They are excellent. Very good service both before and during the visit. The operative was punctual, quick and efficient and left everything clean and tidy. I recommend them very highly.

For white good repairs, i only use Repair Aid's services. They are reasonable with pricing and offer a great service. It is always nice to talk to them over the phone and the engineers have always been pleasant to deal with. I won't go anywhere else. It is that simple! I highly recommend their services!!

So many divergent reviews made me very suspicious. They were however the most local company so I gave them a go. Not the cheapest with a set call out fee, but they fixed the problem in a timely and efficient manner. I would give them a go unless you have alternative direct numbers for tradespeople.

They are friendly but not the cheapest. Suggest to replace appliance unless willing to spend £84 for call out charge plus parts. Cheaper to buy replacement from John Lewis or AO instead.

Arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard, removing the old dishwasher and installing a new energy-efficient one. The engineer was very polite and friendly and all the work was completed within the one hour. Emma was also most helpful on the phone and was able to answer any questions I had on the initial quote with ease. I was very pleased with the way the work was carried out, extremely efficiently and I would certainly recommend.

Rang them early in the morning as my washing machine was not working. They offered a same day appointment and sent an engineer to my house in the afternoon. I found the engineer quick and efficient. He explained the repair work was guaranteed for a year. I was charged a very reasonable fee so would definitely recommend.

The engineer turned up on time to fix our washing machine, he was polite and respectful of our house, he even offered to hoover and clean the floor before he left (I declined). The fault was diagnosed and repaired in about 2hrs and I the final charge was reasonable and exactly what the office said it would cost before I booked the visit. I would use them again if required.

I am so impressed with the customer services and the quality of work they have done. I brought my nearly two-year-old dishwasher there which was completely out of order. Long story short, the dishwasher was fixed and I paid the very affordable cost of it.

I gave this place a try after my dryer gave out. I believed at the time that I needed a new dryer. The motor was good but the machine was not drying the clothes that exactly. This is the second time I was there. My oven was completely messed up. I walked right in and they gave me my quote. I explained to them that I’ve to bake stuff for the Christmas so going without my oven for a long period of time could be a big issue. That was not a problem for them. My tumble dryer fell apart in my hands (literally!) a week ago. It was about 7-8 years old, sadly beyond economic repair. I bought a new one from Repair Aid. The guys who did the delivery were great, they also took time to explain how the tumble dryer works and checked everything before leaving.
