S. B.Dunelm has really progressed over the years with higher quality stock and prices to match. The Milton Keynes branch is huge and boasts a cafe as well. The staff are really helpful and will come to you to make sure you have a great experience. You can easily spend a fortunate and not regret doing it, here!
D. A.Cousin window shopping for curtains for her house in New Zealand. She was spoilt for choice. She will now order for delivery to her parents house in the West country, ready for collection on her next visit in September. Surprised to find my beloved tulip design curtains still in sale...so bought 2 huge feather cushions to match. One happy family!
P. M.I have come twice in the past week. Mohammed at the click and collect area was very welcoming and very kind! His customer service was amazing! 5* for him!
I am giving 3* because the other time I came with my mother in law, she was paying at the till, and the lady at the till had no patience whatsoever with her!! Also, she could see that she's holding a bin and she told her to carry the basket and put it away also. Which I was baffled by. My mother inlaw is nearly 70!! And she couldn't carry both as she needed both hands just for the bin, she still wanted her to put it away. The lady at the till had no idea I was with her as I was being served by someone else. I was with a baby and a buggy and I came to carry the big basket myself. When you see someone struggle, you should help, that's what you call customer service right? I have got the name of the lady, but I won't mention it here. For a big company like this, you should have more kinder and patient staff.

Coffee is excellent though restaurant characterless and dissapointing dirty. Cushions on chairs look like a health hazard and plastic ones covered in food!
Restaurant aside I highly recommend this store for all things hone related.
G. F.A large Dunelm located about 10 mins from the main shopping centre. Has all the items you would expect over 2 floors and also has a good cafe located on the mezzanine.
There are lifts to the first floor as well as stairs.
Bathroom, bedding and lighting are upstairs with the rest on the ground floor. I was looking for bath towels and there was a big selection of sizes and colours.
I was also looking for a rug and again the selection was big with many sizes and designs available.
The only black Mark was the wait to pay. One customer gave up and walked out. There were only 2 members of staff on the checkout. It wasn’t terrible but should have been a bit quicker, hence 4 stars.

J.Lovley home shop friendly staff and colleague's a big shop with a cafe and a customer lift toilets are nice i come in here sometimes and have a nice look around at the stuff they got and also plenty of room i went today and 2 weeks ago looked all around the shop and went upstairs in their lift ive been here alot during the covid-19
T.My wife loves this place and, although I try to hate going there, I secretly like it too.
Our son has ADOS (Attention deficit - Oh Shiny!) and gets triggered by places with lots of noise and things to look at so you can imagine what he’s like at this store.
Yesterday they had a Dinosaur Egg Hunt and the staff joined in to make his experience a positive one.
For the first time I let him wander off on his own and the staff were absolutely amazing.
To be honest, the staff at this store are usually amazing, even when their hands are tied by policy and we lost (threw away) the receipt.
My only issues with this place are the developers underestimation of the width of your average car parking space and that my wife can’t control herself when shopping there.

a. O.Sadly not to mooch around , it was just a quick click and collect run. It actually arrived a day early ! The staff are always friendly and chatty in there ... thank you for the chat Tracy/Tracey , it had me in stitches - the stripey bedding lady 😁😂😂
T. B.Today we visited MK store to exchange a couple of bedside lights that we purchased 2 weeks ago and had a lovely lady named Rida who could not do enough to help us. We always use Dunelm and will continue to do so. Thanks
