P. O.A relatively big store, packed to the brim. The kids clothing section (and shoe section) wasn't as big as some stores - so didn't come out with anything from the last shopping trip there. But if I were shopping for myself or the house, there is a good selection for you to browse. Dropped a star simply because I never seem to find anything for my little 3 year old.
N. P. 2.One of my favourite places to go to for a good variety of nightwear and Ben sherman discounts. Their body wash and hand wash is great too. Lesser variety compared to many places like Milton Keynes or Oxford where you can find bottega bags for just £999.
S. A.I love the brand convert but this store has for quite a while seemed so uninviting. Staff don't seem to want to work there on the shop floor, better at the tills.
The layout could be better, feels badly thought out to me and could be defined better by gender and age group, better signage.
For some reason they moved everything about and it's happened before. I prefer my stores consistent. I don't want to be looking for the menswear where the ladies clothes used to be.
As is a brand fault, the shoes are too often in the wrong place which I'm sure it's costing them sales.
Children's section could always do better. Were it bigger they would bring in more families to shop for everyone. Very often in disappointed with the choice in kids clothes.
They might be served better to keep the clothing branding apart from the home products. They've a separate store just a short way off for that. Keeping it part of the primary store I feel just adds to the overall confusion.
Their disability awareness stinks. I'm in the queue with my stick and sunflower lanyard. Finally get to the front and they close a till so I had to wait another 5 minutes so now hurt more than I needed to.

Various body accessories for all, shoes,bags, purses, belts etc. Homeware, candles, frames, cushions, kitchen. Prices to suit everyone.

A. K.For men if want get something for my liking I have keeping checking last time I pick some nice super dry jeans and I like the suits but the problem is if I get 40 blazer the trouers bit big I think they need to sort that out

On odd occasions I have been able to find some good bargains but the lack of organisation strongly defers me. (And I am not the most organised of people.)
I think the store could benefit from more clearly marked out sub areas and be more organised.

D. S.It's a great shop, of course, with some wonderful treasures, but I was pretty impressed with their management of social distancing. I needed some help and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly, as was the lady who served me at the till.
J. M.Plenty of stock in at the moment that covers all ages and interest. Although saying that disappointed there were no thermal vests in store yet. Cashier queue was very long it was on its 3rd wave. There was 3 members of staff at cashier area out of 5 who were sorting returns I think. But they have a job to do and in these times we need to be patient more. COVID-19 measures in place, which seem to be working for the majority of compliant customers.
B. P.I always enjoy my visit. Parking can be a challenge (free on Sundays) but worth it.
Shelves and rails are well stacked and the Staff here all always friendly and really helpful. Plus, it makes me feel lucky especially when spending my Vouchers!

S. A.We stopped by to take a look at clothes for our kids and found the range (per age) to be very limited. Took a look around the store and they do have some nice stuff at good prices, but (given the location compared to other shops) can't see that we would both going very often.

S. O.No such thing as.huge discounts. In any case all the big brands use China for supply and. Its just hood winking the gullible public to say "branded" goods are discounted. Wake up people. Also beware, the car park is not free. Get a parking ticket or you WILL get a parking ticket.
I. S.The store in changing rooms does not appear clean, dust sticks to clothing when changing. Sizes are not very true to measurements but that could be manufacturers labeling. Big bulky safety tags are interfering with choosing the right size as they are in the way of for example waistline. Otherwise it is ok and huge selection as usual.
G. M.These days it's over rated selling poor quality items at expensive prices. Bargains are hard to find. Staff though seem friendly and I must saý very helpful.

M. H.This would get four stars if the parking was free, which it's not. More or less the same as every other TK's across the globe! Stuff, cheap stuff, some good stuff, some tat. It's a TK's, what more can you say?
Nearer to town than most people would assume. Shame the parking isn't refunded when you make a purchase... Shame!

T. G. P. F.Following a spinal injury, I found myself in a wheelchair for a couple of months, and because of the nature of the injury I had to be pushed, as I did not have the strength to push myself. On my one trip into Northampton Town center I learned a simple truth: if you go to a counter to be served and there is someone pushing your wheelchair the cashier always seemed to talk to the "pusher" and not to you.
The one exception to this in the entire town was To Maxx where the sales associate looked me in the eye, talked to me, laughed and joked with me like I was "normal".
