The engineer was excellent, the repair was very fast and he had excellent attention to detail. Issue was resolved on the first visit.

M. M.Simon has rectified the problem and I’m highly grateful for his service, if your appliance is still under warranty you have to go through Samsung but if it’s not then go straight through these guys, you will save yourself a lot of time.
E. R.After being very upset having waited in a whole day for a no-show, Trio thankfully did re-arrange with us via telephone to come the following day to sort the fault with our washing machine. They came promptly however there remain some problems with communication at their end. Otherwise, however, the initial problem was satisfactorily dealt with.
