I use this Argos on a Regular Basis as we are a business customer so sometimes have to pop in to pick items up, Stock levels are generally very good (if not then they will deliver the day after).. Staff are always very helpful and happy however.. due to its location it does sometimes get busy which can be slightly annoying but generally it does clear quite quickly.

Trying to find a travel cot for my new granddaugther saw what i wanted unfortuatley none left in any argos in my area or surrounding areas. Tried to contact all available argos to see the next delivery dates from the warehouse to my dismay no one i contacted answered their phones apart from MANCHESTER FORT ARGOS I spoke to a young lady NATALIE who was incredible so helpful. Unfortuatley i will not be able to get what i wanted but her customer care was amazing . Thank you very much for your assistance NATALIE and to your manager .

A well run branch. Waiting times are reasonable considering the volume of customers. Lost a star because I’m not such a fan of the concept of catalog buying. One of the few strong points that a brick and mortar shop has over online retail, is the ability to see the object in real life and compare against the rest of the shelf prior to purchase. However, the staff are pleasant, and the branch is run efficiently according to its business model.. so if this is your preferred method of shopping, you can mentally add the star back in.
