Great customer service. I had the opportunity to audition some headphones at Premium Sound and the experience was amazing to say the least. They made adjustments to get me the earliest appointment slot possible. After the audition, Alex took his time to answer my queries even even though it was getting late. Highly recommended!!

The best headphone company in London period ! Amazing return policy and support. 1. They allow you to test the headphones in the london office. 2. They have a 30 days policy, which I had to use once for replacement. It was fast and easy! (most music store in london doesn't offer this). The staff is friendly and really helpful ! I was put in touch with Premium Sound via the specialist Amp manufacturer I was trialing (NVA) since they stocked the make of speaker NVA recommended, Klipsch. I was really keen to check the compatibility of the speakers and Premium Sound were happy to supply a set of speakers to trial and suggested a couple of other speakers to trial. I moved the goalposts a little but again PS were happy to provide a set of Dynaudio Special Forty’s to trial. Decision made! The missing component now was a cd streamer, again PS made their recommendations around the budget I set. I was so confident in these guys and researching reviews I placed an order straight away. Why are they so good? They just try and help! No pressure sales. Happy to share their knowledge and to allow you to make an informed decision. I now have an awesome hifi setup that I could not have achieved without the ability to trial kit! All my emails were responded to same day. Equipment in stock was with me next day. OK so that’s all the good stuff, any criticism, erm.. actually… no! Stas and team, thank you! I will come direct to you in future and have no hesitation in recommending you!

I purchased a pair of Grado SR325X's recently and there was the slightest of supply chain delays. The customer service I recieved from Alex was of the type I haven't encountered in a very long time- exemplary in every respect. I won't be purchasing my audio kit from anywhere else going forward. If you're considering placing an order with these guys, based on my experience, you won't regret it.

Highly recommend this cool hifi store. By far the best hifi store in London! Friendly and professional staff. Eric, Vic and Pete are all very helpful and kind. Excellent service. Booked an appointment and received great guidance. Bought a Pro-ject turntable, phono amp and cable. They were able to deliver to my house within 2 hours, which was just incredible. Amazing servic! First time i have ever used a chat bot and had so much faith and confidence that i didn't even walk into the store or speak to anyone over the phone. I have, over 25 years (ish) been a fan of home cinema and have dealt with many, many retailers. However, Premium sound in London has been without doubt the best. Ordered a pair of Dynaudio M10's off Amazon. Had an email from Erik telling me the only pair they had were slightly marked on the underside.
