A Tale of Two Ians: I landed this Ian from Tyldesley (Ian's Domestics) entirely by luck and I am glad it happened. I had called a few local shops on Monday and had left VMs around for call backs. Meanwhile, I had arranged for a Friday booking with a different Ian from a neighbouring town. When this Ian here from Tyldesley rang me up from his mobile the next day, I was under the distinct impression that I was dealing with the other Ian I had originally booked an appointment with through his wife. Tyldesley's Ian showed up that very same day and got my freezer door sorted in under 15 minutes. He was super polite and professional. A real gent. I was pleased as punch, never once thinking he wasn't the trader from the other town. Trouble for me came days later when the *other* Ian turned up at my doorstep on the prearranged Friday appointment. I was shocked beyond words, wondering who had been the first Ian that had come home earlier in the week. Well, the "Friday" Ian was, as it turned out, incredibly rude. Not once did he stop to think that a legitimate and honest mix-up had evidently taken place, nor did he allow me to explain. While I can't say to have felt sympathetic towards one who showed no manners, mercy or class, I did genuinely feel truly sorry for the poor lad that accompanied him because the old man's temper was not exactly a proper model on how to treat other people, especially in business. It goes without saying that I rang "Friday" Ian's shop shortly afterwards to tell the wife what had transpired. I waited all day in vain, hoping for a kernel of decency such as a word or an apology from anyone for the undeserved outburst of anger I had been subjected to. Nada. Nothing. Zilch. Not surprised... Frankly speaking, I count myself very lucky to have found Tyldesley Ian from Ian Domestics. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and fast. I would not hesitate calling him again should the need arise or recommend his services to my friends and neighbours. Morale: Decency, professionalism and manners go a long way. If you are looking for someone decent who will not mistreat you in front of a minor or make a scene in public, please, give Ian's Domestics from TYLDESLEY a ring. Tyldesley Ian won't disappoint. He's a real gent.
