This trip was to order custom made curtains. I had originally attempted to complete my order online, however my requirement for a frieze curtain could not be catered for online. With an instore appointment though all was sorted. My own measurements where certainly well questioned but when they where satisfied all went through satisfactory. Yet to receive my order but from past experience I am hopeful my new curtains will look great.

Not very busy but difficult getting hold of a staff member. Well stocked prices vary. Good rug selection. Pausa cafe very busy. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices and excellent quality food. We both had soup and coffee. Homemade and delicious. Good coffee. Onky downside on this visit was the awful state of the toilets. Terrible smell. Presumably a leaking loo or blocked drain.

I just went to return damaged curtains and pick up a replacement pair that 2 lovely staff members put aside for me. When I called them earlier in the day they were so lovely and so helpful. I'd have liked to stay and look around but it was so busy and not a lot of customers using face covers!!! So I did what I went to do and didn't hang around.

Much better since the refit. Coffee shop much better now, needs a bit more room to walk through and sit. Store has a huge range of products available and prices are good. Checkouts are a pain get to, only after walking through a narrow little maze, loads of checkouts but normally not enough cashiers. Range of made to measure curtains and made to order sofas etc are very nice and decent prices. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Can't really fault it. Clean, covid safe. A bit high on some prices. The small cafe there is also a little expensive (a pack of teddy crisps for 95p). All the same it's a nice place to visit for a couple of hours.

Good choice of homewares, purchased some curtains for the lounge, ok but not really worth £60, the bottom corners don't hang right due to poor stitching. Husband reluctant to take them back as he ironed them and put them up. So didn't want the faff of taking them down and repackaging them.

We went to Dunelm to browse and decided to eat in the café. The prices were very reasonable, particularly for the children's meal deal and our food was freshly prepared and was nice and hot.

Nice little store with a fairly big car park. There is plenty of parking for disabled with a nice wide entrance. The two staff members that we asked help from were very friendly and knowledgeable. We managed to buy everything that we had set out to purchase. The store is a little cluttered but was still quite easy to navigate.

Went to get my click and collect order of 8 wax lyrical Reed diffuser refills, 20% off. Decided to look around and got 2 great circular mirrors to match up with a larger one I had purchased on- line months ago. Absolutely bargain half price, will look fab when I place them together in my entrance hall on a feature wall. Customer service and experience excellent as usual. Worth having a look some great offers in every department.

Had to queue for a while to enter, but understandable for Saturday afternoon. Store was clean and tidy. Typical Dunelm with lots of choice and plenty to look at. Stopped at cafe for a drink and a scone. Drink was lovely but the cream that came with the scone was questionable (didn't use it). Had to ask for table to be cleaned and when it was parts of it were missed.

Great store but the staff at the reserve and collect were really disorganised, asking for a description of the items BEFORE the reservation number which seemed a little strange, shouldn't it be the other way round? When the items were eventually brought round in a trolley, there was that much rubbish behind the counter they couldn't even get the trolley out. When we finally got the trolley outside with our goods, the items had been so tightly forced into the trolley that it was a real struggle to remove them. None of the other Dunelm stores seem to have these issues, why this one?

We’re after some cot bedding for the twins, buckets were £25 each! So went elsewhere for duvets, sheets and pillows for the same price. But staff were very helpful

Went early evening as it would be quieter, and it was. Felt totally safe going into the store - separate entrance and exit, hand sanitizer available and floor clearly marked out for directions. Always amazed at the wonderful choice of goods in the store and the staff were very helpful.

Just moved house and bought a trolley full of beautiful Dunelm goods from throws to clocks to vases, floor staff fantastic and more than helpful, there were 2 girls on the tills, 1 dealing with a customer complaint and the other serving, due to the complain we ended up waiting for 15 mins to pay for our goods, there were about 15 unhappy people waiting behind us, I did ask if someone else could jump on the tills only to be told the only other person who can man the tills didnt start fir another 40 mins,, I love going to Dunelm and I love their stock just the tills need to be staffed

I have only given 3 stars as I feel the store even though very well stocked feels very tight on space especially with the current climate of covid 19, there is no maneuvering space and little room to comfortably shop without keep coming in to close contact with other shoppers. The cafe is still closed and there is no quick exit for customers who have no goods to pay for you just have to get at the back of the queue to exit even though some impatient customers who had nothing to purchase pushed there way through coming too close to customers waiting to pay.

Visited the Radcliffe store on Sunday 6th December. Pleasant experience. The girls behind the till were very helpful fixing an issue with a bedside lamp I had brought back in. A special thanks to a very polite young man called Kane who helped carry my click and collect order out.

This is a great place,has a large car park,the staff are friendly and helpful, one young female member of staff went out of her way to look for a suitcase we required (a credit to the company) also we had lace curtains cut and the male member of staff was professional in his manner. Good place to spend some time to findout what you looking for. If you wish and have a spare time you can have a tea or coffee in Pausa Coffee Shop.

I often come here when I am purchasing something new for the home because I know there is a wide range to choose from at a very reasonable price. The store even has a little cafe in the back so you can take a seat have a cup of tea and a biscuit whilst you decide which colour curtains you want.

I've been coming to this Dunelm since it changed from Asda a few years back. There have been many shop floor alterations since then but it's always been fun to wander around in! There are bargains if you want them, but always the right homeware and furniture items that you need in a range of prices, and you can really take your time to find the thing you need without anyone bugging you. This is my preferred Dunelm and I am confident it will keep on meeting my home needs in the future.

Visited dunelm in radcliffe at 6pm it wasn't very busy which was great for us we could walk around at leasure we had a list of what we wanted we haven't been here for a while so it was quite difficult to find what we wanted but the staff were great nothing was to much trouble for them even though they were filling the shelves with stock it's a shame the cafe wasn't open but it didn't spoil our visit we will definitely will be visiting again in the new year
