I went in to find a watering can as we have now got a hose pipe ban in the area. I was surprised to see lots of hoses and attachments for sale but absolutely no watering cans - not even an empty space. Would have thought the hoses would have been removed from the shelves. Apart from that, it's a good store with a large choice.

Nice, messy. Great for quirky items and decorations. Wouldn't take anyone too picky to the cafe for lunch as they had very few sandwiches and baguettes.

They didn't have what I wanted, but it was pretty specific to be fair. ( purple streamers) I did find a pack of glow sticks though so picked those up. I was overcharged for them at the till and had to go to customer service to get a refund. The staff seem pretty much dead inside, noone smiled or made eye contact. They we're quite annoyed with my refund and were a bit snippy, bordering on hostile when I questioned why they needed my full name and address for a refund. I probably won't be back to this particular store. Infact, most things in here that I looked at were more expensive than hobby craft. So I'd guess that it's a bit overpriced. Nah. I won't bother next time.

I love the rage, always find something for myself, especially when they have their Christmas decorations. Unfortunatley staff are rarely around and often act like it's a bother if you ask for help which is hard because 9/10 I find things with no price labels and have to ask for help, however the staff that do help are amazing and shouldn't be overlooked. There is plenty parking with max 3 hours stay. Also prices are reasonable and good variety of stock.

Well , I hadn't been in this store for ages . It's improved very much . You can buy things that other stores don't have ! And if you go in with the wife , well you know what I mean, well there is a nice cafeteria there and you can have a cup of tea and cake while your better half wonders around picking things up and putting them back ( you know what I mean )

Shop OK but the products should be priced up, staff could be a little bit more friendlier, the toilets need a big revamp and kept clean afterwards they are disgusting 😕, the Cafe cups and knifes and forks wasn't clean 🤔 and the hot food advertised wasn't available 🤔 at lunch time.

Alot of things on website that says in store aren't in there. The breadbin I wanted only one left with dents and marks. I got hardly anything I wanted today. They do stock a huge variety of stuff though. I even spotted a small freezer of food today

First time I have been to "The Range"and I have been suitably impressed with the huge amount of items that they have in the store. It is very well laid out and easy to find what you are looking for as everything related to a specific thing can all be found in the same place, by this I mean that all stuff relating to your Kitchen will be in the Kitchen section, Bedroom in the Bedroom section and so on. The store is very clean and tidy, well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have to say that I will definitely come back again.

Such a large range of products available hear. From decor, arts and crafts, toys, garden wear and seasonal decor. Very large shop with fair prices. Some items are overpriced some are a bargain so can be a hit and miss. As the parking for hear is shared by multiple other shops the parking tends to be very busy. The question can also be a bit longer here. But overall a good shop.

Great range of products, the main issue is that there are probably too many items for the floor space. In some areas it can feel like a jumble sale. But if you can get past this the items are generally of high quality and very well priced. Never disappointed by the stock and the staff are helpful, if not a little difficult to find on the shop floor.

I hadn't shopped in the range for a full year's and decided to take a look at what they had. The shop is fill of lots of good practical stuff but..... Please be careful when purchasing from the range, items are advertised at one price and yet they will charge you a different price at the till. And when you question the difference the staff simply say there is nothing the can do about it. It surprised me to be honest, It works out that if 1000 people visited the store and brought the same item as I didn't and didn't check the price at the till the range would be £1000 up per day for nothing. I doubt I'll be shopping there again any time soon.

Open as an essential shop during lockdown. Hand sanitizer and staff at the front door to monitor activity. Confusing one way system. Good range of items in store, minimal staff on the shop floor but helpful when we asked a question. Huge queues at the checkout as few staff on the tills but they have changed the queuing system which makes it safer and easier to go through. All in all a reasonable stress free shop during covid times 😊

Interesting store, not quite as inexpensive as it seems! Slightly downmarket of Wilkinson's. Though for the products i was looking for Wilkinson's had the edge on quality and price. Has the advantage of a large 3 hr free carpark though wen Asda home reopens it will be congested most of the time.

Having got annoyed at a cupboard door handle that broke after only two years we were pleasantly surprised when The Range gave us 2 free replacements (with a spare, just in case). And, so we didn't have to wait for them to be ordered in, they took them off of their own display furniture. Good customer service.

Good selection of products however we needed some net curtains but the lady who cut them was not particularly helpful. We wanted 5 meters in total and was told they could not be cut at 2.2m and 2.8m even though they are non returnable and we still wanted 5m in total. We were told staff are not allowed to cut anything but meters. Fair enough for the amount off the roll but we wanted our bit cut!!! What a strange store policy!!

This shop has a multitude of items, you can get so many different things it would be impossible for me to list them all! It is a little tight navigating around the aisles. I would recommend a visit. The cafe inside was a little small but they catered for the kids quite nicely, even turning a sandwich into a toasties for us without charge. Who don't like the range?! It's a really big store. Parking just outside and in the middle of some great shops. Fremlins walk is the other side of the river. Makes for a shop filled day. The Range has something for everyone. Go visit. You only got 4 stars because your shop lay out is weird and actually doesn't work. It sucks.

Wide range of goods, love the homeware & christmas range is amazing. Reasonably priced so you can kit your home out. Love the craft section & also DIY is a hit for me. Picture frames galore. So much there & always improving, definitely worth a visit. Cafe & toilets also available although parking can be at a premium so usually visit Dockside at Chatham where parking is more accessible.

The Range is a huge Department Store. That has many varied Sections of Stock. There is an ornamental section, a clock section of many various types and styles of Clock. There is a Picture Framing Section of various Sizes, Styles and Designs. There are hanging wall pieces of Art, such as huge canvases of modern and retro Art. There is a large Art Section that stocks everything that an Artist or Beginner requires to create their Masterpiece or just Experiment. There are many Isles of Art and Crafts Related goods. Such as Canvasses, various types of Watercolour paper, Sketch Books for all types of purposes. Artist Paints, such as Watercolours, Oil Paints, water based Oil Paints, Acrylics. They also stock Different size Brushes for varying Styles as well as packs of different Size Brushes. There is a Lighting Section, a Pet Section, a Gardening Section inside which has plant food flower Pots and everything you need for Gardening, and outside are a variety of plants for the garden. There is Garden Furniture and indoor furniture, paint for as purposes indoors and out. A DIY Section, Kitchen and Cooking accessories. They also sell Sweets and have a Cafeteria. Many things to see of Interest. Well worth a visit.

Well as a store they have a large selection of most things at very good prices and I would recommend for this alone. . However I particularly recommend the Maidstone one in St Peters Wharf, St Peters Way, because I so like their coffee shop and I go there every day for a latte. It's the nice comfy settees, pleasant and friendly staff. My thanks to the coffee shop guys for making my visits a pleasure. Andy

Customer Assistant very helpful when I managed to get hold of someone to help me and we looked on the computer for a Waterproof jacket but was not showing in warehouse But a jacket on shelf was too small for him. Good place for a Costa Coffee and cake. (Does not take Costa cards however). They have their own loyalty card but ask for it otherwise you won't necessarily be offered one. They do a good jacket potato with a good choice of toppings. Parking right outside but can be busy due to Asda at Home and TKMAX.
