When my large (155 bottle) wine cooler ceased to work, Lee was the only tradesman to return my calls. He came, and quickly diagnosed the problem. This was a failed main board. This part was not immediately available in the UK (it being an Americanbrand and made in China), and most people would have given up and told me the appliance was irreparable. Lee persevered, and within 24 hours had managed to locate the part. He promptly came back and my cooler is now working perfectly. I would thoroughly recommend Lee for any repair to refrigeration units, large or small. It is so refreshing when a tradesman goes the extra mile. He saved me hundreds of pounds in avoiding me having to buy a new unit, not to mention the avoidance of needless wastage.

Lee was fantastic (he virtually diagnosed the problem with the freezer over the phone with just a few targeted questions) - he was professional, organised, on-time, tidy, thorough and very pleasant as well. Prior to his visit he sent me his call-out charges and fixed a time to visit. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem on both the fridge and washing machine and fixed them promptly (luckily for us without the need for any new parts). Received great customer service from Lee! He came out to look at my Samsung dryer, knew immediately what the problem was. The heat exchanger! Unfortunately it was not something he could repair due to the fact that the part that was needed, could only be ordered through Samsung and not a third party. So he reduced the charge for the call out by £25. Samsung didn’t have the part and told me I’d have to get a whole new machine! The information Lee provided me with thou, helped me to get a depreciated refund back from the retailer I bought the dryer from 3 years ago, as Lee had informed me I was supposed to have received a Samsung cleaning brush to help maintain my machine which I never received, nor did I know it existed, and it was mentioned nowhere in the manual, and essentially the conflicting instructions in my manual was what had caused the heat exchanger to damage. I got just over 50% back of what I had paid originally. A decent result plus a 25% off voucher from Samsung! Thanks Lee!

I contacted m60 as my oven fan stopped rotation. I had only had the fan repaired 2 years earlier by a different company. He had the part in stock and was about to come round that day. He was friendly knowledgeable and polite. He explained to my when the fan wasn't working. The element was bent and was most likely the cause of the previous fan stopping rotation as well. He explained everything and without putting pressure on me allowed me to decide if I wanted to chose to do the additional replacement, just the fan or just the element. I asked him to replace both which he did quickly and at an extremely reasonable price whilst also giving me advice over another appliance I had questions over. Will definitely recommend an use again
