We removed our oven door for cleaning and couldn't put it back. We used repair giant for fixing the door. They were able to book an appointment for us with less than 24 hrs on new year's eve. Saul came first thing in the morning and with his determination and professionalism fixed the door within no time. He also placed the oven back in place in a way better than the original installation. Extremely happy with the service, will definitely be using again when in need! Thank you so much Saul! Excellent service and less expensive than three other comparable repair services in our area. Although I wasn't thrilled with the all-day time frame, all the other repair services I rang operated on the same basis. The repairman who came to inspect and repair my fridge-freezer was polite and helpful. He arrived around 11am after ringing beforehand to say he was on his way. Very satisfied with the service and I wouldn't hesitate to use Repair Giant again.

Fantastic service especially in comparison to the previous company I have used (who are supposed to have a great reputation). Repair Giant were speedy (same day service) and exceptional communication. Was desperate for washer/dryer to be fixed quickly and cost effectively - they did both! The Repair Giant serviceman Saul was simply great - polite, thorough, explained well what and how he was repairing the machine and most importantly really knows his stuff. I cannot recommend both Repair Giant and Saul highly enough. Will certainly be using again in the eventuality of any future white goods fault. Very grateful.

Excellent service from Saul who was extremely professional and friendly. He arrived already on the next day after making the appointment and quickly determined the issue (hinges of the fridge door need to be replaced), ordered the replacement parts and came back a week later and fixed the problem in under one hour. Although it took a little time to book in our oven repair and initially getting an appointment is a little complex (I had to ring each Monday for a couple of weeks), the standard of the repair itself was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick they had got someone out. I was seen to in less than 45 minutes. The professionalism and transparency displayed by them was absolutely refreshing; it is hard to come by these days. My oven wouldn’t turn on but would make noises when I tried to switch it on. After being told by two other domestic appliance companies to get a new one,I called Repair Giant as a last attempt to not spend hundreds. In less than 10 minutes Repair Giant were able to not only identify the problem but also fix it so well. This was a job done extremely well and honestly saved me in cashing out on a whole new cooker. Great service from Saul who helped figure out what was wrong with my oven. The oven stopped working on the main setting and Saul investigated it and found that there was an issue with the switch connector allowing you to choose the oven setting. A part needs replacement and he promised to look into it right away. He even gave a tip for how to at least partially use the oven until the piece can be replaced. Thank you Saul!
