Absolutely excellent service from the team at MK. Spoke to Chris via email who helped me with my TV and bracket choice. He also honoured a deal that had expired a couple of days previous. When I collected the TV I was confident they were following covid guidelines and they helped get the TV to my car. Overall, very happy with my purchase

The ONLY place to go, if you want to deal with people who love what they do and as a result know what they are talking about. I dealt with Chris, Mark and Richard at the MK store and they were all excellent. I arranged a demo of the kit I was interested in. They were set up and ready for me when we arrived and then helped me taking the boxes to the car; having price matched another retailer and beaten both the prices by £10 each. You really shouldn't go anywhere else.

Andrew from the MK store was superb dealing for this transaction. I phoned the store and asked whether they have the TV that I'm looking for and there was but only 1. He reserved it for me straight away. The buying process was also smooth. Andrew exactly knew what he was doing and he was doing it quick as well. He made sure I was comfortable using his machine for the buying process by wiping it down with antibacterial and antiviral wipes. Got one year of extra warranty as well with Richer sounds. James and Phoenix from the telesales teams as well were superb. They were the one who asked me to visit the store as the delivery would take lot longer because of the festive period. Just one thing to improve - when there are customers in the shop making the purchases it would be better if the TV sound of the TVs on display is bit lower. This way we can hear what the sales advisors are talking to us and we do not have to be louder :) But overall fantastic experience. Definitely buying my next electronic product from here.

Phenomenal customer service and after sale support. They have just agreed to let me hold on to a slightly defective amp (manufacturers error not richer sounds) until the replacement comes in. Fantastic Customer Service I had bought a Optoma UST projector and an Optoma projector screen. We went in to the office and Richard told us all the options . Richard even emailed us before hand couple of screens to choose from. It was great customer service instore but here comes the problems. Week 1 I had issues with projector showing dual displays and rebooting on its own and endless problems. The screen was wavy and couldn't calibrate . I have emailed the store and Richard got the projector swapped right next day which was absolutely brilliant. With the screen I wanted to give it time to settle however I was having issues where the screen wasnt settling in instead it got worst. I emailed the store for options and they contacted OPTOMA who were being really unreasonable asking me to send various pics after pics and videos after videos. Then I spoke to Richard who offered me another option with the Sapphire screen however I wanted to see what the Optoma's resolution was as it was well under my 28 days returns policy. At this point Optoma wanted to take away my screen for 14 days then test it and only issue a replacement if they find it faulty even after all the pictures and videos. Now here steps in Adam who orders me the new screen for a small difference(Thanks Adam and Richard for the discount) and got it delivered next day. I set up the screen same day and its an absolute beauty to hang it on the wall and no issues with screen except minor calibration issues for which Adam even arranged to speak to someone at Sapphire . I had gone back to Richer Sounds in MK as I bought a TV back in 2019 even though I haven't had much interaction or issues back then I read reviews on their customer service and their 6 years warranty is a icing on the cake. This time round I experienced why these guys are so highly rated. Very very good customer service and do not hesitate to pop in to the store .I can tell you they maintain same standards of service whether it is personal, phone or even responding to their emails. Highly recommend these guys and will be going back again. Good work Richard and Adam! Aj

Buyers beware on reconditioned items!! My complaint is not so much about the Milton Keynes branch, the guys were helpful, more about purchasing reconditioned items from Richer Sounds. First, I ordered a reconditioned Onkyo HTS580, I ordered this to be delivered to my home address. It went missing in the post, never arrived, just disappeared!? As they didn’t have another one in stock, they offered me a couple of alternatives, all of which meant paying way more than I had. A month after, I saw a deal on a Polk Audio MAGNIFI MAX SR, this time I collected it from the store. When I got it home I excitedly unpacked it to find no remote and when I switched it on, I couldn’t get it to pair with the speakers, even thought the guy in the store said it was repaired and tested before it was sent out again (for the pairing issue). I contacted them and again they tried to up sell me on a replacement for an American brand I have never heard of. All of these issues are a shame, as Richer Sounds do offer good prices and some great deals, but have really been a miss with reconditioned items.. Update, the guys at Richer sounds, were back in contact and helped resolve my issue. Customer service is definitely A1!

He was very helpful checking stock - as the item was open box, he helped in sourcing some missing parts on the web and even found the stand that had gone missing. No parking and awkward to get to. When enquiring about amplifiers the staff member I spoke with got rather relevant details rather wrong.. But, you can research online easily enough and this company is a good one to their (not always knowledgeable) staff, which should always be supported. If you know what you want and these guys stock it, why not buy it from here.

Great audiovisual store. I find the prices to be competitive with online. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. The only problem is you're not supposed to park outside - I think it's loading only, which makes browsing / auditioning the products a nervous experience as you have to keep an eye out for traffic wardens.

Fantastic post-sales customers service. I'd bought quite a lot of Sonos kit including 5 x AMPS. Unfortunately one of them started cutting out and then went pop when I power cycled it - quite literally a pop sound and that very distinctive smell of burnt electrics. I have dealt with Richer Sound for quite a number of years now and always found them helpful and point you in the right direction. Recently purchased a Sony andriod TV. It had many issues so unfortuately I had to return it. Andrew from Richer Sound was so helpful on the phone and in store when I returned it. I was dissapointed I had to return it because the sound and picture were fabulous however I dont think the Android TV's are ready for the market. I did Andrew a comprehensive list of the propblems with the TV and he was very grateful. I will be returning to Richer Sounds once I have decided on another TV but it wont be an android.

The unit randomly kept turning off at completely random times: sometimes after 5 minutes, sometimes after an hour etc. So called them and was asked to bring in the unit. Helpful and friendly staff. I liked the way it was set out, making use of the small space you can stand in one spot and see most of the TVs which is what I went there for. Bit of a wasted trip though; I wanted to see the difference between the latest 4K HDR TVs, but I noticed the picture wasn’t amazing on any of them. When I quizzed them about it they told me the video feeds were coming from a non 4K blu-ray. I asked if I could see 4K content played through the TVs YouTube app, but their internet connection wasn’t fast enough. They did let me play around with the TV interfaces using the different remotes. They even turned the lights down in the area I was looking at so I could see the TVs at the top without glare from the lights. All in all, very accommodating and helpful but limited if you want to compare picture quality before you buy.
