Charles went out of his way to give me help and advice on my new 4k TV equipment, staying late to explain what my options were with the new generation of equipment. When the equipment was delivered he helped me to unpack and assembled it. There was such a plethora of cables to be run from box to box that I ended up confused. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly welcoming customer service. Stores are usually busy but staff do their best to get to you in order of arrival. There is a demo room and there are a limited range of items on display with the full range available online. I highly recommend their award winning 6 year supercare guarantee when purchasing items. You can even get a refund on it if it remains unused!

Having spoken to Steve on the phone before visiting, I came into the branch and had a long conversation with his colleague Charles, who happily demonstrated several models of bluetooth speaker to me. Having listened to these and then heard what similarly priced separates are capable of in comparison, I now know exactly what I'm after. Now to persuade my wife that the expenditure will be worth it! Just to clarify i work in the AV Industry as a Customer Integrator and recently had to purchase some TVs from RS as I've always liked their approach to AV. Service was good from the start and despite some big issues on my end, Richer Sounds worked with me to find a solution which is pretty much unheard of i think today. I really appreciate the fact that they went the extra mile. As a custom integrator i have many trade accounts with leading brands, but i'm so glad that instead of saving a few pounds, i used Richer Sounds to help deliver a project. Helpful staff. Turned out the amp I chose had the worst excuse for Spotify connect there is so would have been nice if they had known that and warned me first but guess it's hard knowing all the ins and outs of all the stock they keep. They did swap the amp out for me, I just paid the difference between my original bundle I chose and the new. Through out this all they were very courteous. They also matched the price of one of their competitors.

Staff opened up (ahead of opening hours) as I was knocking on the door wondering if they sold headphone to jack adapters. Unfortunately they did not. But after I said I needed it for a rehearsal that was about to begin, Steve gave me his own. Legend.

They were unbelievably patient and tolerant with me. I ended up with a hifi system that I have been promising myself for 20 odd years. Do a bit of research into what you think you want and they will work with that but expertly advise on what works. My television set is almost redundant now.

I purchased a TV from an open box (sold as seen) and was served by a very helpful Raoul (I believe based at the Chelsea store and helping out at Chiswick). Unfortunately some of the accessories were not to hand when I picked the TV up due to it being Boxing Day Sale and extremely busy. Raoul initially phoned me back on the Boxing Day evening to say that he had looked but unfortunately was unable to find the additional accessories that normally ship with the TV. I thought that was that but on the 2nd of January Raoul called me back to inform me that he had had a thorough look and had found the additional accessories. I have used the services of Richer Sounds Chiswick twice and on both occasions I have been very impressed with the level of service/ competency and willingness to help from the staff (particularly Beki). Occasion 1 Looking to Purchase a sound system, read a lot of reviews on the web and was thinking Sonos. Arrived at the Chiswick store and was soon being served by Beki. He suggested that I listen to a selection of systems and when compared to the other system (Denon AVR + Bronze Speakers – which I purchased) I was blown away. They have a test room, at the back of the shop, which is kitted out with TVs speakers and various other electronic wizardry. All I can say is WOW!!! Incredible sound that filled the room and was really immersive, absolutely amazing! – on reflection all I can say is you cant get that experience on the internet. Occasion 2 - a year later, purchased another sound system and TV. Wanted something for my gym to generate some powerful, punchy music which would help blast at the Rocky themes (great for motivation!!). Arranged a convenient time with the members of the Chiswick team to come in and trail the system that I was interested in. Got to the Store and Beki was again on hand to help. Great advice on sound quality, positioning of speakers etc. As before, totally incredible sound from their recommendation. I purchased the system and speakers!! Summary Great team at Richer Sounds in Chiswick. The guys are friendly/helpful/ professional / honest. Beki was brilliant, his knowledge of sound systems was invaluable and advice on locating speakers as well as also having a sense of humour. The experience you gain by viewing TVs and listening to the sound systems is something that you just cannot find on the web. I will definitely be returning to this store.

Bought my surround sound system in 2011 from Kingston richer sounds, but now live closer to the Chiswick branch. I recently had a issue with my amplifier after serval years hence went to the Chiswick branch and was greeted by Callum, he didn’t ask me it’s been a long time or neither did he say please refer back to the Kingston branch, he simply tested my amplifier free of charge and informed me within hours that the amplifier was still in working condition, will definitely be purchasing any further audio/tv equipment from them in the near future.
