Nice and tidy store. Very helpful staff at the tills. However, been unhappy with some with my items ordered online, but the girl on shift was quite polite and helped with an refund. Definitely will recommend their products as most of them are good quality and at reliable prices.

U can find everything for your home under one roof.. Very good prices and most of the time they have sale on selected items... Staff is helpful .. We have bought so much stuff for our new home including kitchen bathroom bedrooms stuff and curtains, rugs etc.. Good quality products.. Yet have a long list of shopping to be done from Dunelm 😜

The shopping experience was o.k. but at the till the server wanted to send my receipt to my e-mail address to which I agreed, but I still have not received a receipt for my purchase, thinking she must have taken the e-mail down wrong. In future I will have to resort back to papet receipts

Easy to park. You do have to be quick in terms of purchasing a mattress topper as they go quick. I'd been in every week for 3 weeks. Finally had my item in stock. Can be a bit pricey so best to shop around before you visit. You can order online. Assistants were very helpful.

Writing this here to appreciate how friendly and polite the staff is (shout out to Luke!). I visited the store today and my forex had low balance and was getting declined( Embarrassing right!?). Reguary shop dunelms and we used to have coffee there but haven't been able to go in because of the toilets being out of order now for nearly 2 weeks which is unacceptable also hours have changed for the coffee shop from 9 to 10am so all in all dissapounted and shopping and coffee elsewhere

Shopping was very good but I was overcharged on a sale item. The item was discounted to £5 from £7...the original price £10. I did not check my receipt until I got home unfortunately. I was overcharged by £2 but it would cost me more than that in petrol to come back to the store. Perhaps the tills need to be updated with further reductions.

Online ordering system and customer service is crazy. I have ordered some items online and straight after paying for the items, I realised that I have to wait two weeks for delivery. I immediately called Dunelm to cancel the order before it was dispatch and I was told that I can't cancel it, I have to wait for the items to be picked, prepared for collection, dispatched, delivered and only then I can return them. (I have now edited my review as Dunelm started to actively sort the issue and fully refunded my order I wanted to cancel).

Good range of products and reasonable prices. Well laid out and good stock depth = good chance of finding what you're looking for. Check out could do with being more customer friendly and staff could be more interested in providing service as opposed to talking to each other but that apart I would visit again.

Visited to find some curtains for my bedroom and my children's bedroom. Asked a lady on the shop floor for assistance and nothing was too much trouble. She helped me find a lovely pair that was just what I had imagined in my head, in the sale as well. She also found a good pair of blackouts for my children at a really reasonable full price. My friend was also there wanting to buy a small armchair and the same lady assisted her with getting it down to the ground floor and to the till. Very helpful and friendly. Thanks!

Excellent store with good old fashioned honest service and always polite customer comes first policy. This store is good for bed linen, pillows, covers, kitchen and bathroom appliances, fixtures and fittings, just about everything for the home with a very good selection to choose from at a sensible non-misleading price with only quality fit for purpose goods for sale. Free enormous car park. I recommend this store to everyone.

Went to buy dressmaking material but found their stocks sadly depleted compared to previous visits - plenty of curtain/upholstery fabric. Had light lunch in their Cafe which was very acceptable. Again, the choice seemed rather limited, only one type of toastie and 2 types of panini filling choices. Service was excellent despite being extremely busy! Would certainly recommend store depending what you need! I will certainly return!

A small- to medium-sized, compact sort of a shop, with enough to cover home essentials and a bit more. It's always good to (still) have an actual shop to go to, to see items infront of you, handle them, look at the quality. They also have a small, well attended café upstairs with toilets. Helpers are at hand (says in big letters on the back), and other walkabout, recognisable staff using headsets for customer queries by phone at the same time. Plenty of parking in a one-way parking area - watch out for people who ignore this rule.

We purchased a made to measure Roman blind from Dunelm just recently and the quality and service was outstanding. The on!y thing we had to do was purchase another pull cord as the 60cm one they fitted was not long enough.

Acres of housewares in a crowded outdoor mall. Best if you know what you want when going in as browsing is not terribly agreeable, but there is quite a bit of choice on display. I did find some of the labelling confusing and a few items with no price, though. Definitely to be avoided on boxing day and other such commercial days, as the aisles are not very wide and there are a lot of people in there.

I went here to buy curtains with the Mrs. I spent 3 hours wandering around looking at over priced kitchen utensils and had a great time. Highly recommended if you want to spend lots of money and make the Mrs happy.
