I was in two minds for weeks over whether to buy this, but so glad I did. it fits perfectly in my fire place and warms the room up rather quickly. I’ve had numerous comments on if it was real!

The usual dunelm with all kinds of home decor available. This place has special section for fit to made curtains and blinds which is the biggest collection. They have an in-house cafe as well. The ground floor is very congested sometimes there is no place to move around with a trolley. There is an accessible parking space and accessible entrance.

Unfortunately I like Dunelm a little too much. Even if you go in for "just a look round" you will leave with something. There is just so much that you feel that you "just can't live without " In your home. Pop in and have look, don't say you weren't warned... I for one will definitely be back.

Came in last Saturday to get another throw(for the dog sofa) and there was none left on the shelf to match the other one I had previously bought so asked an assistant if she could check the stock room bless her she was gone a good 20 mins came back and said no! Great shop with a fantastic range of products for the home and at a decent price. Also used the café, which is upstairs, for the first time, very nice apple pie and the staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately I didn't have a very good experience, I have to use a mobility scooter and the aisles are so narrow, some had a number of pillars down them which made it even more difficult to go down. In the end I gave up because it was just too hard to get round. Such a shame because I'd gone with the intention of buying all new bedroom furniture, quilts, pillows, curtains etc that I'd seen on the website & really wanted to see what they were like before I bought them. Hopefully I'll find another store that's easier to get round.

Highly helpful staff at Castle Marina today. Richard answered my phone enquiry, friendly helpful, and eloquent. Went into store to pick up arrange item. Richard on his break, but left clear instructions with another member of staff (didn't get his name) Then helped by Dylan and Callum to put this heavy large item into my small car . Both helpful and friendly. It is great to see young people enthusiastically doing the jobs and would recommend this store to all.

He diligently helped find all the products we needed in the store and went out of his way to make sure we had all the details we needed to make a decsion before spending lots. Why is the checkout experience so slow? Yesterday afternoon there was a formidable queue at the checkouts and it took in the region of 8mins to get to one of the tills. Till staff were asking shop floor colleagues to check prices, locate bar codes etc, something is fundamentaly wrong guys, please sort it out!

They appear to be running down their furniture stocks or having difficulty with their deliveries. The cafe was well up to standard selling coffees, cakes and light lunches. I really cannot fault the quality of the goods purchased today. However, click and collect at my local store was not easy. The phone line was not answered after eight calls so I had to get into a queue to ho into store. That said the young man on the door was extremely helpful as was the lady who eventually brought out my order to the car. If you have stopped offering a to car service you should make that clear on your website

I like going here, they have a wide selection of bedding, well all manner of things for the house. They are good if you need to return anything (with receipt is best) no questions asked. There is a cafe too should you shop so long you need a cuppa

I got exactly what I wanted here so no problems with the the store. However, the cafe is another story! 2 staff behind the counter, 1 making drinks and the other 1 getting cakes, toasting, teacakes, taking toasties in the back and taking food to tables. Neither looked confident in what they were doing. Counted 8 people behind me waiting to be served, all moaning about the wait, and others at tables. Need more staff here. If you just want a quick cuppa, don't bother.

First visit to Dunelm and it is absolutely worth. Good and quality items at a reasonable price. Bedding variety is amazing. Lamps, furniture and home stuff is simply perfect. Free parking and easy accessible store located close to city centre. Public transport is also close by which makes this place even more useful. Home base is next door. So ideally a one stop shop. Nice cafeteria as well.

Was in there for hours trying to find the products that I was happy with. I ended up walking out £112 lighter and have a discount of £10. I bought a dorma quilt and a mattress protector. Very happy with both of the products, although the mattress protector has a ladder/rip in it. It's not to big its big enough for me to notice. Tried to call back could not get through. Did not go back as I know they have a no returns policy once opened. Other than that I am happy and will be going back to purchase some dorma pillows at some point.

Had a great time with my parents & husband,got most things I went for just a couple of canisters I wanted only came in sugar & are awaiting coffee & tea.Enjoyed a lovely warm mince pie,cream & latte. Only criticism would be that breakable things don't come in boxes,so a Christmas snow globe I've brought will need to be boxed myself, had to ask if it could please be wrapped which was just tissue paper. Fantastic! Great blinds, great price, and friendly staff. I had Roman blinds fitted in my bay window, and perfect fit honeycomb blinds in my sun room, they look great, fit really well and Dunelm were substantially cheaper than their competitors. I must say, regarding customer service. We visited this week 31st May '18. A member of staff spoke with us just after arriving; we asked about a particular product, he signposted us to the 1st floor, upon arriving at the 1st floor A lady met us with our requirements. That's what you call, customer service. Regarding the service at tills, when they're busy, a little less chit chat with customers (although engaging) might improve outward flow.

Everything our recent visit to IKEA Giltbrook wasn’t. Plentiful parking. Helpful and friendly staff to ask, in significant number. Lack of feeling anxious and stressed walking around their premises. Well laid out store, with two floors and a spacious and easy to use lift to reach the upper one. We found an excellent selection of goods on offer, competitively priced and easy to access in a logical progression. Based on our experience today, I have no hesitation in awarding Dunelm in Nottingham five stars for ease of access, value for money and helpfulness and friendliness of their staff.

My wife and I really like Dunelm but our local store is quite small and it wasn't possible for them to 'order in' the items we required, so we went to their Nottingham branch which is much larger. The store is modern and well presented and range of products and service were good. We find Dunelm a good place to buy household items (Curtains, cushions, fabrics, kitchenware, etc., etc.) as their is quality good and their prices very competitive. I recommend you visit them before looking elsewhere.

Lots of variety. New, modern store. Good location. Didn't get the chance to go upstairs as I was heavily pregnant and the lift was out of order. During busy times it may seem/feel a tad bit crowded.

I went in for bed related items, there's a lot of choice! The layout could be better though - I found for some reason there were very similar items spread around the top floor. It's worth wandering around more if the section you're in doesn't quite have what you're looking for.

The store was great just a few teething problems like more/bigger signs upstairs for toilets. I saw numerous people asking where the toilets were. My main concern is that the counter in the Pausa Cafe is inadequate. There are two smallish counters in front of the two tills that are made smaller by bags of coffee beans placed on them meaning there is only room for one tray. While you wait for your order the next person is being served and cannot rest their tray on the counter. What is needed is a continuous counter along the whole frontage as in the old Radford store.
