Messy at 3pm on 31.10.2021! Someone had left a leaky water bottle on the floor, someone else had discarded a bubble tea cup on the seat for trying on shoes. Shoes were scattered everywhere, clothes on the floor. Good Christmas ornaments and card section (under the escalators). Staff at the till were pleasant and friendly. Would recommend visiting in the weekday AM as it isn't so chaotic.

A decent TK Maxx like many I’ve been to. Find the sportswear section in the women’s to lack bigger sizes for big people like me, but I guess it’s what they’ve got in at the time. You access the shop by escalator downward. Staff are pleasant here as well. My mum certainly found a rare thing; a bunch of flowers that looked totally real! Will be back if in the area.

Sometimes can be overwhelming like an old fashioned jumble sale but if you have patience and want to find your next shirt or pair of socks like a Neanderthal Hunter gatherer, this is the place for you. They stock a huge range of both brands and products. Always something for everyone.!

All fine except the staff felt it appropriate to charge me 20p for a bag, despite the fact i was spending over £100 with them. Surely there has to be a point where they really should absorb that cost themselves. Especially as the bag had TK Max plastered all over it, so effectively i paid to advertise their store for them. Not exactly pleased if i am honest.

Overall a good shop where they have everything. The prices are a little "spicy" for the models they sell. But yeah... you can find almost anything :)) from underwear to jackets and pans and sauces and children toys :) is awesome.

Went in to look for baby vests but couldn't find them. Whilst I was looking I see some lovely bargains! The lady that served me was ever so pleasant and made eye contact the whole time she spoke to me. Overall even though I didn't find what I was looking I still came out happy with what I got and the service at the till. I will be back!

You can't knock the prices of some of the clothing and shoes that they stock here, especially given the prices of the items were you to buy them direct from the retailer. Also, the sheer range of stuff available there, including gifts, toys, and housewares is excellent. However, the only drawback for me is the layout and how cramped it gets. in any given aisle, you can barely fit more than one person, and on weekends and at peak times, that can be a nightmare, probably especially so for a parent trying to negotiate the store with a pushchair in tow.

Lovely branch of the chain, with a wide array of the usual products you'd expect and some interesting one off pieces. Always worth a look and something to find. Best of all, the staff here are consistently super efficient and friendly and you feel that your custom is welcome upon each visit. x

Fairly well organized. Prices aren't what they used to be and you can sometimes get a better deal on amazon or a sale at the brand store. Good location inside castle mall but can get busy during weekends.

Some good bargains to be had here, but the shelves can sometimes be a bit messy so can be fairly difficult to find what you want. The store had a massive refurbishment, and the escalators that lead down have been made to look very nice and appealing. I found a pair of shoes in here that were in M&S for £90, I got them in TK Maxx for less than £50. This is definitely worth a visit if you like your bargains, but don't always expect the best quality.

Still the best.. Designer clothes for not much money, relatively speaking.. Over the years I've bought some killer Threads from here: Daniel Hechter suit, Voi jeans, beautiful GAP leather jacket, and much much more. A genius business model, and not, at the moment at least, greedy.. Dan 'Special K' Friend.

This place is nice but the selection has got a lot less over the years. I brought a handbag, hairbrush and headphones from here and with the handbag the small metal F fell off so I took it back and they didn't have another one so they gave me a £10 discount which I did accept. Then the hairbrush isn't very strong unfortunately, the part where the bristles are attached keeps pulling out of the wooden hairbrush itself. The headphones do work which is a bonus.

I am so so sorry man I had a drink in my bag and it spilled everywhere I didn't realise until I was in the store and it was everywhere I thought it was dry and walked around the store. And it dripped. I tried to get rid of the drink and I went to the toilet to dry it. But when I got back some guys were standing there and apparently my friend heard someone say something about doing something to the person who did this when they found out. I was so embarrassed I left. So so sorry tk Maxx cleaners. :( :( nice place tho :)

So much stuff I spend forever in TK Maxx and never get round the whole shop 😂 Staff are polite and friendly. Cheap priced big brands, some really nice stuff. All sorts: travel, kitchen, home, clothes, baby, books, electronics, shoes, makeup, perfume, jewellery etc.

Good shop for bargains of all kinds. Clothing is quite hard to find what you want as it's all laid out like a big sale rack, organised by male & female, sizes & types of clothing, but this is usual for TKMaxx and is a compromise you have to make for the serious savings you can make in there! The handbags and other items are nicely organised though. This is a massive shop with baby/home/outdoors/tools/clothes/handbags etc etc.
