Always loads of interesting gift, christmas, beauty & clothing items. Bursting at the seams with 'stuff'. Something for everyone. Very busy but staff friendly & approachable. Shoppers were pleasant & polite, most keeping a little distance. Actually despite a queue to pay, the queue moved quickly. Was a good experience.

First time here.. I wasn't sure what it was all about but they sell all designer clothing and bags etc at really cheap prices. Bit like a designer car boot lol once it's gone it's gone would definitely recommend having a look

Anyone who knows me knows TKMaxx is my shop. Got a new pair of work trousers and a dress for my daughter. Possibly the biggest store I've been in for clothes. Although home section a bit small. Nice service by Sheriff at the till.

We cannot resist a bargain and this is where you'll find it. There is so much to choose from. I always get my sunglasses 😎 from TK why pay designer prices when you get designer at a knockdown price. The jewellery counter in Manchester is fabulous, this time we came back with an awesome Alice in Wonderland necklace and earrings set, very unusual.

I gave 4 stars as there is not enough space between aisles. I was there with pram and if there was a person in I needed to wait till he is finished so I can go in and have a look. Definitely need more space between... Rather that that is great!

Wide aisles and easily laid out to navigate round, apart from near the jewellery counter the shelf stands are a bit close. It was clean and pretty tidy. The young assistant on the door to the fitting was really friendly and helpful. The cashier on the till was quick and polite.

I really like this place. Quite often i visit here with my wife so she can get all of her beauty and cleaning products a little cheaper than she usually would. They have everything put into as close to an order as they could make is since everything is different. I personally like the home stuff downstairs, some of it is really quite stylish!

Good thing is that you can return bought items within 4 weeks. I rarely shop there, and have feeling that prices are oriented around logos and brand names for clothing. Shoes, size 10 is hard to find what I'm looking for but that's me. Occasionally great bargain, usually good quality. You will have to pay for a carrier bag but sometimes cashier has a mercy and you won't be charged for it but you have to spend more than £60. Irrelevant but exist.

So many high name brands at an exceptional price. Beauty range is excellent with a good choice of organic natural products at a more than fair price. I like this t k. It's on two floors, is very spacious and you can usually find a good saving. I often walk in to kill a little time and often end up walking out having bought something. Of course because of the style of the shop, it can be a bit hit or miss.. The staff always seem friendly.. It's definitely worth looking in.. Okay, so, i'm the type of shopper that takes full advantage of sales prices at this already discounted store. It helps me pick up gifts for everyone well ahead of birthdays and Christmas etc. If anything is left over, i normally get rid of it online. This means that, when i do visit this store i buy enough to over fill a trolley and its impossible to carry the stuff out to the car/cab. Firstly, the shop cashiers were very pleasant and welcoming, making for a pleasurable shopping experience (thank you cashier 192 on the ground floor yesterday for your help!). Of course buying a fair few items meant the beepers went off twice, even though 192 did thoroughly check my items, but thankfully I wasn't treated like a criminal and a lovely eastern european lady who worked there helped remove excess tags. Upon beeping again, an Irish lad called John Paul (and his counterpart Ashley) helped remove even more excess tags which were understandably confusing the door beep things. Moreover, i shopped twice at the store and spent £1200, both times it was impossible to carry the bags, so, the Irish lad, whose name is John Paul, took the liberty of pleasantly organising and bagging my stuff and then went on to provide a concierge like service by taking my bags by hand, and the second time by trolley, and walking me to my cab a street away. I've shopped in weird and wonderful shops all over the place but never recieved the wealth of customer service that this individual and his colleagues provided for me. He even loaded the boot up and i'm not frail and elderly old woman - i'm an otherwise healthy student in his twenties. John Paul even used his intuition to select a cabbie he felt wouldn't rip me off lol. I just wanted to take the time out to point out the good people that work at this store and say thank you. I hope that their superiors will notice this post and appreciate their efforts, they all went above and beyond their payroll and are a credit to the store and the company. Thank you!

I do have to be in the right frame of mind to have a good rummage but when I do, I am nearly always rewarded. This store sells a wide range of designer labels including Versace and Stella McCartney. I have recently discovered that the knitwear often has extremely long sleeves too, perfect for me being almost 6 foot! Also great for branded shampoos and homeware.

I always find TX Maxx a little hit and miss, yeah you can grab yourself a bargain but be prepared to hunt for it. This is a large shop spread over several floors and organised by department, can get quite busy with all those bargain hunters but generally a good experience with lots of designer brands, some of which I never heard of! Ample parking in the city centre and close to other amenities if you're spending the day shopping

Tk Maxx is a veritable Indiana Jones warehouse. Expect instead of cryptid artifacts it's full of oddities and bargains. Especially good for men's shoes and headphones. Only go if you're prepared to spend a lot of time browsing (loses one star for the unnecessary x, I mean c'mon TK, let's not be ridiculous here).

Thank you, Suma, for being so helpful! I visited TK Maxx yesterday, I first picked up 2 tops from clothing section, then I went to try some shoes on, downstairs. I took my tops with me, and hung them on one side. By the time I tried the shoes on, my 2 items disappeared! I was so gutted, I spent a long time trying to find them, as I was told that they'd be back where I got them from, but they weren't! I nearly lost my hope when Suma, a nice young girl that works at TK Maxx Arendale, asked me if she could help. I explained to her what happened and she said she knows where they are, because the items that they collect first go onto a different place before they put them back. So, in a few minutes she came back with my 2 lost tops! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Suma!!!
