I had used Appliance Repairs North East before and had been impressed by their service so when the dishwasher failed I had no hesitation in using them again. You get a text with a two hour slot for arrival and Darren arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and carried out the necessary repair - removing some chards of glass that had got into the drainage system. Excellent.

It’s not often that I write reviews but wanted to share my 5* experience. Credit where it’s due, Darren did exactly what was needed. Turned up on time, immediately diagnosed the (not straightforward) fault and repaired it promptly and efficiently, all within the initially quoted call out charge. He is certainly going to be added to my fairly small list of “trusted tradesmen” and I’ll have no hesitation in calling on him again for future appliance repairs.

From start to finish my experience with this company has been brilliant. From booking the appointment to Darren calling they are totally professional and friendly. Although my washer/dryer was still in warranty, I could not get any response from Beko customer services despite hours of phone calls and numerous emails. I therefore gave up and rang Appliance Repairs Northeast. Darren was able to identify the fault very quickly and although he could have repaired it, he was also able to get Beko to respond to me! Hopefully it will now get repaired under warranty, but if not I will have no hesitation in ringing Appliance Repairs Northeast and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Darren to get my oven fixed and the whole process was excellent from start to finish. I received a text message the night before his visit with a 2 hour time slot which was fantastic (I wish all tradesman did this). My dishwasher broke down and wouldn’t work so I was initially going to replace it. I took a look on the internet to see if I could find anyone that carried out repairs and came across Appliance Repairs North East. They had good reviews so I thought I would give them a try. The process of getting a visit was really easy and quick. I had a visit within a few days and the faulty part was identified. The replacement part was ordered there and then and replaced the next week. I now have a fully working dishwasher for a fraction of the cost and hassle it would have caused to replace with a new one. The service was fantastic and friendly and at a very good price. I would totally recommend this service for anyone that is having issues with their appliance and is looking for someone reliable and trustworthy to fix it.

Darren came to inspect a wine cooler which was in the house when I moved in and which had stopped working. I rang him to make the appointment and he took basic info about the make and model. When he called - at exactly the agreed time- he had researched the unit and knew the likely problem. But because of the manufacturer he didn't have access to the diagnostic software necessary to progress further. He advised me that the only option was a company service engineer. Despite making a visit he wouldn't charge me. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I was very impressed and will use him next time something else breaks down. He seemed to be a very professional person. PS Since his visit the unit has started working again!
