Oven stopped working 2 days ago. Booked visit online… turned up at the precise time, quickly identified the problem, has the spare part (element) on the van, and fixed it. Cost was reasonable and he was friendly too!

We had an issue with our Neff induction hob and the Neff oven grill function, so we called up, got a fast response, which identified all the issues, pointed out the things which were normal, fixed most of the things which were not, and for the things which were best suited to be fixed other ways they provided recommendations on what to do about them. No call out fee, only paid for what they fixed. Couldn't be happier with their service (with a friendly smile no less), would use them again and recommend them to anyone with a similar problem.

Amazing service. Luke spent an hour and a half thoroughly looking at our oven and wasn’t sure of the problem, and was planning to return with a new part. Luke was very polite and easy to speak to. I got a text in morning informing me arrival time between 1 and 2pm he arrived at 1.15pm from my knowledge. made the job look easy. changed part for me. no hassles. as promised guarantee was sent by email also for 12 months. very reliable service on the day. hopefully everything will be ok when we cook again in our oven :) recommended for fixes from what I saw today.

Broken heat filament due to a power cut. Repaired - Speedy, professional, friendly, even came back to fit and supply the seal we were missing and changed the light bulb.
