D. P.Went to buy a set of screwdrivers and a bike pump. Very nice experience! The staff was friendly and communicative, they helped me with every question and doubt I had. I don't give it 5 stars just because you have to make the approach to a member of staff to get help, instead it would be nice that they'd be alert to the customers' needs and approach them to offer help.
D. S.I had a very good experience. The staff was not immediately proactive, but once I made the approach, the guy who helped was friendly and knowledgeable. They did not carry exactly what I needed, but he could tell I was in a hurry, and with no-nonsense told me just what to get to fill the gap in their offerings. Then, to avoid a slow customer in line, he quickly opened a cash register and rang me up. `In and out in 5 minutes and he even had the chance to upsell me on some AAA batteries I needed! Well done.

D. R.I don't ordinarily post reviews, but the staff in this store were extraordinarily helpful, to an extent that went beyond normal customer service, and they suggested leaving a positive review would be a good way of expressing my gratitude - hence this post.
I needed some bolts and washers to assemble a chair and, due to being pretty hopeless when it comes to DIY, initially bought the wrong product. When I returned to the store with the chair frame, store manager Vishal not only assisted me in buying the correct items but actually helped me assemble the chair in store. I was also refunded for the wrong items I'd bought. This is not a service I really had any right to expect, so wouldn't have been at all put out if Vishal had not been able to assist me, but I was extremely grateful for his assistance.
Excellent service all round, which I hope will be recognised by the employer (ideally, with good pay, terms, and conditions on an ongoing basis, not just a certificate saying "well done").
