All in all, a very satisfying shopping experience. Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff. Nothing was too much. We couldn’t find the exact piece of furniture in store. No problem, no fuss. They ordered it for us online, including free delivery. Arriving within five working days. They have a wide range of good quality products for sale. At a more than reasonable price. The shop has to floors. Lift for customers use if you don’t want to use the stairs. The cafe is upstairs, can’t comment on service or quality as I was running short on time to try it. We will be back sooner rather than later. 😀

Have always loved Dunelm but I did wonder what was happening with this furniture??? Maybe not the most logical way to build a bedside table 😂. Nevertheless this Dunelm is great and the food is delicious.

Bought a pillow ( Dorma luxury pintuck pillow), the best pillow you can ever buy period. I have always struggled to find a good pillow that provides good neck support while sleeping. Three years ago I found this pillow and bought one , it provides excellent neck support for side & back sleepers, it's a bit expensive but I think we all agree anyone will be willing to pay to get a good night sleep. It lasted for three years and now it's time to buy another one to continue getting that good sleep. Excellent product from Dunelm.

Wonderful store with ample options for homeware products at reasonable price. Ample parking space and store neatly maintained for public safety.Always a meet and greet person at the entrance to cordially welcome.Ordered most of our home furnishings from this store and their service both instore and online was brilliant. Special mention about Laura in curtains and blinds section who is always very friendly and courteous while giving best tips for customers in making right choices.Colvin, who does the “made to measure” fittings of curtains and blinds did a brilliant job and a very friendly guy.

Love Dunelm but was very disappointed in the Maidstone branch. Very limited stock of the venetian blind we needed only had the one in the size needed which had been opened and parts missing. No vertical blinds in the size needed either and no curtain pole in the one we wanted. Quite a wasted journey. Check stock before going is my advice.

Went to ask a lady about some paint, I thought she was doing something important on her headphones, so I waited and when she stopped talking, I said excuse me, she looked at me, pressed her ear piece button and walked off telling the person she was chatting to that she had a headache. So I found someone else, also having a secret giggly convo on his headset 🙄 and asked if they sold paint as I could only find the reduced pots. He didn't know but said they will be over there and waved me off. Then we had quite possibly the worst coffee we've ever had in the cafe, so much pumpkin spice syrup it made my throat sore and the coffee was like weak instant underneath, my friends was exactly the same but with caramel, I couldn't even finish mine.

Purchased a curtain pole here yesterday. Got home to find we'd been charged £10 over the price, we've been trying to contact them by phone ever since but answer!!!$.very bad practice and frustrating. Now it seems the only option is to make the 7mile journey back to the shop in order to sort it out.

Dunelm is what it is. They have a wide range of household items which are generally well-priced. Parking is usually pretty easy, the shop well laid out and staff helpful. However, it is not high-end and we were unable to find a surface protector/chopping board that wasn't chipped. So I would recommend checking items for faults before taking them to the checkout.

Apart from the traffic getting out of the car park my shopping experience was very pleasant. I bought some curtain poles for a rental I own and had coffee and carrot cake before making a couple of other purchases for home.

Went yesterday after looking online at paint but there wasn't any in store. Went to the cafe and left in agony after queueing for over 20 minutes, they were training a girl on the till ok that's fine but to do it in lunch time rush. The lady in front of me also commented. Might be better to train in quieter times first and then busier when they have a bit more knowledge as I am always in pain it was really hard to stand there

Large store, good variety of products however what let it down is that many products out on display were broken or damaged (trays, storage boxes, frames, bins etc) and I dont mean reduced section which puts doubts into quality of products. Love the haberdashery section though, fantastic choice of materials, accessories and helpful staff.

I went to Dunelm today .Excellent safety measures in place. They are allowing limited people in store and have safety measures in place in store. I brought a memory foam pillow and I had a lot of choice. They also have an excellent wide range of bedding and things for the home. They offer a good price range and they have excellent staff.

Need more people on tills when busy. Stock seems to be missing in re packaged goods like curtains so be aware if already open or obviously re sealed as you may get home with wrong curtains missing bits. Best thing is to ask to check at till before buying.

My only problem,I would not go their between 15.15 and 16.15 parking not good, full of cars with children and parents picking them up from schools,causing chaos as you can't get out of the car park, not Dunhelms fault. The main downside is that they don't have contactless payment so I was unable to purchase the bargain candle I had found. Must remember to take my card next time when you get so used to just using your phone for paying!

This is a reasonable place for furniture, housing decorations and accessories. However, it is quite expensive which puts me off making many purchases, unless there is an offer. A good housewares shop with two floors. Everything is accessible as it has a lift and the aisles aren't too small to be accessible. It has a lot of very nice items and also boasts a café on the first floor, with a pretty decent latte. I bought some wooden blinds and a wooden spice rack along with two zero gravity garden chairs. All of the aforementioned items are of good quality and have lasted for quite some time. There is also ample parking, but mind you, I went on a weekday, so I imagine that on the weekends it could get pretty busy. Take some time and plan your visit.

So they didnt have what I wanted, but while browsing I found some tacky overpriced stuff that I bought instead, that I'm atleast half certain I'm happy with. Wanted to try out some of their chairs but they insist on displaying them on a raised platform 5ft off the ground... Dunelm, I'm not buying a chair just because it looks nice... I want to sit in it, to see if its comfortable, stop me doing that and I'm going to think your chairs are filled with inevitable discomfort. Also, to leave the shop, you have to walk through the tills, even if your not buying anything, other potential customers who weren't convinced to buy overpriced tack, got some sharp looks from the queue, as they had to struggle over peoples shopping to exit the building... how did this get past the planning stage?

Go crazy shopping for your new home or just redecorating!! Quality items, arranged in colours so that you are not wandering the entire store looking for a blue cushion. 😁😁 I give 4 stars because of 3 things. 1. The prices that get you excited online for are scarce in store. 2. There are no close taxis or ubers in this area so you must have a car to carry the big bags. 3. The coffe shop closes way too early; I never get stores that have eatery and close up to 2 hours before the actual store closes. Maybe half hour before. Your shoppers walk in excited and curious for finds and won't realize they are parched or hungry until they are 3/4 way done with their shopping. By that time there us no place to sit and take a bite; it is a big store and took us prob around 3.5 hours to check all aisles.

Always a clean an tidy store. We were served by Lesley on the tills who was a real pleasure to deal with. Two slightly negative points though. The cafe always serves decent food and drink, but this morning my husband's cappuccino was more froth than coffee and my latte was warm rather than hot. Because of this I have marked my score down, from what would have been 5*.

Got what I needed, but it was a bit of a mare to find. There's pillows in different places so couldn't find the right ones straight away. There's a section for bedding, then 2 other different sections if bedding, but not separated in sizes. It's separated by a system no one understands. However, after all of that, I did get what I needed.

As always Dunelm have a great range of homewares including decorations, furniture, cleaning products, bedding, materials, craft and lots more besides. At Christmas they always have a wide range of seasonal products too. They also offer a free click and collect service should you find what you need on their extensive website instead. Staff are friendly and always happy to help to find what you need. Overall I would highly recommend!

I bought some made to order curtains from Dunelm in Maidstone. I must say I was not happy at all with how the curtains were finished. There was no pride with the finishing touches since they looked untidy and the edges were not pressed. I took them back and at first the reply was that with time they would come right. I insisted they take the curtains back which happened. One of the ladies from the curtain department was extremely helpful and kept me updated on the status of the curtains. If it was not for her, I would have raised a complaint but since she was extremely helpful and professional, I changed my mind. She took time and made all the difference.

Lovely big store with quality goods and a large selection of different items. Large car park, but if visiting around school drop off or pick up times it's very busy as there are a few schools nearby and parents obviously use this car park for convenience, I queued a long time to exit. I bought made to measure blinds from here. They were ready within a week but I found a few chips out of the wood. I took them back and the made to measure team were excellent. I had them re-made and picked them up a week later. There is a coffee shop upstairs although I didn't visit it on this occasion.

Given 4 stats but could have been 5. The young lady that helped us with our Roman Blind and Patio for Curtain query was a touch above what I expected. So much so that rather than look online when I got home that day, I simply checked the measurements were correct and returned the following day to place the order. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the utterly miserable older woman in the cafe who treated my wife and I as well as many other customers as an unwelcome interruption to her work. Lucky we didn't walk out. Well done to the young "material girl".

Love this chain store anyway so being objective this is sited on a retail park with other well known stores and has a large free car park. Good access for the mobility impaired and there is a lift to the 1st floor. Good selection of items in bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining and curtains but the "nick nack" items eg wall pictures, ornaments and mirrors were lacking on my last visit. Often busy here as popular. The cafe/coffee shop is ok with nice food but seems understaffed with several tables remaining uncleared during my stay. Overall, excellent place for home retail therapy.

Dunelm is s great shop selling everything from ;haberdashery, bedding, curtains bathroom accessories including towels to scatter cushions , rugs , furniture and kitchenalia. They have a large lighting department and so much more. They are a reasonable price and have great sales. There are always plenty of staff around to help. I must say that Natalie in the material section is absolutely great and provides really good advice based on her departments subject. They have a great queueing system which can sometimes is slow when mixed in with returns. The shop is completely accessible and spacious , there is a lift for access upstairs. There is also s lovely cafeteria upstairs that has hot snacks and cold and a choice of s variety of drinks, this is kept nice and clean and accommodates families that are shopping with children , with really cute child size sandwiches. There’s s great parking area outside which includes disability parking. The only let down is the toilets, you can smell them before you get to them and they don’t appear to be checked regularly. I understand it gets busy and many people use them but they do not reflect the high standards maintained in the rest of the shop and cafeteria.

I wouldn't normally use Dunelm to buy homewares but after a trip here I was surprised by the variety in stock and there's lots to browse through but it's a shame the items we went for were widely out of stock and there's no click and collect or other ordering service, which lets them down compared to other modern home shops. Upon arrival you are faced with a barrage of bins full of stuff at knock down prices that they obviously can't shift,such as last year's Christmas tree decorations and reindeer hats for your dog.
