P. B.I cannot speak highly enough of A F Thomas. I have purchased a Washing Machine from them and there own brand Fridge Freezer. I received nothing but a professional service each time. On my last purchase I did not receive any pressure to purchase only valuable advise which led to my purchase.
The delivery was the very next day of my Fridge Freezer where I received a phone call from the delivery driver saying that he would be 15 mins before he reached my home address. The two delivery men were very polite and swift in fitting the unit into the kitchen and taking the old unit away along with the packaging of the new unit.
Would I use then again.... Yes! Would I recommend them to friends and family? Definitely.

I bought using a cashback scheme and they even opened the packaging to find my id reference number so i could process my claim. Delivery was great putting them in the basement which was no easy task. In all really pleased I bought local.

W. P.I have been a loyal customer for many years and always recommend the newport store for any electrical purchases. My latest purchase was as effortless as all my others, my only disappointment was upon delivery I was advised that the appliance would be left and I was to unpack and position it myself or pay £25 for the delivery guys to do this. I advised them I wasn't told about this when I purchased and luckily I have some help to unpack and move a fridge/freezer. Please could the sales staff make customers aware of this at point of sale? If I lived on my own, I would have had to pay the £25.00.

He even made me aware that other products not available in store could also be purchased through the Euronics group. Top non-pressure sales tactics as well as a price I couldn't find cheaper anywhere else for this model. Including the Internet. Top work AFT! During 5 months of research into the possible replacement of our very good existing Oak Kitchen, we decided that the best quality & value was represented by Hanak, a Prague based kitchen manufacturer with many years of experience and several unique quality initiatives including an option of a 7-coat high gloss 360-degree lacquer finish to all doors & exposed cabinet sides, too which the benefits are substantial.
We had visited all the major brands / Sheds, + some lesser known options, whereby we further increased our knowledge of what was being provided in exchange for our hard-earned cash, & by a significant margin Hanak more than measured up.
