..and no need to go to Oxford Street. You can find anything you need in Sloane Square..I can't wait for the opening of John Lewis at Westfield in 2018
J. E.
If you're after a John Lewis in central, this is a much better bet than the flagship Oxford Street store. It's a much larger and nicer space and the staff always seem much more engaging and helpful.
E. D.
Beautiful shop, friendly and helpful staff. Great selection. And a nice atmosphere to shop in.
Parking experience close by, but easyish to park. Stunning Displays in Windows and inside shop.
A. T.
William Bad Man, Ben and Michael P. are amazing, friendly and very professional. Thank you for the great service.
F. A.
Excellent Store. The store services could be busy on peak days or hours also when ever you would like to visit use public transport as very difficult to find parking near the store.
J. C.
A great place for shopping though if you order for Christmas, be aware that there could be a huge delay. I have been waiting for 2 hours for an item, which is somewhere in the warehouse. Whilst I wait have been given tea vouchers
M. M.
Love Peter Jones. Great quality of products I bought my laptop but once I went I heard the manager say to one of the staff that anything they "through" to us we will buy it and from then I see things differently but still a great shop
L. C.
Really nice department store. It has multiple floors with loads of items. I especially like the tech department as there is a lot to look at, especially the televisions
J. E.
My go-to store for over 15 years. Friendly staff...great selection of clothing and homeware. You need never go anywhere else...apart from food it has everything!
C. W.
fantastic store but what happened to the lovely cafe, where one could have a really good meal in peace and quiet and nice surroundings. Sorry
PJ why did you close it - not a very good move.
V. E.
Nice, quite nice offering, nice places to have lunch and hang out. The kitchen, fashion and technology departments are pretty good and one wishes they also had a deli.
A. N.
Beautiful place to shop and find anything you looking for.
Entertaining to shop around, all the staff smile and welcome you, even if they were just passing you.
S.
Lovely large store, nice tech section at the top and everyone is wearing masks
D. E.
Very Impressive store. This is our first
visit and will not our last.
Great cafe with good food and great views of London.
J. H.
Lovely department store. Great selection of products on sale with very friendly and helpful staff!
J. E.
The staff were very helpful and knew what they were talking about but not all the telivision models that I wanted to look at were on display. I couldn't expect them to be but because of the size of the store I was optimistic.
D. M.
Wonderful shopping experience!! Lots of variety - friendly, helpful staff. Lovely little tea room.
J. M.
Love this store - it has a variety of clothes and household items with a pleasant cafe on the top floor. More importantly friendly staff
S. O.
Cannot e en start wording how useful, resourceful and helpful they are. Staff is friendly, butnkot too much, always polite and nice, and the shop caters for every single need.
W. W.
Absolutely loved my personal shopper Judith!
S. B.
Nice and quite. Good people great help!
C. S.
All possible things you need to purchase in the same place, which it is quite convenient.
N. M.
An all round favourite department store of the.John Lewis chain. Great café at the top, though food choices could do with new items
A. C.
Good John Lewis shop, but with the Oxford Street flagship not far away, I'd sort of hope that John Lewis would make more effort to make the Peter Jones store more unique - that would get the fifth star...
L. R.
Great shop I think better thank John Lewis in Kingston, more variety if you want furniture that's the place.
C. D.
The go to place to shop for everything!
N. D.
One of my favourite department stores in London. Little known fact: It is in fact just a John Lewis disguised with a different name! Not many people know that!
M. E. C.
Five stars are not enough to describe the deep sensation of beauty love and homely feel, Peter Jones atmosphere is unique and no matter how many years have passed still there Home
l. a.
This is my favourite store in London.
I like the seletion, prices and service here.
If you live or work in Chelsea, then I am sure you enjoy visiting this store too
C. J.
I love browsing this store and I have always been happy with the purchases I have made. There is a massive selection of items and some good quality stuff :)
P. D.
Great department store at Sloane Square. Focus on quality brands with a friendly and attentive service.
N.
Very good department store - v food variety of floors that includes sportswear and electronics floors that were interesting to me. Customer service could be better
G. C.
Good meeting place for coffee. Nice view, plenty of space and good menu. Too floor of Peter Jones.
L. R.
Assistant was very helpful in ordering the item they didn't have in stock for me as click and collect which will be available the next day.
p. s.
The address for quality shopping in london -all brands under one roof 👍
A. D.
Is the place you find everything. Nice staff members, nice prices. They do the price matching every time they can. You should try it.
J. M.
Department store. Lot of choice and staff not too pushy. Very knowledgeable when you ask about products. You can pick up John Lewis click and collect orders from there which is useul
J. D.
Very untidy shop. It took me ages to match products to prices. Poor selection of products and either cheap and ugly or too expensive not worth it.
H. S.
It is always a pleasure to be here, to look, to buy, to eat. They simply sell what I like. Great sale at the moment.
J. R.
Very pleasant always very helpful staff.
R. M.
Sales staff ill informed about the electronic home stock. At least they were honest and admitted they knew nothing about the Netatmo devices.
E. L.
Always ... great service... love it
w. c.
Enjoyed our experience in the shop
Staff very helpful to both my wife
And myself.
Had lasagne in restaurant with salad, very enjoyable ,again staff
Very good.
K. B.
One of the best department stores in Britain. Friendly helpful staff and we love to shop there.
C.
6 floor, small coffee corner till 16.00, scones was nice & tea too but the best was a great view from windows!!!
A. P.
Forget Harrods, Peter Jones and John Lewis are THE best BRITISH department stores and online retailers! Simply the best service
J. N.
Pleasant staff that let you browse and don't stand over you. Clean and well presented store.
R. C.
Fantastic customer service. Just visited the baby section. Very helpful guy helped us choose a baby carrier. Thank you!
D. T.
👍
S. P.
It's a John Lewis store, so expect the usual excellence of products and staff, and the 'never knowingly undersold' guarantee underpinning it all
P. M.
Good store and nice food in the café but the staff are rude and often lazy. Peter Jones has definitely gone down hill in the last 5 years.
N. J.
Love the view from the café on the top floor of London.
D. Q.
Good place to shop, great quality and prices, profit goes to workers and they pay taxes back to the economy unlike Amazon
K. A.
It's always a pleasure to have a reasonably priced coffee on the top floor atrium level with amazing views over the skyline of West London.
A. S.
Very happy with the product, service and value for money. Useful share... Faultiess service as ever! Useful... Awaiting fitment but looks a quality produet... peter Jones.
D.
Faultless store, product quality and customer service. Be cheeky, try get a discount or freebies with big ticket items, electronics staff very generous!
N. R.
I love this store but not the lighting dept. They are understaffed and not interested in serving customers . I left without buying the lamps I wanted . Not what I expect

Friendly, helpful staff always willing to go that little bit further in order to provide the best shopping experience to the customer

It has everything you'd expect from a John Lewis and is a nice position on Sloane square. Has floors and floors of stock so you may be here a while!

Stuff is always welcoming and has got a great knowledge about the product. Like it there, very central, easy access.

Lovely store. Not as madly busy as John Lewis on Oxford St. Great location too.

Plenty of staff on hand even on a busy Saturday afternoon. Incredible.
Some sensible Black Friday weekend offers

Great department store with various outlets ranging from clothing to electronics. Also not quite as expensive as harrods which is a plus

Always friendly and helpful and less crowded than JL Oxford St.

Good quality and breadth of products and services. The upstairs cafe has some of the nicest views over West London!

Very helpful staff and thanks for the support and help

Great "traditional" place to shop with friendly and dedicated staff. You will find only quality, good design and some snobbish prices.

We always pop in to Peter Jones when we are passing, like visiting an old friend. Love the cafe on the top floor, with its rooftop view.

Fantastic. So Christmassy

Department store selling almost everything. Prices good compared to other shops. Staff are helpful.

The staff are so helpful and the goods are arranged for easy access unlike a larger store nearby.

Great range of products, fairly good prices (considering the Sloane Square location) but, on top of it, excellent sales and post sales service.

Lovely fabrics sold there.

Basically it's the Sloane Square branch of John Lewis. And as we all know John Lewis is a great department store, so more of the same at Peter Jones.

One of the nicest department stores, good selection of goods plus very helpful staff.

I like very much!

The land of plenty. I go there to sniff cameras and computers. Once a year there's a pilgrimage to look for Christmas presents. The haberdashery and kitchen departments are a joy.

It’s an example of good customer service. Dog friending, with the great selection of products

There's a lot to look at, but when they have an event on the 7th floor, it would be nice if they made sure you could get in.
