Not many companies wanted to fit new bearings to our Seimens washing machine, on contacting Alan, he was as good as his word, ordered the parts and fitted them on the same day as they arrived, which may I add, was New Years Eve.

J. K.Alan very kindly popped in to check a relative's washing machine which had an intermittent fault. Typically the machine behaved impeccably and now seems fine. I was expecting to pay something because he spent a lot of time answering my questions and making suggestions, then went out of his way to physically go and check the machine. He could easily have made an unnecessary repair and it would have been fine if he had charged us some kind of call out but he chose not to. It is lovely in this day and age to find someone reliable and trustworthy. Thank you Alan.

J. R.Alan is lovely man, brilliant at his work and professional, I had 3 separate leaks in my kitchen which I could not wrk out which appliances it was coming from, worrying as I am in an upper flat.
He replaced my washing machine pipe that was leaking.
My tumblr was plugged into an extension plug as it wouldn’t reach the socket and he has sorted that out too with a simpler solution !
Sorted a separate leak from my sink.
Also worked out what was wrong with my dishwasher and was so reasonable on price
