What an honest and helpful business....... Called because the grill on our oven was causing the consumer unit circuit breaker to cut out. Brilliant diagnosis and advice over the phone - we have just moved in and the house had been empty for a few months. Apparently the grill elements can absorb water causing our problem, ran the oven to dry them out and now the grill works without tripping the consumer unit. Clearly very knowledgable and brilliant customer service. Would be my first port of call if any problems in the future.
