This place is a hidden gem, especially for slightly different Christmas gifts etc. The prices are good and some multi buy offers. Lovely household items too.

Medium to large Dunelm with ample, flat parking. Recently been refurbished with a cafe too. Typical range that you’d expect from Dunelm.

Decent amount of stuff here, and there was a sale on when we went. The shop seemed dark and the upstairs section was very warm. Good selection of lamps and lighting but it was mostly rugs and carpets.

Latest trip was to see what door curtains there were available and/ or in the sale. The regular door curtains weren't suitable & a bit boring but there were 2 pairs of suitably sized regular pairs of curtains that we couldn't decide between so bought both pairs & will either take a pair back for refund or my eldest daughter will have them! 👍🏼 Also got a couple of new rubber doormats for front & back outside so all in all a good trip. Just a side note, I'm still getting used to the new layout of my local Dunelm, it doesn't seem to flow the way it used to... especially the maze like corridors trying to find the till area.

5 Star as the store is interesting with ranges of bedding, curtains and nik naks that suit our tastes. Also impressive to see someone on the door checking people entering and hopefully following the present rules. One way system in place, but difficult to navigate as you find yourself wandering all over the place and going back on yourself to compare items. No problem with that just an observation.

I LOVE Dunelm! My bank manager does not! I go in for 1 thing but am tempted by so much! The variety, styles, colours and range of goods available are staggering. The fact they have an in-store cafe, just helps me renew my stamner to carry on shopping. ♥️

Had to purchase several things as i have just moved into a new property everything from shades to bedding, rug,blinds curtain poles to name but a few things only to go to the checkout and find a queue so long it was unreal i waited as long as i could but had to leave empty handed as i had an appointment I umderstand you can't always predict the customer flow but this isn't the first time I've experienced this...but this seems to be a regular occurrence in a lot if the Dunelm that i have visited I do it online wherever possible but sometimes it is good to see the product....I'm a sad customer

Layout for covid isn't great! Always seems a bit of a mess! Nothing for super king size beds. Staff look over worked and stressed! Them using headsets while on the till isn't a great combo as she was unable to hear my email address due to people talking on headsets. She had to remove headset to hear us. She was so friendly though but could tell she was fed up that day

Staff was great upon collecting ny order, staff seemed friendly. Place wasnt crowded. Staff worked well wuth customers even tho 1 customer didnt like being asked for ID, Staff member apologised and explained why, but she did feel the need to keep Explaining. Customers should read emails before collecting any orders as this is stated on there.

They'd changed the store but it didn't take me long to work out the new layout. I love Dunelm, I've bought all my curtains from here for years, recently had a beautiful pair made for my living room. Always quality material and work. I love the range of goods and could easily spend a good hour in here just nosing.

Staff are friendly, coping well, and have adapted well to the Covid measures. Can't say the same of their floor layout which often has arrows contradictory to each other, and sub aisles that seem a free for all. Also, whoever put click and collect at the back of the top floor was genius - my £30 click and collect item cost me £60 in up-sells 😂

I buy so much household stuff from Dunelm (mostly online), and usually find all I require. If they don't have an item in stock, they try their best to source it for you elsewhere. A lovely bright shop, much variety of stock, cheerful staff and a large car park make visiting Dunelm a happy experience

A lot of choice across all homeware, kitchen supplies, fabric, window dressing, pictures, mirrors, furniture, etc. Pricing can be a little high for some of the products but most are a good quality. The store is always clean and tidy but isles can be difficult to navigate especially when busy as they seem to want to use every piece of it to display products. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is also lots of parking available.

New store location and although it is not too difficult to find. Near Nash college. It also has a cafe in the store on the second floor, I haven't seen any lift to get from the ground floor to the cafe. There is a stairs that you can use if you're able to. There are disabled parking spaces next to the entrance of the store and so I assume that they must be a way to get to the second floor, but I haven't seen any. Plenty of items are available for your home and garden.

Good range of quality products, ample parking, well laid out displays but a little cramped. Went there for artificial flowers and in my opinion the quality of that particular product has definitely gone down but still a pleasant shopping experience.

Dunelm was hard to find since they're not apparently signposted anywhere.. and Maps thought there was no driving access - Best I got was a 3 minute walk from where I stopped. Then I found that the big D is behind Aldi and shared the car park access. Huge store - quality stock; and a 75% off sale on the day we were there. Nice!!

Newports alterations are a great improvment, so good not to have masive shelving that no one could reach, and it did nothing for shop just closed it in, "Now" its open airy, lighter, shelving can be reached, but gives whole shop diffrent feeling, space! I've always been a fan of Dunelm and have bought soft furnishings and had curtains made for a 21 room house. However, I have it been there for about 6 months and was very disappointed. Managed to buy some items cushions etc. but could not find many other items I needed and was met by apathy from staff when I asked for help. So went to T k Maxx and found it there.

What can I say? It's a Dunelm. Some things are cheap, some are expensive. The lift is pretty inadequate if the shop is busy.
