Just an honest hard working man, doesn’t rip you off will always solve a problem I won’t now use anyone else. Thank you for fixing my dryer tonight. Plus he loves dogs which is great, mind you it’s a good job he was surrounded by them 😂

Ignore all the negative reviews, if you know Derek properly, he’s a true gent who goes out of his way to help the locals. He’s very very knowledgeable and turned up way earlier than I anticipated, and got me out of a sticky situation regarding my washing machine. He charged me next to nothing for his services and we had a quick natter before he went on his way. This is not the first time I have used his services and it will certainly not be the last. As many already know, the mans a local legend and works very hard 7 days a week Thanks again Derek Nick at Kettering Road

Derek came to look at my washing machine with a very clunky drum and broke the news that it was condemned and unrepairable. He sourced me a new one, undercut the internet, delivered it, fit it and took my old one away. Great friendly service and good to support a local business. Thankyou

This place is a hidden gem Derek is an amazing man who will come out and fix your appliances any time, even up until 10pm! He works weekends and Bank Holidays too and is so accommodating He'll pickup your goods and mend them at very reasonable prices He'll deliver and fit any appliance and he beats the Internet (by the time you add on delivery, fitting, taking away and the inconvenience of taking time off work!) He doesn't do second hand.. What he does is quality goods and he'll try and get you anything including spares Not many left like Derek in Northampton... A total star!

Needed heating element for an old Electrolux oven, but the only available option was Germany. Derek was able so source an equivalent replacement for a very reasonable price.
