Had a cold call from D&G today. They asked me if I could confirm my details as they had some rewards for me. I said I didn't want to provide personal info on a cold call and the man laughed and said you better call D&G if you think this is a scam call because I have all your personal info. He was basically being sarcastic as he was annoyed I wouldn't engage but very unprofessional and unpleasant as I remained very polite throughout

Starting to doubt whether it is worth it, I pay £40 a month and have only used this service twice both times on my tumble dryer, once when I needed a replacement drum and once when I needed a new door which I had to fit myself as they sent out an engineer but not the part the first time. Would of been better off buying a new one

Always a positive experience with D&G. I have all my major appliances insured with them (7 appliances) and it costs me less than £30 a month for the lot. Whenever anything has needed repairing or replacing, everyone I have dealt with from customer services to repair companies have always been top notch. Can't recommend them enough!

Update. Well after. Putting it out on there Facebook page. Had a great guy get a message to me to apologise. And. He sorted it. With great gusto. 4 days later. Guy came. And fixed my. Dishwasher. Repaired a 2.5-year-old Beko dishwasher that another local company I found on Google said wasn't worth fixing. After reading some reviews I'm at a loss, we first purchased our insurance though sky protect, and as a family of 5 something is always getting broke, after 2.5 years of cover we have had 3 good quality repairs and 2 replacements. This company is great always sorted within 10 days very friendly and value for money. The peace of mind is priceless, we have all our kitchen appliances phones and devices covered all come in at under £4 a month each, an easy enough amount to find, unlike the £600 It cost to replace my teenagers phone when she had an accident, which they sent in full on a pre paid Argos card within a week. I have not experienced any hidden charges or delivery costs on either my replacements or repairs. Very happy customer.

Not like to recommend to family and friends at all but main problem. Is that they need to sort out their customer service department which they keep adding my old address into my new one address even though the call are being recorded but they don’t take any kind of consideration at all .. I would give it 5 star which they need to work on more harder to improve their customer service department which I made a new plan for my iron . I waited 30 days for the plan to be live they took the payment of me when I wanted to make claim on my iron which they said they need a proof of purchase ..

Excellent service. My tumble and dishwasher both broke down within 2weeks of each other. I could of had to replace both appliances if i weren't covered by D&G. Definitely extending the cover once they run out.

Do not give any of your money to this company as their service is appalling. 45 minutes on the phone just to speak to someone to report my broken oven only to be told the earliest they can come is six days later on a Thursday. I explained that both my husband and I work full time and neither of us could get the Thursday off as a holiday and basically their answer was hard luck that's all you're going to get. Absolutely disgusted so will be cancelling all three direct debits to this company and paying the money instead to a savings account and will contact a reliable workman who will come out at a time to suit me next time.
A lovely lady called Monique was really helpful and although unable to change the date she was able to help me considerably. Unfortunately though I have still decided to cancel my cover with them as with working full-time it is just too difficult to try and arrange a convenient appointment should I need to call them out again.

Had my washers and dryers insured by these for 20 years always a pleasure to deal with. My current washer in now 10 years old and still runs like brand new thanks to the fantastic engineers and fabulous call centre workers Allways a friendly helpful person ready to help you. policys and prices are great value for money. And no limits on how many repairs or call outs you may need. I have recommended them to many friends and family.

So i rang them and Gillmans the local appliance supplier sent out a engineer and he said it was beyond repair . So they said they send me a text to say that we will have a new machine which was delivered on the Tuesday morning.

I have all my appliances covered through this company and have been very happy with the service and repairs provided. I recently had problems with my cooker, as this could not be repaired I have been given a replacement which is better than the cooker I had originally. All my family have cover too and are always happy with the service and repairs provided too.

Quick appointments once you get on to the site not good for phone calls very hard to find a number and then when you on site very hard to book as need serial numbers etc I am disabled and had to wait for someone to come round to pull washer out and then had to try for over an hour to get online the website which was a nightmare to change my address as the email I had sent them when I moved had not been worked as my old address was still on there then I had to go on my banking to get policy number all in all this could have been made much simpler process nit goof for people like my self

My wife had occasion to contact D&G as in error a child's soft toy was placed in the washing machine, the stitching broke and stuffing completely blocked the machine.
On telephoning the Customer Service Staff were helpful in the extreme, I don't really like singling one person out because they were all so good, but a lady, Kerry Ann was a real gem,; Kerry if you get to read this you were a credit to your organisation, thank you, and well done.

Fantastic support and services but recently my hoover washing machine broke the repair guy came an 'fixed it' after about 4 days I had to call them out again the next day as it was still not working properly I was then told a part had to be ordered n he would be bak afta a week but I then got a message that it was out of stock so if have to wait longer I have paid so much in laundrettes costs as I have a family of 7 of which 5 are messy under 10year olds so u can imagine all the clothes after 2 - 3 changes a day especially with Covid I hav to take extra care as we all do i am so upset as I could have prossibly put a little more money towards wat iv paid d&g and laundrettes and bought a brand new 1 straight away I was not at any point made aware when taking out the plan that it could take so long for a process like this 😔 I have to add tho that hoover has their own repair men but this has taken way too long to be fixed in my opinion

1st engineer totally dismissed the problem noise..and the fault codes...saying there was nothing wrong with our washer...and we were using too much detergent...the noise continued..re booked the 2nd engineer..who came and said the pump had gone!!!...result..someone who knew what they were doing....3 weeks after 1st reporting our washer problems....washer has new pump...and we are now using our samsung washer, no noise and its completing the washing cycle with no problems..thanks to the 2nd efficient Domestic and General engineer.
