I have bought numerous appliances from Sam @ RGA appliances over the years. The first washing machine I bought lasted 17 years! Recently I needed my appliances disconnecting and reconnecting in order to install flooring, and Sam's guys were very helpful and professional. As usual with RGA, the price was extremely competitive. If you want good products and services at a good price, RGA are the guys to call.

Had an issue with my fridge. Engineer was sent the next day. £45 call out fee, which is fair. He arrived, within 1 min said it would cost £120 to fix. I presumed it was a difficult fix - seems like he was just trying to get me to agree to a high fee before he informed me it was a 1 min job. He took a cable tie from his tool box and poked it into a drainage hole at the back of the fridge. £45 + £75 to be in my flat for less than 5 minutes. Also had to ask him to put his mask on properly as he took it off when speaking... 3 stars as I recently bought a washing machine via then and had a good experience, and the owner agreed to charge me £95 for this job after I discussed it with him.

I was searching for a local appliance installer as I was let down by Curry’s who refused to install my Integrated fridge freezer saying it was not possible as the size was wrong. I contacted RGA who had the same frost free model and installed it the next day, £75 cheaper then Curry’s. They even recycled the old fridge for free. The guys who installed it were in and out in 45 min with a smile. I will be replacing my cooker next month and will definitely be going back to these guys.

Excellent service at short notice and at a very competitive price. RGA extracted, transported and installed our current machine into our new place. They uninstalled and relocated the existing machine which was the job of an indolent agent. RGA completed the work without fuss and efficiently. Soon after, we purchased a cooker from RGA as the current appliance was defective. Sam price matched against Appliances Direct and had his staff deliver and connect the appliance within 48hrs. After eating a delicious meat biriyani, chicken curry and a trout supper I can say I have no issues. We would unreservedly recommend RGA as they are thorough and Sam keeps his word.

I told him about a very specific problem with my freezer (according to the manual "system not reading actual temperature" so alarm on constantly). I had been quoted £82 by another company just for the call-out charge alone (despite my asking if an engineer could say if the problem was resolvable). Sam recognised the problem immediately and suggested a complete defrost, et voilà..... it's working again!
