I needed black plain clothes for my 5yo which is normally hard to get for this age but Next had it all covered and the lady (Hena) at the till was very helpful

Such a shame this type of stores are not what they've used to be as the online shopping replaces them. Was always such a pleasure to come around and even though I would've buy all the time something, I would've have the interesting experience of a luxury shop. I have rated only 4* today due to lack of products and sizes. I was looking after tights and body for my baby, but surprisingly there were only one size of each. Lovely and experienced staff, plenty of social distancing measures in place. I WILL still visit as I DO prefer high street shopping instead of online one.

I was never a fan of Next but while looking for some baby clothing I found dozens of stuff for myself. High quality merch, fair price and helpful staff

Some good items for that season but then you have to buy all new stuff in the next season

They do some lovely stuff not cheap but you are paying for better quality our next nice clean played out shop staff very helpful and if items not in stock will do their best to find items on their store computer for you just ordered some lovely cushions not in stock but assistant checked the store stocks for us first very helpful
