Visited the store today with a issue regarding trying to return gift cards bought with my Argos card and although they couldn’t be returned. The customer service I received was excellent. The store manager was so helpful and tried her best to help me and her customer service was impeccable.. the store assistant was also really good. My problem was not resolved however it was how professional it was handled and at a very busy Christmas period .

I want to say what a credit to your team Matthew at the Byker store in Newcastle is. I had my hands full with my two children whilst trying to pick up an order today and he went out of his way to calm my daughter and answer any questions she had about the stock room and where the stock comes from. He is an absolute delight and has made both mine and my daughters day x

I found it easy to get to and that it is a nice area and the staff are pleasant and polite and friendly and helpful and approachable and as of covid you can't go in the store and have to go to the store doors for your items and it doesn't take long for your things to come to you and you don't need to stand in a queue for long periods of time and there is covering for if it raining and has plenty of public transport to the area and you don't wait for it either

I frequently use argos to pickup ebay purchases as well as the odd item. Got a lego toy half price here recently so was very happy. The staff are friendly and service is quick. Just deducting one star as they have removed the self service kiosks where you could have for reservations and save a bit of time. Overall, good place and staff.

I bought my grandaughter a web cam for her car ,as she goes to work in her car and i thought it was a safety help well after paying £289 i thought it was the best one but no it has been rubbish the only problem we couldnt find the reciept ,but after a little while we hot a new camera and a refund for the rest of the money ,excellent service cant fault them ,would give them 10 stars if i could
