I bought 4 items of clothing here . The were priced around the £10 mark , which about half the cost that they were originally . I was please to get M and S quality at that price . The" trouble " was ... that most items were either size 8 or size 20 up over . I will definately shop here again .

Great clearance prices 6 items bought 4 tops and a dress all for £30 Used a gift voucher too so great bargains. Great service no long queues and hand sanitizer provided. Masks to be worn. Changing rooms were open too

Lived it si many bargains. However, if you are trying on clothes take a few of each size as no two pair of Jean's were the same if that makes sense. I tried on quite a few 32 waist Jean's just to get the best fit. Changing rooms nice and clean and the member if staff was extremely helpful and never tired of getting you something else. Loads of free parking and lots of other big stores around you. I spent well over an hour and half there, bought 2 pair of jeans a suit jacket and 5 pair trainer socks all for 40 quid. Great place

Clean, helpful staff but hit and miss on availability. Many garments are still there months later. Great for basics if you know what you're after. Home sale when on, is good.

Visited earlier today, and there wasn't a long queue. A member of staff was posted by the entrance hall to direct people entering the shop to sanitise their hands and to police the number of people allowed in the shop at one time. When you get inside however, its a free for all. Most people were mindful to keep 2 metres apart while shopping, but you can't say the same for some. The queues to the till also implemented social distancing rules and the tills had barriers to protect staff and shoppers alike. Fitting rooms remain closed for public use, but items purchased with regular prices can be returned within 90 days - provided the tag/s and product/s is/are intact. Overall, good experience. I could get used to this kind of shopping experience! (But of course hoping things will get back to normal soon).

Nice store, it is a clearance outlet so a bit hit and miss on the sizes U gotta go with an open mind, as if you are going for a specific thing you are likely to be disappointed Staff are great, they are polite and friendly and always happy to help Be careful with the clearance items, they are marked as such and you can't return them if you change your mind One point, I know it's Covid time and everyone is running scared, but it's time to reopen the changing rooms so people can try things on

Staff are all very helpful. It is mich cheaper then high street. But it is better to go there so often then you can dind what you need. Otherwise sizes will be limited. It is in the retail center. It means you have free parking and also various choices around for comparing prices.

My daughter had seen an item advertised on TV so thought we would treat her. Couldn't find it so asked a member of staff who advised that it was not sold in outlets. The store however was clean, well presented & my interaction with staff was nice

Great shop. Fantastic prices. Pleasant and helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Lots of space to have a good look around and there is a huge selection. Lots of choice with everything from household items to men's women's and children's clothing and footwear. All items are on sale. Wheelchair accessible. Changing rooms. Located in Byker shopping park alongside TK Maxx, Pets at Home, Poundland, Argos, JD Sport, B and M's, Asda and Iceland Warehouse and a DW Store and gym. Located near Chillingham Road Metro stop and there lots of bus routes within easy walking distance. Only a ten minute bus ride from Newcastle town centre.
