First visit to Sumners and I’m a customer for life! Great staff, great advice and customer service experience. I teach this stuff and they have got service absolutely spot on. Impartial advice, technical know how and insights. They will get you the exactly the right product for your needs. A diamond retail experience in a sea of mediocrity. Forget the chain stores and Costco, visit this shop and ask for Gwyn!

As they are Bose dealers I called in about a problem with my Bose Minilink Speaker. The guys were extremely polite, knowledgable and helpful. They talked me through the solution, which saved me having to buy a new speaker, though there was nothing in it for them. Rare to get such honest service these days!

I had a problem with some of my programs pixelating. I contacted Sumners and 2 gentlemen came the following day to fix the problem. They installed a new aerial (my old one was over 35 years old) & programmed the tv’s in. They were pleasant and courteous. I also thought the new aerial was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Sumners.

I spoke with Alvin regarding connecting my Bose surround sound system. after speaking to numerous engineers, I was taken aback by his knowledge and how patiently he listened to all my questions (some being very amateur due to my lack of knowledge concerning audio). Alvin also suggested that I send some pictures over so he can assist me further. Alvin knew exactly what the issue was and advised me in a genuine manner (without needing to push for a sale). This is hands down the best customer service I have ever received from any organisation. I genuinely cannot recommend Sumner's more!

Once again I find them to be the most amazing company for everything. The service is excellent, they come out more or less straight away after the first phone call and nothing is ever an issue. Fantastic Service! I purchased a brilliant Panasonic TV which has an amazing picture. However a fault developed after some months and the way this was handled by the guys at Sumner's was faultless. I am certain I would not have received this level of support if I had bought from one of the larger chains. The service was so good that I will simply not consider buying from anywhere else now.

I have had dealings with Sumners for a number of years, mainly to do with my (very) elderly father, and more recently on my own account. I can honestly say that I can't remember ever having better customer service from any other outlet, anywhere, at any time. Prompt, knowledgeable, polite, enthusiastic. Really, don't bother with the big chains. Give these people a go.

This is such a good company . I had a problem with my satellite it transpired it had moved slightly due to the wind . The same gentleman came to fix the issue . Excellent customer service and that personal touch. He even remembered the cats are house cats and not to let them out. The issue was quickly fixed. Great care taken regarding Covid 19. Absolutely amazing service! When in the shop all staff were knowledgeable on products etc. We bought a faulty turntable and after following their advice, they came straight out to take a look and then swapped it for a new one. A couple of days later they called to check how we were getting on with it. Will always shop here from now on!

I have been going to Sumners for many years for my Panasonic tv and video. I have moved 150 miles away if I have any problems I ring them for help . I have sent friends and family there because they give you service they don’t just sell boxes to you . When I next need another Panasonic I will drive there incorporating in a family visit... the two salesmen Gwynn and Alvin and all who work there are helpful... TOP MARKS. Stop press my tv died last week I was going to buy a new 55 Panasonic OLED from Sumners however.Costco was selling off the 2019 models I got my local Panasonic dealers to match I bought from the because of the sheer size etc ... well I had problems I rang my local dealer I bought from what a waste of time I ended ringing Sumners they helped me yet again... when my other smaller stuff dies I will drive down when I’m visiting family and friends.... Stop press a Panasonic PVR they sold me nearly ten years a ago…. I’m buying a new one from then they have price matched and shipping to me
