Contacted Michael early (based on all the good reviews here) and he was here by lunchtime. Fault with washing machine confirmed, parts replaced and fully tested before he left all for a very reasonable fee. Very friendly and professional. Will use again and happily recommend to friends and family.

I contacted this company 1st thing in the morning as our washing machine had packed up doing a wash cycle overnight, leaving us with soaking wet clothes. But I shouldn’t of worried as he came out the same day at midday, fixed & found the fault to be the bushes worn out, I was very impressed as he had the parts on board fixing it at a very reasonable price - Brilliant to find what I found to be a very genuine & honest company.
