This is at St James in Northampton on a retail park with other businesses, decent sized car park, we went in specifically for cat scratching boxes today, & they didn't disappoint. Decent sized shop, plenty of variety, they also have an Iceland concession in store, not massive but has a decent amount of food, can walk down from town, which we did, only takes about 5 mins. I think would be good idea to go in the evening if by car & you can, simply due to the sheer volume of traffic that is always around that area, they are open til 8pm.

Nice bits n peices for home goods, candles were excellent. You could spend a small fortune in, but I'd checked prices online before I went. Bedding was particularly nice, will be going back. I also liked that they had an Iceland in there

Would have got a five star rating but items never priced or stacked with the wrong price so you think you've got something for a tenner until you get to till and it's nearer twenty. Brought this up in store so many times and it's always still the same. Cmon the range sort the pricing out and get 5 stars across the board

Can be good value. Iceland inside is a bonus. Always check your receipt on the way out as most visits we are over charged, item prices don't match the shelf price.

I have bought a number of things from The Range and this wardrobe has to be my favourite so far, a great size and soft colour that goes with my colour scheme. Also I love flowers but prefer artificial for longevity and I've found The Range's flowers to look more realistic.

A great space in which to shop. Lifts and escalators available for the disabled, the elderly, pushchairs and the lazy! Good choice of homeware, seasonal goods, arts and crafts and pet goods. Also has a little Iceland store inside which is great for picking up frozen goods as you shop. Very reasonably priced. Large store, lots of choice. There's a nice little restaurant upstairs for tea, coffee and light snacks. Recommended.

It's good as has alot of range there but the prices always seem to be wrong the labels do not match the products so It is hard to put price on things reasonable prices some are not but I recommend as you can basically get everything there!

A good selection of products at reasonable prices. On our recent visit, we purchased a double sleeping bag at a decent price, which seems to be good quality. There was quite a good selection of camping items. We tried to purchase a single sleeping bag too, and found one that we liked on display; however it was out of stock and they were 'unable' to sell us the display model. Staff were friendly and apologetic but not overly helpful when dealing with our query. The children each chose a toy but the pricing in this section was very sketchy, making it hard to know how much each item was. There were no staff on.this floor to ask either. They had some nice items for the home, but the garden section is a little limited. I needed some small plant supports and couldn't find them. There's an Iceland in the store which has a good range of food products, particularly, but not exclusively, frozen items.

Brilliant find, you can get just about anything for the home and garden here, lovely lighting selection plus fab choice of mirrors and pictures at unbelievable prices. Pet section is good as is bedding and bathroom articles. Oh also has an iceland section with Gregg's and TGFridays food yummy, small selection of grocery but more than adequate. This is a clean store with helpful staff

A mad house. Lots of stuff but badly laid out and very difficult to find what your looking for. I would suggest checking their prices online as so many items are not priced. Lord only knows what system they have for stocking the shelves but the should put accurate price tags with them.

Staff socialise with each other too much on the shop floor making it appears to interrupt to ask a question. Good choice of product at competitive pricing Disabled access good Disappointed that as soon as the government removed restrictions July 19 2021, seems staff no longer take precautions. Only one lady on the checkout wore her mask properly with everyone else either chin wearing our not wearing at all. With so many stores still going out their way to protect customers it's a Shame they are not here Cafe nice

Decent place to shop. Very poor management of some products (mostly 1st floor) i.e. missing price tags, misplaced items, tags lying on the floor, items out of packaging etc. What's surprising is that damaged items (even if its value is next to nothing) is discounted at only 10% - very poor policy.

Lovely home wares store, with out door gardening, patio sets, during the spring/ summer.. Christmas gifts and decorations, many seasonal items. Toys.. kitchen.. bathroom.. bedroom.. living room. Prices are good if you can find the correct lable..

Couldn't find what I wanted battery operated lights ended up buying battery operated led strip light Wanted to buy bulk pack of batteries but someone put them on the wrong rack cashier wasn't very friendly when I told her that after she scanned it and it came up a price much higher that on the rack

Convenient location. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Went to the shop on Monday 15/03/21 quite undecided about a grey rug I had purchased earlier. I spent ages in there. Customer Service desk was helpful beyond description. Came back to clarify my receipt and the manager and supervisor were exceptional. Purchased more goods the next day (today) was served by Stephen and Grace at the Customer Service desk. Thank you Stephen for your patience, you are a credit to The Range. Highly recommend the store to anyone looking to DIY, uplift your home deco, purchase presents, garden essentials you name it they have it all. Staff here will help you!

Fabulous place to shop and currently displaying an array of Xmas decorations which the kids loved.. Display lights are tagged with corresponding shelf numbers and prices and neatly colour organised. Today I called in advance to ensure a specific product was in stock for a craft project which staff kindly put aside for me to collect. A vast array of goods from pets and home to groceries and seasonal, everything under one roof. We wondered if the Range would consider doing a grotto? Maybe donate some of the proceeds to the children's wards at NGH? Esp as Santa does not seem to be visiting Northampton Town Centre. Personallyi think parents would love to bring their children here and could boost sales... and parents could stop by Maccys on route home.. I would love to know thoughts from The Range on this idea. So to sum it up. A brilliant store that is well organised has helpful staff and open additional hrs. We look forward to our next trip.😊🎅🎄

Some general consumer items are better than others but as their name suggests they hold a range of products from food, gardening, decorating, soft furnishings, kitchen ,bedroom and bathroom products as well as camping and out door equipment

This store is unlike other The Range buildings. It appeared quite disorganised and the displays are chaotic. Needs re designing to make it more appealing to the customer. The franchise 'Iceland' department in the middle of the ground floor was out of place. Located between kitchen accessories and garden/pet area. The garden department was some what depleted with little choice and damaged items on display. (Broken owl garden ornament) Quite disappointed by the display and merchandising teams layout.

Lovely staff (with some exceptions of course, had a bad experiencea with one of the younger girls working there as she just seemed to not care when I've asked for where something was, simply told me that if I can't find it, they don't do it; asked a colleague afterwards and he was willing to help me find the item).
