I needed an oven fixing for promptly my tenant, as it was before Christmas and I like to ensure that the family is well looked after. Graham set a price, booked in with my tenant, was prompt and got the job done a few days later. I could have done it cheaper but as I was busy that week, peace of mind was important. He uses grade A original parts and found a fault that I would not have. He has the parts needed in his van on the day and guarantees his repairs.

Called Graham to see if he was able to fix dad's cooker as it had stopped working and managed to blow the fuses. Dad's in his 80s and wasn't sure what to do so I called Graham.
