O. E.Brought a faulty TV in I got delivered. Staff member Amber and the other girl(Sorry didn't catch her name) were very kind and friendly and resolved the issue quickly and exchanged the broken TV for a new one of the same.

K.Have been here several times now, click and collect is fast and easy, the staff are very friendly and helpful, one young lady even sorted my online account for me, on my phone, when I changed my email, nothing is too much trouble for them, bit of advice - grab a shopping trolley before you go for you're click & collect goods if they're bulky or heavy.
