N. B.Elm was so completely lovely it is a fantastic place to find a gift! Plenty of wonderful stationary, plants, and ceramics. I wanted to take home so many things! I love that the owner does pottery and I want to many pieces of hers. I’d say act fast if you find ceramics yourself want here! They go fast.

I have only been to the shop 3 times and only made a purchase today for the first time.
On all visits to the store, I have felt awkward speaking the the staff members as they seem completely uninterested in what I have to say.
I have a rather large plant collection so am always looking for new places to shop in Norwich, to add to my collection. I have probably spent close to £3000 on plants at Norwich supliers.
Today when I entered the store, asked if the beautiful variegated Monstera was for sale to which they replied "the sign says no" - I proceeded to ask if they did have any for sale. The reply I got was rather confusing as it felt they didn't want me to buy one. "they're £130 and they're not very big" is what the young lady replied. I subsequently asked to see the plans and in the same dull tone of voice she said "they're hidden upstairs". When she returned with 2 options to pick from, I thanked her and paid for one of them (which I am very happy with).
I gave given 5 stars because the shop and quality it offers is amazing however 1 star is all i could stretch to for the custom service.
Unfortunately I think today was my first and last purchase (in store).

K. R.I ordered a mystery houseplant box as a gift for christmas, and cannot recommend it enough ! The plants came well packaged and totally unscathed from their journey, and it was a great deal. You get a big variety of plants that are worth way more than you pay for !
M.I ordered a plant from Elm Shop online and it arrived very quickly and was packed up very well! No damages and a lot of packaging to make sure it made the journey from Norwich to London. The shop has an amazing selection of beautiful, and sometimes hard to find, plants at a decent price. I will continue to keep ordering from Elm Shop and definitely recommend. Already planning my next order!

Signs outside say only 10 allowed but there were 10 people just in one area circle through the window.
If you're going to put limits in the store then make it safe by enforcing those limits.
J. B. (.A cute and tiny little shop selling a quirky but very interesting line of crafted goods, mainly plants. But unfortunately many things are in my opinion overpriced. Sure they have overheads but I think some of it is down to the hipster-centric nature of small shops in the Norwich Lanes these days. People love to go and look around these boutiques but I suspect the prices deter purchases.
