For the size of the store, it has poor choice and staff generally quite grumpy. The seasonal household stuff (summer garden time!) upstairs is pretty well stocked but I find even just upstairs at Chatham more interesting stuff.

Just note that this Asda (Asda Living) is not a grocery store. Asda Living only sells household, personal care, clothing, electronics and in seasonal items. There is a Costa cafe upstairs were you can sit-in and enjoy your drink/food. Lots of free parking available, but it does get very chaotic in the car park during busy hours.

Great shopping experience as usual, however the white lady at the cashier was acting unprofessional completely. It is not mine only, also wife told me why she is not touching our staffs like others. I always try to observe and follow how customers before my turn have been treated which was different . Some people reflect their inside issues while dealing with others, I can understand in in case if she is giving us a free item or she is running her own business and this applies to everyone including me at the frontlines 😇. I wish someone review the cctv at this shop and advice cashier about wearing gloves and ignore the non touch technique which is obsolete in hospitals nowadays 😅. But I like ASDA and keep shopping there

Love this Asda living. It's a lovely big size, got something for everyone. Clothing for children and adults downstairs as well as some seasonal. Also there are changing rooms too. Then up the escalator (Or I think theres lift if needed) to the top floor for the homeware, books(adults and childrens), toys, dvds, music, garden, seasonal and more. Also upstairs is a small is a cafe. There are tills both upstairs and downstairs. I've always found staff helpful and friendly whenever I've needed them.

Had lots of large sizes (38-40) but almost no smaller sizes(30-32) we found a size in the end but didn't get a choice of colour. It's good for children clothing had loads of that. Just very limited on adult male clothing. All the staff very helpful and answered my questions were possible.

Great for children's clothes if you can find it online 9/10 you can find it in store. Staff are friendly and always engage in communication. Decent store but needs more.

We get everyday children's basics there which are good value and find the clothes last well. The store layout in the children's clothes area is poor though, the aisles are narrow, often cluttered with stock, which makes it very difficult for anyone with a trolley or pram/pushchair to browse without causing an obstruction. Parking gets very busy, with cars sometimes queueing for a space.

Called in this morning for a coffee and wander round prior to heading north. Never been to an Asda Living store before but was very impressed. Well laid out, good range of stock and a very friendly lady serving coffee. An excellent start to the day!

I visit here a lot to buy clothes for my daughter. The quality is great and the price is very reasonable. The shop is set on 2 floors. Ground floor is where all the clothes and baby items are. First floor, there's all kinds of household items and a café. The place is always busy, no matter what time of day I've been. Because of this, they always seem short staffed and that's why I've knocked off a star.

The shop is lovely inside. A large range of clothing for all the family. Prices have gone up this year I have noticed. Outside the shop was full of litter which brings the look of the place down in my thinking. The restaurant is not that great. A bit pricey for food stuff and doesn't look mouth watering to be honest. Coffee was not that great either. The school children's section is very good.

This asda living has a lovely little cafe and I have always found the staff to be really helpful and polite :) This is a rather small store though and I find stock to be rather limited especially for my son who wears aged 9-10 clothes! There is a huge range of girls clothes however, but really not much for older boys :( Parking is an absolute nightmare at times though, I tend to turn up before the shops open and have a walk along the river to avoid the queues in and out of the car park and then the hassle of trying find a space - they really need to do something about the parking as it really does get chaotic (although please note at busy times, such as Christmas, they do have car park staff directing traffic) So basically: nice little store but parking is not always stress-free!

The store location not being in the middle of Maidstone town, is a benefit. However, the car parking can be scarce, the longer you leave it in the day. This is mainly due to the car park serving other retailers within the area... The store itself is purely homewares & clothing, no grocery goods. There is a cafe upon the upper level, which does a decent enough coffee, and a few light snacks are also available...

Part of the Asda Retail. This mainly is about housewares clothing and some furniture and games music that kind of stuff it there's no food there apart from minimal snacks crisps chocolate that kind of stuff there's ample parking outside including mother and baby bays as well as disabled parking which is free but you get up to 3 hours parking which is on a vehicle registration identification you've got an upstairs part as well which is accessible via escalator and lift and there is a small cafe there although I don't know if you open at the moment with the covid-19. I went there the other day to get some pyjamas and I was very disappointed at the selection of pyjamas to be honest. They seemed to have more children's clothing than anything else but having said that, there is a very large selection of housing goods upstairs including some DIY products bits, toilet facilities. On Retail Park, with Hobby Craft. The Range, TK Maxx. Also opposite is Wickes...

I shopped at Asda Living on August Bank holiday weekend the car parking is free with easy access to the store. Set on two floors there is an escalator and a lift to the first floor. A coffee shop located on the first floor serving hot and cold drinks, cakes and pastrries. Customer toilets are clean and easily accessible. All major credit cards are accepted. The store offers a wide selection of household goods, clothing, shoes, leisurewear and audio equipment.

It's ok I guess, most of the clothes are poorly made but they are really cheap and if your only buying stuff for the kids it doesn't really matter when they fall apart. Also worth bearing in mind that it's the only place in the retail park with a flushing toilet. It even has bum paper in the toilets.

This Asda does not sell groceries. There is a cafe on the first floor, with homeware and toys. Homeware included bedding, kitchen ware as well as electrical equipment such as vacuum cleaners and microwaves. The ground floor has a very good range of clothes. About half of the ground floor has children's clothes.

I like this Store Very much. They have everything from Menswear, women's clothes, children's clothes, downstairs, as well as Lighting, Plasma TV's, Laptops, mobile phones, Hi-Fi, CD's, DVD's, Household goods such as, Lighting, Cutlery, Pots and Pans, Vacuum Cleaners, Kettles, Toasters, Cleaning products such as mops and buckets, Kitchen cleaning products, a large toy section, a sweets Section, greeting Cards, A Stationary Section, a Gardening Section, bed linen, Towels, modern ornaments, candles, pillows and Quilts, etc....these are all upstairs as well as steps between the two, there is also a Lift. Also upstairs is a Cafeteria, where one can order snacks, cakes, Tea or Coffee. The staff are very Friendly and Helpful. There is also Seating to sit and Relax while enjoying one's Beverage or Snack.

Asda is known to most people in the UK and this store is Asda 'Living' only. Which means if you're expecting a food supermarket you are out of luck. This store shares it's parking with several other large stores on the same estate - which means parking can be a bit of a problem. Also, this is a side road adjacent to the Maidstone one-way system on one side and the London road on the other. Congestion, and therefore access, is often a problem - particular at peak times.
