What an amazing service! When I called Andrew my washing machine was showing an error code and honestly, as a mum to a messy one year old, the last thing I needed was for my machine to be broken! Andrew explained to me that he could arrive that afternoon and what the error code could possibly be. He also kindly explained his call out fee, which was very reasonable. I thought I would have to wait days for someone to come, little did I know I had a super service man on the way, who arrived within the hour! Andrew quickly located the issue, some worn brushes I believe, and efficiently replaced the parts. The machine worked straight away, he tested it and he kindly took the time to push the machine back to its original place. He also gave me instructions on using it for the first few washes, which was really helpful. He was very thorough, kind and skilled in his profession. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew to others, he was honest, speedy, polite and quite frankly made my day! Thank you so much for fixing our washing machine - you're a legend!

Impressed with Andrew. Rang about a problem with a washing machine with a particular error code. Andrew was honest to say that calling him out would be a waste of our money as the cost of the repair would be more than the machine is worth, and we would have also wasted the callout fee. After being told by another electrical engineer that arranging times with electrical engineers are now "a thing of the past" (news to me?) we were very happy that when we called Brierton Andrew that he was able to come that morning! The service was excellent (went the extra mile to fix our oven door which hasn't been closing properly) and a very friendly chap too! Highly recommended!
