Reviews of Selfridges

Always had a great experience shopping at Selfridges. Has lots of exciting products in one place. The food court always has fresh food. They have a VAST range of make up, perhaps more than any other department store on Oxford Street. If you’re after a particular brand of make up, they are sure to have it!

First visit and was pretty amazed that you may actually need to plan a month's itinerary to enjoy majority of the designer outlets, restaurants and electronic level at Selfridges. Some restaurants need a reservation so please search and book in advance. A one stop shop. The place was crowded but efficient service.
Take someone there and enjoy. My sister took me and I can't stop thanking her.

Pretty cool place, very popular prime location. Has its own carpark which is abit expensive but yet great because it saves you the hassle of finding parking 😅
Think it cost about £30 for 2hrs or something ridiculous like that. Went on the 31st of December so the carpark closed at 10pm however I don't know if this applies all year round.
Great location on the high street and grand entrance with brasserie of lights restaurant by the entrance.
Well lit all round, name the designer and you will find it there, you can get really great deals when there is a sale esp during Christmas season. They have alot of facilities available within the store such as restaurants, seating areas, waiting areas etc
Quite a few floors to cover! Awesome the escalators work 😅
The restrooms were ok, could be cleaner however because of the time of the day (late evening) and the festive season, it was pardonable.
There is the cinema at selfridges next door which I look forward to exploring.
As a departmental store, it's really cool and I would visit again

Selfridges is the place where you wish you'd be born into a wealthy family from the Gulf, as you enviablly watch shoppers nonchalantly walking around with troves of yellow bags, and a distinctive smell of Oud. Yes, the prices are eye watering, and most out of reach for a humble middle class person. But Selfridges is also about the experience, the colors, the jewelry-looking sweets, the discovery process. It's Retailtainment at its best.

I just love this amazing shop!! One of the most iconic shops in London. Here you can find and brand you want! Love also the food Hall. The building itself has so much history, the main entrance is absolutely stunning and the statutes above it are just lovely!! Definitely one of my favourite places to go shopping in London, a must see!!

Had a ball at the shoes department. It’s been so many years since I last visited, totally enjoyed the latest layout and modernised setup, such contrast from the old building and amazing in store display and selection of brands. Great shopping experience.

You can find designer items here, popular and iconic in the heart of Oxford Street. Helpful and friendly staff. Perfumes and make-up items are on street level, do visit different floors with lots of items on display. Lots of cafes to fuel your energy.

A vast department store. Have visited a couple of times recently. There are reasonable bargains to be had if you look carefully. There is also a market to the rear of the stall at Christmastime. Pictured here is the food hall.

A perfect place for our Xmas shopping! I took my 12 year old daughter and she loved all the Xmas decorations and helter-skelter tucked into the corner of back street where special wagons and food vans welcomed the visitors.

I recently visited during my birthday weekend for a bit of pampering, and I enjoyed the trip very much. I had a great experience with Enes during a Beauty Consultation appointment. He was able to answer all of my questions about make up and suggested several high quality products for me to add to my routine. I don’t have a lot of expertise with make up, so Enes kept everything easy and simple. I’d highly recommend this service to anyone wanting to know a bit more about beauty and how to embellish their look!

Such a good spot. Doesn't break the bank if you're on a bit of a budget but still lovely. I visit weekly, definitely try the scallops and half chicken!

A beautiful store recently sold to a Thai company but still retaining it's very British charm.

This Department Store, like Harrods, is so important for London.
Everywhere I go, I don't feel lost. There's always something interesting to browse or purchase.
At one point, you're looking at some clothes from Balenciaga, and then next you're watching some skateboarders skate in a huge dome.
Even if you're not interested in going on a spree, it's still worthy as a tourist sport for Oxford Street.

What more can I say about Selfridges! It’s deserves the praise! Exceptional personal service at every level. We bought some gifts from Ralph Lauren every gift was packed in high standard. Very happy customer!

We had the pleasure to walk with one of the best Selfriges’ personal shoppers. The place where you can find all the couture of all the known brands like Dior, YSL, Burberry etc. needless to say that all the stuff over there are pricy. beside shopping there you must experience the sophisticated and amazing displays of all the brands, specially on Xmas. moreover there is a shoes hospital in one of the floors which is pretty cool idea.

Had a lovely lunch. Amazing customer service and great quality food. Good choice for all. We had the moving mountains vegan burger with a beetroot bun and a Mac cheese.

It's an amazing department store, but they were out of stock on many shoe brands & sizes. You should be prepared to do quite a lot of walking & not mind the crowds, though it was a busy Sunday afternoon & the first spring like day of the year & the first time in a long while with no restrictions. A great global retail experience not to be missed.

Went for team and cakes at Dolly's. was too packed. The waiter I think was working too hard to please so many other diners.
Food and drinks selection was lovely.
Would of liked to have not to rush and be too close to everyone.

Went in on Wednesday to buy some gucci nail polish and served by the loveliest man who was really helpful. Then went back on Friday looking for a lipstick, I was served by Leena who remembered me from the Wednesday and was so amazing and helpful with picking and trying lipsticks that would suit my skin tone. She included some lovely testers for myself and my dad who was with me, it was just overall a perfect experience

Massive thanks to the Ted Baker staff team for getting back to me quickly about a recent problem I had with an item I bought and wanted to exchange. Excellent customer service, they've handled the situation incredibly well. I got a call from the manager that they had already reserved and put aside the new exchange item for me and that I can pick it up at my convenience. I have never been so positively surprised!
