J. M.I’ve never left a review on-line ever, but had to commend this business after the help I received. Calm. Polite. Extremely helpful. I’ve kept their number should I have future problems!
D. M.We had a problem with the washing machine as it was not draining the water.
After checking the obvious things, filter and drain pipe we decided to call for an engineer. We explained the problem and Bill was very polite and gave us various options to try. He was not annoyed at the fact we called 3 times, he was extremely pleasant and helpful! I am so grateful for his honesty and service, he was outstanding!! He could have easily had us book an appointment and pay unnecessary charges. It all just goes to show there are still good tradesmen out there and I will definitely refer to him and refer others to him in the future..
All I can say that based my experience and support received today, I fully recommend this company and their services.
N. J.'A true Gent' - I called as my DW was stuck with the pump on? Normally I would expect a call out charge, followed by a few deep breathes & a head shake or 2, before the following would have been disclosed...Not this gent, after a couple of questions on teh phone he advised me to rock the DW back 45 degrees wait 20 mins or so and it should start...It did! As advised, the DW had a small amount of fluid setting of the flood sequence (engaging the pump) causing the issue. Not only saved me a call out charge, I have just cancelled the £300 replacement I had on order!! May need a new one in the next 12 mobths or so, but for not happy days, thank you.

S. E.I phoned up for a repair for my dishshe told him what was happening with it he was straight to the point no messing about told me it would be expensive to do not like other's that wanted to charge me lots just to come and look at it.
