The staff are straight-forward. Most staff are friendly. Collections are very quick, you order and usually pick it up fast. Sometimes it takes longer depending on the availability. The younger staff are nicer than the older staff and that's about it.

Never had a problem with Argos, but it has gone downhill since clueless Sainsbirys management took over. They are now closing all the stores and relocating some in their supermarkets. I for one don't shop at Sainsburys so I won't be using Argos anymore.

Argos is good for many things,staff as I remember are friendly & helpful.i haven't been in since all the lock down set in.but I do recommend them for great produce.

I had been given a £50 gift card from my job and I thought I'd go to Argos to spend it. Got there early, but the doors opened 5 minutes early for people to come in and it's so simple to put your order into the system. Tap it on the tablets in store, it gives you a reference and bam, you're at the desk paying. So simple, easy and lovely customer services.

I like it , the service is good but not always. If u don't wanna wait more than 15 mints , don't come on the weekend. The best thing I like here when my order in stock and take it directly in a few minutes.

Most things I wanted were not in stock but what I purchased was carried to the taxi rank by a very helpful young lad. Thank you very much as I could not carry 2 large boxes a paper shredder and 3 large bags.

Had to bring a product back. Due to queries from 2 customers and only 2 staff on - waited 25 mins before I got served As the staff seemed to take an eternity to sort out the queries. By then the queue was fairly large!

They staff were all very nice here. Umfortunately at the time I visited this store, they had a computer system malfunction, which made service a bit slow, but this was nothing that couldn't be helped and the staff managed it well.

Not the best one of Argos but convenient location in city centre ( f.e. for deliveries...) Argos is "back-storage order from catalogue and giveaway" store. I use to shop single item in here. Or E-bay delivery.
