I would just like to thank you for what has turned out to be an excellent heating system. We had 7 radiators installed in one day, your firm were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. The system is very easy to use and control from either tablet or phone. I've purchased two radiators recently and I'm very happy with them. I've installed them myself which was easy to do. The youtube videos were a great help to learn how to program them through the app. I like the feature that shows exactly how much energy the radiators consume while operating.

We have purchased several heaters from Ducasa in Norwich over a period of time as and when we have made alterations to our home. The first set of heaters were delivered to our home and the delivery was very efficient and the driver went out of his way to deliver the heaters into our garage as the weather wasn't good. Subsequently we have purchased a further heater for our bathroom which we went to the showroom to purchase as we wanted some advice and a look at the actual appliance. From all of our dealings with Ducasa I am happy to say that they are extremely helpful and their products have proved to be very efficient for our heating needs. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone considering electic heating

I can't recommend Ducasa radiators highly enough. I moved into an older property 3 months ago which had no central heating system, so I purchased 8 Advent DGI+ radiators with the smart gateway, the radiators are fantastic, heating our home with ease, they are easy to use, install and look good too. The customer services was excellent and delivery was very quick. Over all a great product and a big thank you to the team at Ducasa for all their help.

Purchased a Ducasa towel radiator from Heattend in Norwich in late 2021 ,this has seen me through the winter , being both fully controllable with it's easy programable 24 /7 display and warm good looks . Having previously brought a Ducasa Richmond radiator for the conservatory l knew what I wanted for my new shower room and even though the showroom 40 miles away it was worth the trip because the lovely and very helpfull staff demonstrated my chosen product and answered any questions l had . I would not hesitate in recommending this product and company and will use them again.

I bought two Ducasa Advant DGi 1000 radiators for our bedrooms. These were to replace storage heaters which gave far to much heat in the morning and to little at night. I wanted something that that meant we could program them for maximum heat at bedtime and first thing in the morning, with background heat at night and none during the day. The wireless control gives us options for changing the program from anywhere with a phone signal, so if we should chose to change our travelling arrangement, we can easily change the program to suit. We can now manage our electricity costs more effectively, a real bonus in these times of soaring energy costs Overall, I would highly recommend these heaters for anyone who relies on electricity as a source of heating.

We were recommended to look at Ducasa heaters by the firm that built our conservatory. When I phoned them I was very impressed by their product knowledge in the different places the products could be used. So we bought a Ducasa Sunrise and we have not been disappointed at all. The old style oil filled electric radiators and storage heaters are now coming to the end of their serviceable and aesthetic lives - many of our customers are looking for an alternative. Our Ducasa radiators have proven to be very successful throughout the home. They are quick and easy to install and set up to the App, which is straight forward to use. The heat is easily adjusted at the push of a button should you wish, which after years of economy 7 storage heaters is a welcomed change! After researching various different companies I visited the Ducasa showroom. I was very impressed with the heaters. They are easily programmed, aesthetically pleasing and with such good thermostats, run economically too. I had 8 fitted which took about 5 hours and I am very pleased with their performance. I have checked my electricity readings and can see they are very reasonable to run. There is no boiler to service, no mess, great controlability and almost instant heat whenever we want it. All personnel have been more than helpful and there was no pressure selling! Thank you all for helping me acquire a great solution to my heating needs.

Firstly the service was second to none, very helpful, informative, told you all the details about the heaters, which are brilliant, no hanging mile-long wires, everything snug and well designed. Very pleased with my smart heaters. Managing them is very easy with the user friendly app. I have also found it very useful to monitor the temperature in each individual room. This has led to us investigating why some rooms drop temperature quicker and more than others so as to ensure we are not wasting energy unnecessarily. Even with the room variations we are not using half as much electricity as we thought we would be switching from storage heating to electric. The staff at Ducasa are also very friendly and knowledgable, it’s well worth you popping in to talk about their products.

Received comprehensive and helpful information when I telephoned Heattend Products. I was advised on radiators needed from a good selection of sizes and heating outputs. No pushy sales - just friendly help. Ordered 5 Ducasa radiators which were delivered well packaged and on time. The radiators look good, are easy to fit and perform well with impressively accurate thermostat control. I found the instructions initially a bit confusing but quickly worked out the controls which are really quite simple to use. Will be looking to change my gas heating to electric to avoid expensive maintenance and repairs.

Moved to a rural house with no mains gas. After considering several options for heating we settled on the Ducasa DGi electric radiators, the staff are knowledgeable about their products, very friendly and helpful. As house is being renovated I bought 4 radiators for the upstairs to start with and have recently fitted them. Took around half an hour to hang the first one and subsequent radiators took about 10 mins each to hang. Brackets supplied are simple to fit and very strong. As we will be using these for whole house heating we also purchased the ‘SmartCommand Gateway’, this means via an app I can set the heating centrally or individually using timer/temperature or both. Setting up the gateway and radiators was surprisingly simple: plugged the Gateway into my router, registered it via Ducasa website, download app from the App Store, pressed the add button on the app and held the ‘OK’ button on radiator for 5 seconds and they where paired. Every radiator paired immediately with no problems. Using the app can name each radiator (master bedroom or living room etc), set temp/times as required. Or simply switch them over to manual controls. As a bonus via the app you can see current room temperature and a graph tracking the room temperature. Overall we are delighted with the radiators as well as the team at Ducasa. I spent a LOT of time researching what type of heating system would suit our household and then which manufacturer/supplier to use. Still feel I made the right choice.

We purchased 3 new Dusaca wall heaters and 2 towel rails. These were to replace old storage heaters. They are fantastic, we are warm and very comfortable. I have two Ducasa Heaters a 1000W and a1800W I installed them myself they were very quick and easy to hang using the hanging mounts as guides. The 1800W is programmable but I don’t use that facility I just control the heat via the thermostat, the same with the 1000W. They have clean lines and don’t take up to much room. The staff were very helpful not pushy in anyway and gave plenty of helpful advice on what size and how to use them and hang them with a follow up phone call to make sure all was working well. Would recommend these to anyone.

We were unsure how to deal with the problem of heating our conservatory, to make it usable all year round. Following online research, we visited the Heattend showroom at Horsham St Faith. We were shown the radiators and controls, advised on the size and power output of radiators for the size of the conservatory and fitting options - no sales pressure. A few days later, we collected two Avant DGI radiators. Husband, an 'average DIY er' fitted them plus the Smart Command control box and phone app. The advice given was excellent, helpful and relevant. The radiators are well made, solid, elegant and efficient and are perfect for any situation when the central heating is impractical to extend to an additional room. Happy to recommend the Ducasa products supplied by Heattend and will use them again for any future requirements.

Really good products with friendly and helpful staff. All the heaters are on working display in the showroom. Each of the different options were explained in detail in terms of may be best for my situation. I had Ducasa Avant radiators installed which warm up quickly and give a really comfortable heat. Aside from the 24/7 program settings they are also controllable via wifi using the supplied app. I can temporarily adjust the settings from anywhere using my mobile before coming home.

After a lot of consideration in changing from night storage heating, we found Ducasa on the internet. After a call to them, we went to their showroom and was given an extensive look around their radiators and all our questions were answered. After some thought we decided to purchase 8 Panel heaters and towel rails. They were delivered on the day asked for, in good condition by a helpful driver. Fitting them to the wall was a doddle, all fitted easerly by myself, non skilled person in a day. I did have an electrician in to connect up as the fuse box needed sorting out from economy 7 to standard. The ability to use an app on the phone to control the system really works well and they are very efficient. Looking forward to see what savings I may make over the old system I had. The staff at Ducasa are very helpful and knowledgeable and would not have concerns about recommending them to others

For years during the winter months, I have almost had to pluck up courage to shower and bathe as the bathroom has been so cold, but this year I decided that I could stand it no longer and went in search of a towel radiator which would allow me to “enjoy” my ablutions time! The spec on the Colorado MCR seemed almost too good to be true. But, I have to tell you that it was installed yesterday and this morning I had the absolute pleasure of a warm – even cosy – bathroom!! I even phoned the electrician to tell him how pleased I was with the outcome. But I also have to remember that it is in fact listed as a towel rail, so you will be delighted to know that the towels gave me a wonderful feeling of being cocooned in blissful warmth! So you too Ducasa deserve my thanks and I have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful piece of equipment!

G J Kirk Installations and myself installed a roof lantern in our conservatory,once finished we needed to heat the space. Glenn recommend a Ducasa Vitro heater which he had in his conservatory,the wife and I went to the showroom to have a look at the heaters they had to offer. We was greeted by Maxine who gave us all the relevant answers to our questions.So we decided on the Black Vitro heater we positioned in between the kitchen and conservatory which is open plan ish,and what a difference it makes. We received excellent service and advice from Sally and her team, when we were at a loss as to what sort of heating we wanted.We ordered four heaters. All delivered and fitted within two weeks. We are now lovely and warm and the bathroom heater is amazing.

After over 15 years of trying to find a heating solution for our conservatory, I came across the Vitro glass radiant heater at Heattend Products Ltd. in addition to its great looks at last we have found the answer to being able to use our conservatory during the colder months. It can increase the temperature from around 10 degrees to a comfortable 18 degrees in approximately 20 minutes and then maintain that level. Being thermostatically controlled the heater is not constantly on but the radiant glass front holds the heat for a long period which continues heating without using power. In addition to a great heater, the sales and after sales service is incredible, cannot be faulted and unusually these days the friendly helpful staff treat you as a person rather than just a number. I cannot recommend the product and staff more highly.

Just finished fitting the app controlled thermostat to my gas central heating system. 30 minutes and it was fitted and set up on line, so easy to do and I'm not a heating engineer, just a normal Joe Bloggs. Using the app I can now set daily temperature programmes on my phone or tablet on both Apple or Android (both Apps look and work the same which is a bonus). I'm looking forward to saving a few quid on my heating bills now I know the temperature is better controlled.
