Huge store covering floors. Clothing, homeware, furniture (inc Laura Ashley), Paperchase, Mamas & Papas and Costa all under one roof. So much choice on offer - would need a lazy day here. Several entrances, face masks are mandatory but not enforced. Lots of Christmas items for sale. Toilets on 1st floor, which were spotless. Escalators and lift available. Costa is also on 1st floor - was quite busy with not much social distancing between tables. Some tables were not cleared very quickly either. 12.04.2022 Tills were not working properly. Nor was self-service collection point - national issue in all Next stores. Staff asked me to wait a day or so to return items when collecting my order.

Went there at 7pm on Monday night, one hour before closing. Impossible to find any staff member to speak with. Needed a few moderately-priced items but ended up walking out without buying a thing. Won't bother again - will buy online instead. On the upside, the store was very clean and well-stocked.

A large Next store right near Sainsbury's, easy to get to by car and with plenty of parking. Has everything you would need from a Next, and also allows a convenient place to pickup or return parcels.

Great selection of mens clothes ..usually in smaller stores we get a corner tucked away of clothes and women and children take up most the store lol . But here a good selection of menswear ..this is about a 90 min drive from me but worth the trip .

Not much choice for the taller gent, everything seems to be skinny this skinny that! The shirts are too short in the body as are sleeve too short, I'm 6'3 so not extraordinarily tall, saying that I did manage to find 1 pair of chinos that was my size and the price was very good

Helpful staff, exciting range of home accessories. Expensive but the famous Next sales means the wife sets her alarm clock for 4am in the morning. Costa is also available on the 1st floor. Free parking, family and disabled car spots here. A lift is also available for buggies etc. There is also a collection point to bring back or collect items ordered online.

Very clean and tidy store. Easily accessible by road or bus. Escalators for moving between floors. Costa coffee cafe on second floor, looked to be popular. Some nice looking items, mostly in the trendy colours of the moment. Guidance on what was where a little vague. We walked the whole store to find the ladies shoe department. Certainly encouraged a good look around. I am not up on prices of furniture so cannot comment on whether expensive or not. Very disappointed in kitchen accessories not a very comprehensive range and did not have what we were looking for. Came away from the store empty handed. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you want designer style and prepared to pay I would recommend a visit. Cannot comment on toilet facilities as did not use them, but would imagine as immaculate as the rest of the store.

A nice large store, large car park and friendly staff. We had a fantastic experiance in their baby section, staff went out of their way to talk us through prams, showing a real willingness to help us out. Visited to order some new sofas. Efficient, friendly staff covered all of our questions, and spent time covering various options for each style. Came away with some fabric swatches to match cushions and other soft furnishings as the ones in Next were not to our liking. Delivery went without fuss. The guys unpacked and installed everything as well as taking the packaging away with them. Overall, a really good service.

Ordered items to collect in store but it took a period of 2 weeks for everything to arrive resulting in multiple trips to collect, I would have preferred to have waited until everything could be collected at once. Also the store layout is not conducive to allow social distancing, rails are still randomly placed, close together. I can see that this method encourages customers to walk past a wider range of clothes, crafty marketing, however more space should be generated to allow easier distancing.

This Next Outlet is a total pleasure to visit. It is comfortably spacious and beautifully lit, which makes browsing and shopping a real treat. The Costa Cafe upstairs completes the visit with very good lattes and excellent choice of cakes and buns. The staff in both sections are helpful and courteous. Definitely worth a visit.

Such a big shop. Fantastic women's department and children's. The cashier was really kind and made the whole sitting at the till waiting for mummy to pay experience for my toddler much more bareable by letting her help pack the clothes we just bought for the summer. Another member of staff was helpful in the children's department by having a look in the stockroom if there was my daughter's size shoe in stock. Its our go-to clothes shop for the family.

I made my first visit to the "new" store last week, I just loved it!! So much to see and touch! Disagree with previous comments about staff, the ones we encountered were all very pleasant and helpful even though it was sale time and very hectic. Had hot choc at the Costa, staff very friendly and enjoyed a comfortable seat to watch the world go by as we drank it. Will definitely be going back there, so many lovely things. Thank you Next

Large selection of clothing and homeware. They even stock long length trousers which for me is amazing as I normally have to order them online. Nice to have to have the Costa and a toilet available as there is so much to look at you could be there a while! Plenty of free parking and helpful staff.

Absolutely fantastic store. Ok not the cheapest but the quality definitely makes up for it. Saw Joseph who was a massive help for me today so wanted to make sure he got a big thank you. Fantastic range available and really all the staff are great. Even better having a coffee shop nearby as well for a well earned rest after touring through the vast amount of choice. I don't think i have ever come across people so happy to be where they are in their work. It makes a massive difference to us customers if we feel like the staff are happy. Doubt i will ever go to another clothes store let alone next store. Thank you for relieving my anxiety going into somewhere new.

Good shop, always has quality but a price tag that matches. I'm not surprised that there's a queue in the morning of the sales day! Looking at the women's jeans, I don't know what the idea of making jeans that already has holes in is about, but I can't stand the idea. They'll damage more easy for one, but wouldn't it make sense to sell complete jeans and if the customer wants them, to add the holes themselves? And because 70% of jeans have the holes, it reduces the selections somewhat.. Aside that, staff were very attentive when needed and polite all the time.

Has a good selection - has plenty of ranges. Great for smart clothes. Has a lot more female clothes than male. No maternity clothes unfortunately. The home section is lovely, though I think slightly overpriced for what it is. There's some amazing bean bags though!

Extra large New store with Costa Coffee cafe upstairs. Wide product range from garden to baby clothes. Staff are very helpful throughout. Baby parking is not next to the baby department door as you might expect but this isn't really a problem.

Very large, open and airy Next with a wide range in kids, women's and men's clothes, plus extensive home departments. It's much, much bigger than your average in-town store. Therefore, it tends to have a wider range available, I find. A pleasant Costa within the shop provides refreshments. Generally, a good visit.

Well laid out store in general and products, although not cheap, are definitely proof of the saying 'you get what you pay for' as I've yet to buy anything from Next that was poor quality. Two minor cons - collection point for online orders is so tucked away at the back of the store that I had to ask directions and secondly, with only one way in or out of the car park only a few yards from a very busy roundabout, getting out can be a challenge especial T5ly at busy times. A second exit onto the slip road next to the store leading to Dereham road would help ease this. Like I said, minor cons. The overall experience was a good one.

Just a quick thanks for excellent customer service. I went in a few weeks ago and couldn't find the item I wanted. I spoke to Elise at the Payment desk who looked up the item and located it in-store, without asking she offered to get item as was upstairs for me. This was very helpful as have back issues at the minute, please pass on my thanks.

Quick and easy. Plenty of fitting rooms. Unclear exactly where to queue for tills but that was quick anyway. Cafe there too. Much easier to get in and out of car park than the retail park opposite.

Good clothes and home furnishing store directed at all the family: has added bonus of a Costa Coffee shop inside and plenty of parking. The menswear has a very good choice of fashionable casual clothes as well as more formal suits and shirts at a very reasonable price and the service is very professional.The only drawback is that it's awkward to get to at the moment as is the rest of the Longwater Retail Park because of the diversion on the B1108 which blocks access onto the A47 from Colney!
