Whenever we have a kitchen appliance issue, these guys (Bill & Adam) are the first people we think of calling, and have used several times. Never once let down - every single time they have turned up when they said they would and have always effected a repair or installation without any fuss or issue. Reliable, honest and friendly....and extremely reasonable with charges. Even gave me advice on a matter they didn't deal with, resulting in saving me a small fortune by me not now making what would have turned out to be an unnecessary purchase after they stepped in. Highly recommended.

Ordered a new dishwasher through AO paid for fitting and recycle. They came out and couldn't undo the pipe and recommended we get out a plumber. Bill and Adam came out fitted our new dishwasher and even took the old dishwasher away! Was much cheaper than going through AO! Highly recommended really pleased with the service! Thank you!

Called at 12 about my broken washing machine - they came out by 3 and had it fixed quickly. Very professional and friendly. Spent a further 10 minutes aligning my kitchen cabinets which I had been struggling with - i didn't expect this but I'm very happy with the result! Arrived within 20 minutes of my initial call, they were both thoroughly professional, turned out I needed a replacement washing machine which they delivered the following lunchtime, fully installed and then removed my old one. Spoke to them re a problem with my Rangemaster dishwasher. They provided help and advice and ran through several fix alternatives. Unusual in this day and age to offer advice and help on this scale. I shall use them again and would recommend them without hesitation .
