My fridge/ freezer kept playing up to the point I couldn’t ignore it any longer. I posted a request on rated people.com and Zohaib called me 30mins later on a Sunday night no less. He came round on Monday and serviced it. I happened to mention that my washer wasn’t working properly. He took a look and offered to get a new part or if I preferred to check on the price of a new one. The washer is in an extremely tight spot - the next day he quoted me on a new machine at an exceptionally good price with installation and disposal included. He arrived with a helper and with great effort they put the machine in, doing a fantastically clean job. He also rechecked the fridge/freezer - made some minor adjustments and voila I was all set. I couldn’t be happier with the new machine which is a vast improvement on my old one and the repair on the fridge was barely a fraction of what a new American side by side fridge/freezer would’ve been. I highly recommend him and Top Freeze for any appliance repairs, he is now my go to company for any such work! His number is embedded in my phone. Thank you Zohaib and Top Freeze

Very pleased with an efficient and professional service in fixing my electric fan oven which kept cutting out and tripping the electrics. It's a range cooker with a gas stove and would've been super expensive to replace and many other appliance repair companies refused to attend because the hob was gas. From the initial phonecall, the experience with Top Freeze was great. Zohaib was quick to diagnose the problem and order the part then return to finish the job. He ensured that the kitchen was left tidy and kept me updated in regards to the part arriving and when the job would be completed. Absolutely recommend!!

Good evening, I had a problem with my LG fridge **I called in to top freeze straight away and Zohaib was sent out to me straight away and came and given such good customer service to me that I no longer went to anyone other than top freeze’s Zohaib. He knew exactly what he was doing, not to mention the fact that he had dealt with the issue is less than 1 hour! For may of your needs with your appliances Zohaib is the one to call.
